I had the most amazing conversation today. Hubby (Nathaniel) and I went out to lunch with another couple and of course, the conversation swung around to war. Here's just a brief part of the transcript.
Sidonie: "People don't talk anymore; all they use now is weapons. And weapons never solved anything; all it gets us is more dead people."
Me: "I don't want to overstep my boundaries Sid but I have to say dead people solve things."
Sidonie: "What do you mean?"
Me: "As Joseph Stalin once said, no man, no problem."
Sidonie: "...******** you."
Me: "Do you see what talking gets me, Nathaniel?"
Nathaniel: "...Please don't shoot her. We're running out of couples to couple with."

^.^ That's because he has no balls. See, people like that preach for equality and peace and other bullshit like that, but then as soon as it doesn't go their way, you can see the look in their eyes, the look that tells you that they want to cause you bodily harm.
