[My eyes widened as I watched the kits emerge. They were beautiful! The second kit looked more like its father. I scrunched my face up as my stomach dropped at the thought of the thing Fathom had become...
I nodded to Divinekit, my grey-blue eyes light and happy.
I scuttled over to Leopardstorm's back, gently peeking over her flank to get a back-view of the birthing.]
"You're doing great, Leopardstorm!" I mewed softly to her as I gently placed my forepaws on her flank.
[I barely weighed anything, so I doubted the she-cat felt me there. I craned my neck to see the last kit emerge, my eyes excited.]

 "You believe those seeking the truth, but doubt those who find it. ________________________________________ [Leopardstorm cringed, her two new kits mewling and pushing against her belly. Their little claws slid out, and Leopardstorm hissed in pain. She looked around at all the spectators and snarled at them.]
"Get away, you useless heaps of mousedung! Just get away!" Leopardstorm spat, then gnawed on the stick as another contraction rippled her body and the final kit slid out.
[Leopardstorm shuddered with relief, then gently began nudging her kits to her belly. She curled up, only then noticing Purekit on her flank. She chuckled, nudging the kit. She narrowed her eyes, studying her kits.]
"Two she-kits and a tom. The tom is smoky gray, like his father. One of the she-kits is a silver bengal, like myself. And the last she-kit is a golden tabby," Leopardstorm purred.
(( Okay, Timber's got the tom, and Cupcakes reserved the golden tabby. The silver bengal is still open, and I've updated the adoption center with pictures. ^^ )) ________________________________________

[He stammered as he quickly backed away from Tigerfang, before making a headlong dash towards the nursery.]
Mouse dung! How am I ever going to look Tigerfang in the face now?!

Duskkit When day turns to dusk...no one's safe anymore... <========================================> [Duskkit's question was ignored. He watched each kit come out, no emotion to be seen on his face.] They will be brilliant warriors! No... they are just kits they will be just like the rest. Duskkit thought, fighting with his concious. [Duskkit could feel a different side of him enjoying this. He padded closer to his sister so there pelts touched the same look still on his face.] <========================================>

❁Purekit"I try to live true to myself, but...somehow, I'm living a lie."═══════════════════════[Purekti squeaked in joy, ignoring Leopardstorm's snap. She padded up to the kittens, gently sniffing them. The firstborn swatted at her paw and she stepped back, surprised. ]
"Wow, Leopardstorm, they're beautiful!" she whispered in awe.
[They were all only slightly smaller than Purekit. She let out an inward sigh at how tiny she was.]

She smiled when the tomswatted at Purekit, she picked him up and placed him next to Purekit. Thoe she-kits began suckling like they were starving, and Leopardstorm's tail flicked in happiness. Though she didn't look, she flicked her ears, while still looking at Purekit and her gray kit.]
"Welcome, Eaglesoar. Why don't you come see them?" Leopardstorm offered, her eyes still on her little kit. She blinked encouragingly at Purekit. "Go ahead, you can play with him. But be soft with him," Leopardstorm warned, purring. ________________________________________

Uh...yeah I renamed him. Surprise! <<333 ))
[The small grey kit mewled, his eyes closed. He felt around blindly and sensed a larger presence (Purekit) and swatted out at it, his little claws unsheathed.
The small kit turned, scenting something deliciously warm. (milk!) He wriggled towards it, small body excited. He had left the place of warmth first. He had been the bravest! He could smell his reward ahead.
He licked the area of the smell and was surprised to find something soft and fluffy brush his face. (Leo's flank.) He began to groom back the fur, curiously tasting it with his rough kitten tongue.
Suddenly, he instinctively began to suckle as he felt a bump, and warm milk flowed into his mouth. He purred and settled down on the large, soft flank, kneading his paws in the belly of whatever was feeding him.]

[Eaglesoar felt that the nursery was already rather crowded, but since Leopardstorm asked, he wasn't one to refuse. He carefully ducked his head and pushed his way through the brambles guarding the nursery, getting a few thorns snagged in his pelt in the process.]
"They're beautiful...have you decided on names yet?"
[Eaglesoar asked as he lowered his head to look into the face of the smoky gray tom. The tom still has not opened his eyes, but Eaglesoar could already see that he bore an uncanny resemblance to Fathom.]

Divinekit mewed in laughter. I love them, they are so
beautiful!

[Richkit watched Leopardstorm, his pelt twitching with excitment every now and again. He watched the kits slide out and moved his tail around. It was so exciting Richkit could barely keep from jumping up and down. He looked at the new kits thinking about how much fun it would be to play with them. Richkit stiffled a purr of laughter at Purekit's reaction and continued to study the new kits from a small distance.]

The small grey cat, having finished his meal, turned and hissed at her. He ran over to one of his littermates, standing over her and snarling as best he could at Purekit, warning her to get away.

@Timber: Maybe it's just the picture, but I've always thought that Purekit was a lot younger than Honeypaw. o Ao;;;
@Memories: Well, thanks! D: I kept thinking I made her talk too much. OTL But I admit it was fun yelling at Honeypaw...Is that a bad thing? xD ))
[Honeypaw sat beside Leopardstorm's tail, scraping out the moss beneath her hindquarters that was soaked with blood and afterbirth. His wrinkled his nose, not exactly finding pleasure in the dirty task, but nonetheless, his mentor had ordered him to do so.
Hopefully, Hauntedheart would see him not backing down from cleaning up after the kitting and realize that he was taking this position seriously and he did respect her. Though the idea of her doing so seemed as possible as seeing the ghost of Tigerstar; it just wouldn't happen.
His eyes focused on his task, he listened to all the praise and love that was being given to Leopardstorm and her three kits. He remembered the sunrises after his birth, the day that he first opened his eyes; Poppykit, his sister, was the first to greet him and instantly start to play around, batting his ears and biting his tail. But he killed Poppykit, poisoned her with the Whispering flowers. Frozengaze, his mother, was constantly grooming him and Poppykit, letting them know how much she loved them. But Frozengaze died shortly after Poppykit's death, not being able to handle the loss. Ravenstar had visited them several times, praising him and his sister on how big and strong they were getting. Ravenstar was killed by StarClan. Fathom was there as well, promising them great futures, saying that any mentor would be thrilled to have either of them as an apprentice; now called 'Blood' he'd abandoned his Clan.
Honeypaw contemplated his situation, green eyes empty as he trailed off into thought, his paws working away robotically to clean out Leopardstorm's moss. Why had everyone he loved died? The ones he respected run away? He didn't want to be there. No; this place, the atmosphere, the memories...His paws itched to run out of the nursery, but he stayed, his face expressionless as he moved the pile of dirty moss away from the golden she-cat, and began placing new, clean moss beneath her.]
(( Cats have afterbirth..right? D: Either way, poor guy, being forced to clean THAT. xDDD ))___________________________
