Chris Continued into the cafeteria looking through the pockets even more. He Didn't find much else other then more money, and a small book listing stocks. "Well isn't this fascinating ... Good bye." He tossed it backward into another trashcan, grabbing a burger, and leaning against a corner Of the cafeteria.

Danni looked over at Night, and nodded. "That's called a sucker bet, my friend, when the answer's obvious. But that's more than just the gay trio, that's...well, hell, that feels like Mr. Demon Lord himself. I'm honored he decided I was worthy enough to scare with his own personal magic..." She snorted, rolling her eyes.

Cook raised a brow, since it appeared that she was talking to herself, but he quickly realized she must be talking to her guardian again. "Talk and work, little one, talk and work." He reminded her, and she grinned. "Yeah, yeah," She said, piling a stack of wrapped burgers in the crook of her arm and taking them out to be put on the salad bar.

Danni nodded, agreeing. I thought of that. Too bad their powers are weakened in the sunlight. Same with mine. Hence the heavy dark cloak." She said, shrugging her shoulders. "But still, if the Dark Lord himself is taking an interest, I wouldn't be surprised if he gives them something to increase their power. He'd do anything to make sure my a** is grass." She said, shrugging her shoulders. Well, she thought, you couldn't be friends with everybody.

((Ok, sure. I'll be getting off real soon, though.))

Danni looked out the little window that showed the cafeteria, and she saw Chris, nodding. "Tell me about it. Gotta love a guy who doesn't piss his pants at the sight of three angry demons. Just hope he knows how to watch his back, just in case the gay trio decides to pay him a little revenge visit.

Danni nodded, stacking containers of salad in her arm to be taken out into the cafeteria. "Yeah, I know what you mean. If I wanted to waste a whole bunch of time and energy, I could get past whatever thing he's got blocking us out, but it doesn't matter. Long as he's against the morons, he's ok in my book." She said with a shrug, setting the salads on the food bar and grabbing an apple for herself, tossing it in the air before catching it and taking a bite out of it. Then she headed back into the kitchen, holding the apple between her teeth as she worked on putting little mini brownies into carboard dishes for those who were craving chocolate for dessert.

A loud growl from the area that was her stomach alerted Athena to the fact that it was, in fact, lunchtime. And that meant that she had to hurry to beat the running feet of everyone else to get some food. So she hurriedly checked out the book she'd found that went into detail about pocket dimensions (she couldn't learn how to do something without learning about the thing itself), and she ran to the lunch room, ignoring the shouts aimed at her to 'Stop running in the hallway!'.

Reaching the room, she was quite pleased to find that it wasn't completely brimming and that the lines were rather short still. She grinned and grabbed a tray, ordering two burgers, fries, and then proceeding to take a large helping of salad and a drink that she knew she'd have to refill multiple times. She'd been practising pocket dimensions the whole time (she had no classes except for one that morning), and was positively ravenous. Magic did that to her.

"That would be fine." He already began to zone out, thinking of his schedule. Teaching healing wasn't actually that hard, he just never kept track of what class was where in the curriculum. Not that it mattered, he supposed.

Despite the noise, however, Athena's ears managed to hear Danni's voice, and they twitched in recognition. Looking up, she grinned. "Hey!" She used a simple spell that would make it so Danni would hear her more easily. "What's up?"
