Stray likes to pride himself of being fond of all negatives of the female anatomy.
Ivy is a woman compared to all of them so her figure is just right. Supergirl with that non-existent waist is a poor attempt at curvy. They don't want to commit to the thicker waist but waisted the skinny on Barbs and Donna.

Donna is way too skinny, Barbara seems fine, but they threw proportions out the window with Supergirl.

Look at the design for Barbara. Really look at it. For any one of them, in fact. If any of those look like realistic proportions to you then you need to take off the wacky novelty glasses because ALL of the proportions are out the window.
The proportions are stylistic. It's obvious that Supergirl was intended to be muscular, but drawing all the muscley lines and curves just wouldn't look good.
You're free to keep thinking whatever you like, I don't care. I wash my hands of this.

I'm getting tired of you snipping at me so to resolve this, I promise never to bother you again because I've have enough of this bullshit.
