Shizkien growled even deeper at Mortis and when Ayase kissed his forehead he let out a grateful growl, almost like a purring. "I'm not leaving you..." he says in Ayase's mind.

Jack kept a close eye on what was going on. He wasn't going to interfere yet. He knew that he wouldn't be needed for a while. He'd only interfere in an extreme case. In the mean time... he would simply observe everything through his binoculars.

Shizakien snarls and whips around and bites down into Shadow's arm.

He then whips around and grabs Mortis' wrist, stopping the daggers near Shizakien's body. He growls deeply and twists, hoping to make Mortis drop the dagger.
