Does Retaliate work with Special Attacks?
Also, does Stunning Blow or Stun Bolt stop you from being able to summon?
Oh, and does the ability Defender (or the action Taunt for that matter) on a pet work to stop multiple attacks in one round on the user?
For example: There are "Bob", his pet "Rock", and four Goblin Patrollers on the field. The four Goblin Patrollers attack "Bob". His pet "Rock" uses the ability Defender on "Bob". Does "Rock" only redirect one of the Goblin Patroller's attacks, or all of the Goblin Patrollers attacks?

I'm not too sure about the first one but...
Rock blocks one attack, however, it doesn't count as the action for that round, while taunt takes your round-ly action.

ok I got this one!
Retaliate does NOT work on special attacks. Only normal Attacks.
No, stun and stunbolt only stop actions and spells. Summon is not a spell or action, it is an ability.
and taunt and defender only allow you to pull one attack, not many. Unless you have multiple defenders or can use more than one taunt a round.
What you could do though, is have 2 ranks in defender, so they can use defender twice, then the action taunt. Then you would be left with only one person to defend yourself.
Anything else?

"I have to cunsolt GC, so though you may have found out... you never told us.. and now you forgot! stressed

I have another question. Can a player, or even a non-player (monster, boss, etc.), be plinked by one opponent and still do actions, spells, or even special attacks at multiple other targets?
For example: Player A has stats which include: Attack-2, Special attack-2, Fighter mage, Punch, and Chill. Player A has Opponents 1, 2, 3, and 4. Opponent 1 attacks Player A and Opponents 2, 3, and 4 stay back.
Can Player A attack Opponent 1, Special Attack Opponent 2, Punch Opponent 3, and Chill Opponent 4 or is Player A forced to focus all this on Opponent 1?

Only actions such as smash have to be on someone you attacked. And there arn't many.
Things like spells, special attacks, and normal attacks can target anyone.
However, if an enemy uses taunt or defender to pull your attack from your target. You attack the puller, and any action like smash (which stands alone) will be re-directed. Or so I think.-Bellamin and Wisp, 3rd wheel hybrid

I pray that they get to the question about Mana Shield soon. It would finally allow us DMs not to have a massive headache thinking about it each time a player uses Mana Shield and we're not sure if the shield is still around after the battle has ended.

You roll perfect 20s. Though seriously, they'll just extend the dice chart. They probably used an equation to figure those dice combinations out, they can just use that to scale it as high as needed.

Yes mana shield does continue to the next combat. It lasts until it is used up.
