Brushing dirt off of her mesh shirt, Nesha stood up, "alrighty then, let's go!"

"Mm... The floor? Yeah, I'll use the floor. Why?"

Saline ran inside, ducking behind a screen to transform back to her human self. The fur disappeared and her bones shifted beneath the skin, fingers growing from paws and snout shrinking back. When she was done she shook off the pain and pulled on a blue thigh-length dress with thin straps.

She headed back out and said with a smile, "You can stay in here with us. There's room for three, but since Sworda didn't want to room with girls we have a place open."

"you guys should go to bed its getting late" i said as i walked in "il watch camp like i normally do sence you guys know i can't sleep" i suddenly jump up into a tree and start playing a pieceful lulluby that was for some reason actually a spell as you fall asleep you hear the words "goodbye"

Scowling, Nesha looked up at Sworda. The spell was taking it's effect and her legs wouldn't keep her up. "Sworda... What are you..?" Her eyelids grew heavy as she sunk to her knees. Can't... Ward off the spell... Dammit!!!

The tranquilizer left Saline beyond pissed, but she let Sworda believe it had worked. 'a*****e!' she thought. 'Idiot! This won't work on me! I'm a demon, not a bloody animal!' Once he had left, she hopped to her feet and shook herself off. She felt a little dizzy, but other than that she felt okay. She yanked the clothes up and breathed in the familiar scent, not even bothering with the note.

Still angry, she tore it into strips to make a sheath for Oshaku. Tying it around her waist, she took a deep breath and jumped after him. The sword didn't weigh her down, but there was no ignoring the power that pulsed from it. Saline tried not to let herself be affected by it, or her anger, but it wasn't easy. She hadn't noticed that the diamond mark had yet again appeared upon her arm, or that her eyes were slowly slipping from yellow to darker shades of orange and nearing red. His scent was easy to track, but the man himself would not be so easy to work with. 'Idiot!' she thought again, her lip curling angrily.

'Idiot, trying to change your scent. You're born with your scent,' Saline thought as she waited for him to finish his nonsense. When he was done she leaped off the trees and landed in front of him looking absolutely livid. Her lips were peeled back into a ferocious, fanged snarl, and her eyes glowed bright with fury. At her hip, Oshaku was glowing blue in response to its master.

"I'm sick of this, Sworda!" she snapped, voice thick with venom and hurt. "Why do you keep running away? Why are you trying to hurt everyone around you like this!? Don't you think we might actually care if you left!?"

Saline had had enough of this. There was only one way to stop him from leaving. The sword pulsed with life at her hip, shocking strength into her body in tune with her own erratic heartbeat. She swallowed hard, knowing what she would have to do. Flames swallowed her arms as she lunged forward, slamming into the prince. The two crashed into the forest floor, Saline pinning Sworda's wrists with chains of fire locking him down.

"You made me do this," she said in a pained voice. With that she pressed her lips to his.

"God dammit," Saline choked. "I went through all that so I could talk to you, and this is what I get!?" Each breath was ragged as it was torn from her chest. All she had wanted was to talk things out. She had kissed someone else's fiancee for pete's sake! And now some bloody demon wanted to kill her? A low growl spilled from her throat, growing into a louder snarl as she glared up at the beast that should have been her friend. A ragged howl, both human and beast, erupted from the woman. Needles of heat were prickling down her arms and legs, and she did not fight it. As she stared up at the angel-beast, her eyes began to turn solid red like blood in water. Two streaks of white appeared in her hair, and jagged red stripes appeared on her arms, legs, and cheeks. Power and fury pulsed through her full-demon body as her clawed hands seized the sword. Another shriek, higher-pitched and painful, clawed past her lips as Oshaku unleashed its power. The stripes on her body turned black, as did the diamond mark on her arm. Her hair, ears and tail turned solid white. Soon even her eyes had changed, making them appear to be vast pools of inky black. The transformed demon hunched forward on all fours as two strips of light began to glow upon her back. The back of her shirt was suddenly torn open as wide silver wings split from her shoulders.

"Give Sworda back to us, or I'll kill you!" Saline shrieked furiously, rising quickly into the air with the blade ready.
