Riley quickly glanced around her. She pulled plates from a cabinated without opening any others to find them. She pulled silverware from a drawer, seemingly guessing where these thing were. She got some glasses and poured out water for everyone. The young redhead got a cake and cut it, giving pieces to everyone. Only then did she sit down to eat her bread with butter and her apple.
" Enjoy!" She said with a bright smile.

Kyosuke Date~Soul Taker Malkior smirked, "...there are so many things i cannot explain, Kane...he fact that your clothes no longer seem to fit right is one of those things..." ...this one is catching on...i may have to take care of him as well...he rubbed his chin thoughtfully, "as for your age...16?...17 perhaps?...it's so hard to tell with someone you've just met...though...by the way you act, you seem a tad bit younger..." he laughed, "i'm sorry...guessing ages is not my forte..." "I'm 14" he said coldly "How stupid do you really think I am?" kane began to walk back towards the kitchen. "It probably wont be long till the others find out. with so many girls its just a matter of time." kane was surprized, With how angry he was he was usually screaming by now. He chuckled slightly. "thanks Riley" kyoko smiled. She took a small bite of the cake. "so how did you end up here?" she asked. "in this house I mean. what was it? Dare, bet, or were you just curious?"

Riley smiled at the other girl.
" It was a dare yes...But I was also very curious about this house. I have always been...Interested in it. Truely fasinating no?" The young woman said with a bright look in her eyes. She finished her bread and butter. Then she started on her apple.
" How's the cake?" She asked.

"It's good!" Kyoko replied with a smile. "my little brother was curious about the house so he asked me to cheack it out. he's a bit of a coward." she explained.

Malkior sighed and rubbed the back of his head as Kane walked away, "...i'll keep that in mind, then..." he mumbled.
...this one knows too much...he's going to have to die... as he began to contemplate the ways to eliminate him, Riley's smiling face flashed through his mind. he sighed, ...riley wouldn't like that...she wouldn't like me for it...i can't lose her...like i lost her before...
he stayed in the room for a moment as his thoughts began to drift back. when he was alive, he was introduced to a young woman who's name was also Riley. he felt he had feelings for her, but, unfortunately not only did she have a lover, but she was taken by the same disease he had...still has. why fate had made him 'live' on, he did not know.
he shook his head, trying to shake the thoughts from his mind. his eyes fell to a decanter of brandy, ...it would help...
he knew Riley wouldn't like it, smelling alcohol on him, but it seemed to be the only thing that would keep those thoughts from clawing at his mind. he poured himself a small glass and took a few small sips. he sighed in slow satisfaction as the thoughts became blurry and soon slid away.
feeling better, he put the decanter back in it's place and made his way back to the kitchen, a slightly relaxed smile graced his face.

Kane entered the kitchen about a minute before Malkior.
"oh hey you're back!"Kyoko exclaimed. "what were you two talking about?" she asked curiously.
"nothing" kane responded, unconcerned. "is that chocolate?" he asked refuring to the cake.
"uh yeah! do you want some?"wow he's actually talking! kyoko thought suprized.
"sure, why not?" kyoko cut a piece of cake and handed it to kane.
"thanks" he said with a small smile. this was the first time anyone had seen kane ACTUALLY smile.

Riley winked knownlying at Kyoko. Out of the corner of her eye...Those beautiful, striking amber eyes, she saw Malkior. She rose gracefully from her spot, dabbed her mouth, and smoothly walked over to him. Her full pink lips found his in a welcoming kiss.
" Welcome back." She whispered softly. Riley smelled the acohol on his breath...But didn't seem to mind. A flicker of discomfort rose in her eyes before fading quickly.

his blue eyes flashed with a soft light as he returned her kiss, "good to be back with you, love." he whispered.
he wrapped his arms tightly around her. not enough to hurt her, he made sure of that and kissed her neck again, "...never leave me, Riley..." his voice was nothing more than a gentle whisper, but it was trembling slightly. he hoped she would think it was just an effect of the alcohol, he couldn't explain why he was like this without giving too much away.
he couldn't help but hold her closely, the thoughts that had previously invaded his mind made him want to stay by her side at all times...he never wanted to let her go.
his lips brushed gently against her ear as he whispered once more, "...is there anything wrong?..." he had seen the look in her eyes, it made him wonder what was going through her mind.

Kane had not seen the wink, kyoko just rolled her eyes. Jeeze you try to be nice to some one and everyone thinks your hitting on them. Kane was really cute but still.
kane's mind was on other things. Should I tell them whats going on? he wondered. naw not my problem they'll figure it out eventually. Kane concintrated on his cake.

He laughed lightly at Kane's Remark ...i'm starting to think i'd like to...
He tightened his grip on Riley, squeezing her lightly before letting go. he kept one arm around her small waist as he ran the other through his hair, trying to straighten it, but to no avail.
the sigh he let out was a little louder than it should've been, probably another small effect of what he just drank. he never drank much so, when he did decide to have a little bit, it effected him a little more than it should've but, not enough to mask his gentlemanly ways.
he smiled, "Good to see you all finally making yourselves at home. are you enjoying the cake? Old family recipie, simply delightful, if you ask me." his eyes fell on Riley, "Did you have any, love?"
he was well aware of Kuro, but he wasn't going to say anything to her. she seemed uncomfortable enough, he felt as if him speaking would only worsen it. just to be polite, he flashed her a warm smile.

Riley flashed him a dazzling smile. Her hair had gotten a few inches longer...It was curly/wavy...Beautfil red color. She kissed him passionately for a moment...His hand running through her hair felt soo good...She loved his hand around her waist.
" No. I don't enjoy cakes much. I'm more of an ice cream and candy fan. I did have some bread and an apple...If thats alright." The beautiful woman said.
