Draconis, always wanting to know why, asked, "Why are you getting Luftwaffe?" unable to put two and two together. Then she said, "Heh. Ninety Nine Red Balloons is an awesome song."
Magnus looked up at her strangely, and she cleared her throat and answered, "Er, yeah. Just imagine yourself being in his presence." A little curious as to the other Gargoyle who left with Veigh, she made a note to go find her anti-social dragon very soon. She needs to know if there's danger, though danger isn't likely to get past the second river of her home. And if it does, well, the fourth might stop it, and it'd definitely cease to exist by the fifth...

Veigh rolled away, sighing. She liked being in this Kyn's company, and she liked playing with him. He was different than the others, he... To her, he really was the perfect drug, and she was addicted. The japanese flipped onto her belly, and looked at the crystal formations beneath her claws, where the omnipresent, iridescent starlight glittered and shone.
She looked up to where Schnurrbart lay, and snuck over without disturbing him, nozing into his forelegs and lying her head upon his chest. This was her haven.

"well, erm what I meant was.." poke was at a loss for words, not expecting sukama to appear from no where. "well we gotta do something! We wont really hurt her but as dragconis said she's corrputing the land."
"We need to get going. There isn't enough time to stand around talking." But, as soon as poke had been able to jump on his back they were already at the burnt down house, Both looking a little shocked.
"I guess...we should have listened more to the idea of thinking were we want to be..."
"where did they go?!?!" kameko almost panicked when poke and taku had disapeared, and surely wanted to know where they were and wanted to go with them. However as she thought this she appeared to be, were the other two were. "this is a strange land..." She felt even worse because drazio was gone too.
Kichi on the other hand, was still there witht he rest of them as her mind was thinking of other things. "I want to know why one of ganons kyn decided to give up so readily on the idea of a mate, It didn't even seem like he tried to fight kragen.
((O.O; I may just have a perverted mind, but ganon does "slaying the dragon" mean what I think it means? cause that sersiouly shouldn't be allowed here, as well as the fact you god-modded dw's kyn.))

"Well, double-yew tee ********," said Draconis, as Hadus flew away, Poke disappeared with Taku, and Drazio left to follow them. "Gawddammit, guys! We need to think about this, not go running off like a knight with a big sword before he got toasted!" She put her face in her hands, feeling a headache coming on. This was supposed to be a fun get-together with her Kyn in Maggie's country, hell, they'd never see each other elsewise in this stupid place!
Blue-Eyes looked at Draconis empathetically, and answered Kichi. "If you saw... you'd leave, too." He looked down at the ground, pawing the grass, remembering the horrors that somehow, Kragen endured.
Q
Drazio's vision came into focus, centering on something green and furry. He went over to the green and furry something, covering her with his wings to calm her down, and nuzzling her chin. "It's okay," he cooed, and went into a bit of shock. What the hell is this place!?
VW
"Mmm..." Veigh murmured after a slight doze. "Talk to me. I love your voice..." She opened her eyes and screamed. Therewasafacelookingatheritwasstaringnofacebutitcouldseeherhorribleitcouldseeinherandeverythingturnedblack Veigh jumped backwards and cracked her skull and a horn on a cubic crystalline wall, but by then it was gone, whatever it was. She swore loudly, wondering what she saw and her own stupidity. Adding one more curse for vehemence, she crawled back over to Schnurrbart, one claw on the back of her head, the other testing the reality of his body.

when they arived many animles scatered into the dark and strange forest most of wich where what looked to be deer. the ground was nolonger baren it had a strange spungie moss covering it wich the animles seamed to have been eating. fearther down where the burned out house was was now a house made of black rose bush. and flitering around opening the beautiful flowers where clockwork butterflys. serounding the small vally was a dark and scarry forest that looked menising. the dark red sky shown a moonless sky and it gave everything an earie red mist about it.
Sukama fallowed them there on Ithroma who complained the entier way. "wow...cool, it looks like some of the places in the books that keeper reads."
she murred laying there slowly falling asleep her legs twiching as she does.

Schnurrbart leapt to his feet and wrapped one claw around behind her neck. "Veigh! Veigh, are jou alright? Jou... ve should go outside, ja?" He started nosing her toward the water, then paused and concentrated. A hole opened to the outside, and he started up toward it, gesturing that she follow.

((Stupid thing ate my really cool post!))

Veigh didn't jump up to follow immediately. She sat there, staring at the water, shivering. A silver rain fell from the crystalline walls as the aftermath of her attack on them. She looked up and blinked as little specks of mineral fluttered onto her eyelids, confused as to why they were flaking like that. Then she noticed that the light was dying, save for the auroral reflections of the water on the ceiling, and she bounded forward to cling to Schnurrbart.
"I don't feel safe here. Don't go up... take me somewhere safe."
This place wasn't her haven anymore.
Q
Kragen did not fall asleep when his mistress did. In fact, he didn't sleep at all, merely listening to her breathe. He was both attracted and repulsed, always scared. He had pledged to her out of fear and beauty, and he had gotten her, but for what? The welt of anger in his mind seemed to feed off his indecision. He sighed, knowing that, despite what he may think, he would still protect her, and serve her, even if it meant he never slept again. At least, so far, she wasn't a cruel mistress.
The gargoyle licked his fangs as he caught the sound of voices, and spent a minute trying to decide if they were in his head or not. At the end, he figured they were real, and that they were coming from the cave mouth. Taking care not to disturb Keeper's dreams, he slid from the bed and crawled towards the entrance, invisible in the shadows.
In such a position that he could see them but they couldn't see him, he tallied the group. Four dragons (two of them Princes, he could tell), and two Riders. The other two dragons seemed to be very close and -- one was Drazio. Kragen was shocked for a moment, not just because Drazio seemed to have found someone who didn't mind his obsessive eccentricities, but also because he was here of all places. What was he doing here? What were they all doing here?
Kragen hid, and waited to see if he might learn something. But if any of them tried to step foot in the cave, trespass on Keeper's home or even hurt her... the welt in his mind grew a little bigger.

Schnurrbart nosed her gently. "Let us go elsevhere... can jou lead me there?" He did not yet know this world well enough to operate in it, though he still held her as he guided her in flight up out of the cave, over the beautiful oasis in the darkness.

"Don't look up," Veigh warned, herself just staring straight ahead. There was no light, because there were no stars. Just a couple moons left, dimming, winking out of existance. "This place isn't private..."
She breathed in deeply and sighed, trying to straighten out what she thought she saw, and what was happening. Though the horrible wasteland of atrocities around the mountain still teemed with vermin and vile, the beautiful landmark was losing its splendour and stability.
Suddenly wild, Veigh whipped around to face her mountain, and imposed her will upon it, mad that it should disobey her. The obsidian shone again, and the crystal just as clear as the water it held, and the moons halted in their disappearing act, but the stars didn't come back. Veigh figured that it must reflect her mood, for she was still upset by that face without a face.
The Japanese looked to Schnurrbart, and said, "I was hoping you knew of a place to go, but this is your first time in Draconomica, isn't it? Just follow me. The Vale is a pocket of reality, and untouchable." She imagined the place, and phased out of sight.

The Vale
Schnurrbart phased into existence beside her in the meadow. He looked around slowly, in awe. "Things haff changed, ja? I saw this vhen ve came hier... look!" He pointed to where two new places could be seen, aside from Draco's mountain, and Kragen's and Veigh's lands-- a dark, foreboding... dead plain off to the right. And then he looked the left and his eyes widened. "That... is Bayern..." He fell back on his haunches, staring at the familiar mountains of his homeland.
"It moost be Luftwaffe! Veigh, mein Bruder hast made ein home!" He was excited, and shifting back and forth between German and English.

Veigh sat up on her haunches to get a better view of the different landmarks. She glared at them, and shifted them so that she could get a closer look at the plain, then the strange mountains she didn't recognize. Apparently they were part of Luftwaffe's home. (She can do this because those places are outside the Vale.)
"Your brother?" asked Veigh, then remembering the second gargoyle who had been there to wrap her up in banners. Then she remembered that she had meant to drop Schnurrbart in a hole, and was somewhat disappointed that she happened to be in a pocket of reality at the moment. "Would he let me stay there? I'd feel better if I were around dragons I could trust, rather than some stupid deer I can't eat."

"I'm sure he vould not mind... jou are, after all, mein mate now..." He purred and nosed her, then closed his eyes and thought of that place. He phased out of existence again.
Neu Deutschland
Luftwaffe was circling over the land, debating whether or not to fly down to Bad Aibling for a keg of gelati and a rest in one of the Bads (the name Bad referred to the Bads, or baths, there. Bad Aibling was a natural source of hot mud baths, boiling and bubbling hot mud springs that humans would probably not last long in-- but that dragons very well might enjoy). And then something caught his eye, and in his mind. He turned and saw two kyn, both familiar. "Schnurrbart!" He flew down quickly to land beside them, and hugged his brother.
"Luftwaffe!" cried Schnurrbart as they hugged, and then he stepped back and gestured to Veigh. "Jou remember Veigh, of course..." He murred and nuzzled her. "She ist mein mate now."
Luftwaffe's brow ridges raised up and his tail thumped a bit. "Ach-ha! I knew jou vould enyoy jour company together... velcome, both of jou, to Neu Deutschland!"
Schnurrbart gave a barking laugh of joy. "Veigh, ve haff so much to show jou... come, ve vill bathe in the vinest mud bads und drink the vines ov the Rhineland!"
Luftwaffe smacked his forehead with the palm of a claw. "Der Rhein! I knew I vorgot something!" He swept into the sky and thought, and then a long river exploded into existence, along with more small towns and people along its length, and tall, steep sides covered in vineyards. "Now... let us go to the Bads, ja?"

Veigh smiled to see the connection and similarities between the brothers. She, herself, had never met another like her. When Schnurrbart nuzzled her, she made a deep thrumming sound like a cat's purr, and smiled a little more.
"This place is very... nice. I like it," she said, nodding her approval. She turned to Schnurrbart and told him, "All right, show me the Bads. And someday," she said, telling the moustached Gargoyle, "you can show me the real places. I'm very curious, now." Veigh grinned mischievously, nuzzling him back in the neck and side... and then pushing him right into a hole that wasn't there before.

"Wagh!" Thud. Luftwaffe rolled back and laughed as his brother climbed out of the hole.
Schnurrbart spat out dirt and pulled himself over the lip, grumbling. "Vhat vas that vor!?" He tackled Veigh, laughing, and rolled with her a bit. He already knew what it was for-- payback! He climbed off her and grinned, and then took to the air. "Come vith me!" Luftwaffe chuckled and rolled over, then joined his brother in the air.
