If I was going to kill myself I wouldn't slit my wrists, I'd pick someone I didn't like and toss myself in front of their car (on the cool street) and with my dying breath point at them and say "its all your fault..." cool

Erm, not really, though I tried about a year ago with safety pins/needles. Kinda worked, you could really see it in cold weather. Freaked my friends out.
But it really wasn't too bad.

I wouldnt slit my rists because lifes too short to die at a young age. If my life sucks, then what the hell, i'll live with it and try to make the best of it. Sliting your rists is for people who think life is pointless.

I do it. Some of my friends get angry at me, but it's mostly because they don't understand the stressful situation. My close friends are alittle more understanding and they won't treat me differently. I tell people that they shouldn't be scolding me for something that helps me escape, and that they should just ignore it and laugh with me and be a friend. But, some of them can't see what I'm trying to say.

I don't see how your 'situation' would be so stressful that you would try to kill yourself. Also, knowing from expierence, most kids that are cutting for an actual release don't let their friends know about it, and they DEFINETLY don't tell their friends to just get over it.

First off, you only "slit your wrists" if you're interested in dying soon. People who use the term "cutting": very few of us actually take scissors to our arms, legs, whatever. It's all about the mechanical pencils for me, baby.
