Damien: It has been a while since Damien last walked this route. The sun is blazing in the sky, making the day almost unbearably hot. So, Damien has left his cape at home. He does, however, have his wide-brimmed hat on, to protect his skin.

He finally was able to pull himself from the suffocating arms of his mum this morning. He missed her, too, but he has some other people he needs to visit. The school could be done with their maintenance issues sooner than he thinks, after all!

He tugs on the long braid in front of his ear as he nears the front door. Once he is there, he knocks, then clasps his hands behind his back. He looks down at his shoes and frowns. A smudge catches his eye and he bends forward with the thought of buffing it off with his thumb.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon hummed as she walked to answer the door. She wondered who it was, not even thinking that it would be Damien as she presumed he was still at school; although she hadnt heard from him at all in weeks. She opened the door and her mouth dropped wide open and she just stared at him.

Damien: Damien looks up when he hears the door open. He mentally grumbles about the brim of his hat before sweeping it off of his head, and straightening into a standing position. "Hello, Rhiannon," he says, smiling slightly.

Rhiannon: 'Oh my god oh my god oh my god!' she exclaimed.
'You're back!' Rhiannon flung herself forward and wrapped her arms tightly around him. It was so good to hold him again!

Damien: Damien's first reaction is to blink a couple of times, rapidly, and then his arms snake around Rhiannon. "For a bit," he says, hugging her close. "It's good to see you," he adds, grinning. "You look wonderful," he continues.

Then, his tone is a little teasing when he asks, "Did you miss me?"

Rhiannon: Rhiannon purposely blocked out the 'for a bit' - she wasnt going to dwell on him returning to that school.
'I missed you so much my love,' she brushed her lips against his cheek, taking in how he felt and his scent. The little feral part of her snapped awake as she held him but she pushed it away. She couldnt rip his clothes off...yet anyway.

Damien: Damien shakes his head. "That will not do," he says, leaning forward to brush his lips against Rhiannon's. When he pulls back, he is still grinning. "I missed you too, mela," he says. "But, tell me, how have you been? Is your job going well?" he asks.

Apparently, he is not aware of any other thoughts that Rhiannon might have in her head.

Rhiannon: 'Its going ok.' she said, pulling him inside the house and shutting the door once he was in. Rhiannon trailed a hand along his face, and stroked one of his ears softly.
'I've been good. But I kept thinking of you.' she tugged him to her, and kissed him fully, her lips warm against his.

Damien: Damien has the presence of mind to toss his hat next to the door, but nothing more after that. He allows himself to get lost in the kiss a few good moments, before he pulls back. He smiles a little again, and his eyes lock on Rhiannon's. "I am glad to hear that," he says softly, not clarifying to which comment he is referring to. "I thought of you often as well," he admits. "I kept that picture you sent me," he chuckles. "You look so pretty in all that pink and yellow," he teases a little.

Rhiannon: 'Bah! That uniform is too bright and too short..' Rhiannon flicked him a little.
'But was that what you liked? The too short?' she grinned, for she was wearing her bottom skimming denim shorts. She didnt mind showing her legs off at home but at work was a little much.

Damien: Damien should have known that Rhiannon would be able to turn the tables on him. It seems he is a bit rusty when it comes to her mind, and he feels the tips of his ears growing hot. Was this the time for something a litlte bold? Maybe. . . .

"And, what if I did?" he asks, his voice soft. He raises his eyesbrows a little, keeping his smile in check.

Rhiannon: 'Then I'd have to do this,' and Rhiannon slid her arms around him again, letting them fall down his back and resting on his bottom. She winked cheekily and pinched gently.
'I really really missed you,' she said throatily.

Damien: Damien's eyes widen a little and he looks down at Rhiannon is mild suprise. "I can see that," he chuckles a little. He really has no idea what to do next, his brain doesn't seem to want to function right now. So, he lets the silence drag on.

Rhiannon: 'So umm,' Rhiannon is flustered a moment, wondering what on earth is going on with her right now.
'How have you been? And how come you are home early?'
They were in the living room now and she sat on the sofa, motioning him to sit next to her.
'Not that I am sorry to see you home now, believe me.' she grinned.

Damien: Damien sits down and starts to roll up his sleeves. It seems the heat outside might have carried with him in here. "I have been good. A bit bored, mind you. Classes were postponed, so I had little to do at the school," he starts, looking over at Rhiannon once he is done with his sleeves. "I am home because there were some things around the school that needed to be taken care of," he shrugs a little before smiling slightly again.

He moves to put his arm around Rhiannon's shoulders, and then freezes a little. "Silver isn't around, is he?" he asks. He looks around, half expecting the wolf to come out and warn him, again, with some sort of weapon this time, not to hurt Rhiannon.

Rhiannon: 'Oh thats a shame,' secretly praising whatever misfortune had led to the postponement of the classes.
'No he isnt,' Rhiannon grinned. 'No one is. We are completely alone.'

Damien: "Ah," Damien relaxes a little. They were alone. No wolf-boy jumping out from a dark corner threatening him, or anything of that nature.

Then again, alone could be just as frightening. If not moreso! "So . . . what did you want to do?" he asks.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon looked at him and smiled softly;
'You..' she said, keeping her face perfectly un-readable. She would not laugh and give herself away.

Damien: Damien blinks a little at the statement, and blushes furiously now.

Then, his mind starts working out a way to maybe turn the tables. Although, by now, he knows that not much really shocks Rhiannon, as it does him. Oh well, he can always try. . . .

"That can be arranged," he says, smoothing down his long hair a moment.

Rhiannon: She moved on the sofa, running a bare foot up his leg and stretched her leg across his lap, sliding almost onto his lap;
'Damien...' she said softly.
'I'm kind of partly serious. I thought about that - and you alot when you were away.'

Damien: Damien is blushing again, though not quite as bad as before. "Ah . . . Did you?" he hears himself asking. It would be a lie to say that the thought had never crossed his mind. But, he isn't sure he could bring himself to say anything like that right now. He doesn't believe he has the ability. Like so many times before, Rhiannon has left him a little speechless.

It is a few minutes before he gains his voice again. He looks away from Rhiannon. "What if I were to say that I was partly serious too?" he asks.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon blinked a few times..well that had been - unexpected? She knew he liked her like that because certain things happened when they got close.
'Well I didnt bring it up just to try and make you blush you know. I think...I want to do that, and I'd like to share the experience with you.' she squeezed his arm gently.

Damien: "I know," Damien says, turning in his seat to face her. "And I feel the same way, honestly," he continues. "I just . . . well . . . I think it will happen when you least expect it. Probably when neither of us are thinking about it," he smiles a little.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon chuckled softly;
'You might be right,' she pulled him to her again, brushing his hair from his face. She kissed his cheeks, gently touching his face scales with her lips. She smiled at him and then suddenly remembered something.
'Oh - what was that thing you brought up in your last letter but didnt go into details about?'

Damien: Damien pushes aside his discomfort at Rhiannon being so close to his scales. He simply keeps the smile on his face a bit longer.

Then, it falters a little. "Refresh my memory?" he says, his brain working overtime. How long had it been since he sent the last letter? And, what nonsense and the school could he have wanted to save for later?

Rhiannon: 'Hang on and I'll get the letter,' she slid off him and padded out of the room. Moments later she was back, and gave him the much read piece of paper.
'Here..' she pointed at the line after he wrote about the photo that Elle took of him.
'You said there was something you wanted to tell me in person.'

Damien: "Ah," Damien nods, looking over the letter. He doesn't comment on the state of the paper, but looks over at Rhiannon. "I really would rather this not go any farther than this room. And, since I have not been feeling any effects, I don't think that it is that big of a deal," he says, smiling slightly. "It is just a little . . . shocking."

At this, he pauses a moment, wondering if he really should tell anyone. Finally, he doesn't see the harm in it. Rhiannon wouldn't tell anyone, right? Well, he trusts her, anyway. "Elle had been starving herself, if I remember correctly. I can't remember the exact circumstances of the evening, but when I put my hand on her arm, she bit me out of reflex," he shrugs a little, to show that it really wasn't that big of a deal.

Rhiannon: 'Why would Elle bite you?' Rhiannon was confused. She wasnt about to tell anyone but she wasnt sure why not - what was Elle anyway?

Damien: Damien blinks a little. "Oh, dear," he says. "Well . . . she is half vampire," he explains. "And, if you didn't know about it, I am sure that she would rather not very many people know. I only know because Mum Lenore and her mum are close," he says, hastily.

Rhiannon: 'I wouldnt.' Rhiannon said.
'Damien I know what its like for people to hate or fear you because of what you are. I'd never bring that on to anyone.' she fell quiet, unconsciously running a finger over the now silvery scar on her thigh.

Damien: Damien smiles a little. "I know," he says, reaching over to stroke her hair. "Let's try not to think about that," he says, all along his voice soft. "Alright?"

Rhiannon: 'Well I would rather think of something else,' she put her arms around him again and nestled her head into his neck, kissing the side of it. She moved up to his face and smiled at him.
'You might not be able to return to school you know. I might not let you go,' Rhiannon giggled.

Damien: "Oh really," He says, grinning again, his arms going around her. "I might have a thing or two to say about that," he continues, humor in his eyes.

Rhiannon: 'Oh you want to leave me huh?' Rhiannon's face fell, and she pushed her bottom lip out, pouting.

Damien: "No, darling," Damien says, stroking her hair again. "But, my mum paid for me to go to school. I cannot just let her money go to waste," he kisses her forehead softly. "I would much rather stay here," he says, firmly.

Rhiannon: 'Yeah I know. I know you have to go again but I really dont like seeing you go.' Rhiannon tangled her fingers in his hair, letting the strands fall as she moved her hand.
'Smuggle me in your stuff when you go back?' she half-joked.

Damien: Damien chuckles. "Alright, then. You might want to put your two weeks notice in at work," he winks at her. "But, you know, if you want to see me, you can. I told you visitors were welcome in the school."

Rhiannon: 'I know but I didnt want to just turn up..' Rhiannon said.
'I didnt know your class schedule or anything after all.' she started playing with one of his ears, gently stroking it from tip to lobe.

Damien: Damien's eyes close a little, and his body tenses just a tad. "When I know my schedule, I will send it to you. Will that be better?" he asks, still smiling a little.

Rhiannon: 'Yes that will do,' Rhiannon kissed him on the cheek and snuggled against him.
'Mmm.' she laid a hand on his chest and left it there, liking the way it rose and fell with his breathing.
'This is nice,' she purred softly.

Damien: "Yes," he agrees, leaning his head back a little. He closes his eyes a moment, relaxing fully again as he stretches his legs out in front of him, crossing them at the ankle. "Let's not get up again."

Rhiannon: She giggled;
'I like the sound of that,' she laid a leg on top of his, wrapping around him properly. Her toes rubbed his ankles.
'So...' she said, after a few minutes passed.
'What are you thinking of right now?'

Damien: He is never really sure how to answer that. At any one moment, several things are going through his mind. It seems his brain never sleeps, really. He picks out a thought and speaks it. "Just how . . . at ease I feel. Just sitting here. It isn't awkward, the silence," he explains, hugging her closer. "What are you thinking?" he mimics, smiling a little.

Rhiannon: She blushed a little;
'Imagining you naked actually,' Rhiannon teased, giggling and rubbing his ankle with her foot again. The hand on his chest moved downwards and rested on his belly.

Damien: Damien actually laughs a little. "Really? That is interesting," he says. "I imagine me naked all the time," he jokes, opening his eyes just enough to look down at Rhiannon. "I hope it is a more enjoyable image for you than it is me," he teases.

Rhiannon: 'Well you've seen yourself so why would it be interesting...' Rhiannon said.
'Umm not that your body is boring! But you know what I mean.' she leaned up and planted a kiss on the end of his nose.

Damien: Damien chuckles, wrinkling his nose and shaking his head. "Oh, I see how this is going," he jokes. "You would rather not see me naked. That is fine," his tone is mock-offense. "I will just remain fully clothed around you at all times."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon sat up, poking her tongue out at him;
'You know very well I didnt mean that!' she straddled his hips with her legs and sat on him. Her hands went to his shirt buttons and she started undoing them.
'We'll see about the fully clothed thing,' Rhiannon winked at him.

Damien: Damien looks up at Rhiannon a moment, unsure what to do. Finally, he only laughs. "Do with me what you will, my lady," he says through his laughter. "Just know I will not enjoy any moment of this disrobing."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon smiled, undoing the last button and pushing the shirt to one side. She ran her palm across his bare chest, and then down onto his belly. Leaning, she followed the path of her hand with her lips, planting kisses on his warm skin. Rhiannon sat up again and looked at him, colour high on her face.
'So that wasnt enjoyable?'

Damien: Damien's one thought is that nothing embarassing is happening in his body . . . yet. Other than the blushing that he can feel spreading even as far as his neck. "Erm . . . so maybe I am enjoying it a little?" he says in a soft voice, glancing down at Rhiannon. He can't bring himself to move, or do anything to make her stop, even if he REALLY wanted to. He is not sure if that is a good, or bad, thing.

Rhiannon: He hadnt told her stop, and so she leaned and kissed his chest again. In her mind she wasnt sure if she wanted this to lead to anything, but she liked being this intimate with him - even if that was all they did. Rhiannon stopped again.
'This isnt making you uncomfortable is it?' she was acutely aware that she was sitting on his lap whilst she kissed him, and was whilst not worried about what might pop up, was worried that he would worry.

Damien: "Not entirely," Damien says, honestly. He is painfully aware of his inexperience, now. Is he just supposed to lie back and let Rhiannon do what she will, or is he supposed to be . . .

He mentally shakes his head. He adds, "It is just a bit . . . new." He smiles a little, to show that he is not closed to new experiences.

Rhiannon: She nodded;
'Oh and you think I'm the big expert huh?' she tilted her head and looked quizically at him. Rhiannon traced a finger across his chest.

Damien: "I wasn't saying that," Damien says, feeling his might have just put his big foot into his big mouth. "But, you do know a bit more than I do about this sort of thing," he adds.

Did he just stick his foot further into his mouth?

Rhiannon: 'I do have some experience..' she admitted.
'I kind of - had this thing with someone before we got together, and one time we got physically close.' Rhiannon blushed at the memory.
'But I'm still...umm - the cherry hasnt been popped.' she giggled.

Damien: Damien tilts his head, looking at her confused. "Why would anyone pop a cherry? Aren't you supposed to eat them, not squish them?" Yes, Nyoka had given him a few details that Lenore just didn't feel up to talk about, but she never once used this term.

Rhiannon: She laughed, nearly falling off his lap.
'Damien!' she managed when she had stopped laughing. She wiped her eyes.
'You are so cute,' Rhiannon kissed him softly.
'Cherry is another way of saying virginity,' she said.

Damien: "Oh," Damien is a little embarassed, but he is used to this by now. "Well . . . I suppose that is comforting for me?" he says, smiling nervously.

Rhiannon: 'I guess you could say that..' Rhiannon chuckled.
'I wanted to..' she squirmed on his lap.
'Lose it with someone I really loved.' she lay her head on his bare chest, listening to his heart.

Damien: The heartbeat is pretty fast now, after the squirm. He nods, however, ignoring his rapidly beating heart. "I understand that. I feel the same way," he says in a hoarse voice.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon moved a little, kissing his chest and then smiling softly;
'You're heart is racing...are you ok?'

Damient: "Fine," a lie. "I am great," he says, reaching up to stroke her hair, and smiling a little again.

Rhiannon: Her eyes slid shut, and the beat did seem to be calming again. Her hand stroked his chest and she let out a tiny contented noise.
'So..' she said quietly.
'Do I take my top off as well?' she grinned to herself.

Damien: Damien blinks, and looks down at Rhiannon. He swallows, and then glancing up at the ceiling, as though asking the Goddess what in the hells he is supposed to say to that.

"Erm," he settles on. "I guess that would depend on whether you want to or not?"

Rhiannon: 'I want to be comfortable...besides, this is a small step so that you dont blush into a melting puddle if anything else happens,' Rhiannon said quietly. She sat up and slipped her t-shirt off over her head. She was wearing a white cotton bra underneath so it was really only the same as when he'd seen her in her bikini.
'See? Its ok,' she giggled.
Damien: Damien looks away, despite himself. He takes a deep breath, and feels a slight flush on his cheeks. "Yes, it's okay," he says, still keeping his eyes off of her. "Besides, who says I would blush into a puddle?" he asks, risking a glance at Rhi's face. "Don't you get . . . caught up in the moment, don't think of anything?" he shrugs a little, wondering where that came from. . . .

Rhiannon: Rhiannon blinked a little at his words, then a broad smile slid over her face;
'Always when I'm with you,' she brushed her cheek against his, tilting her face to plant a soft kiss on his face.
'But I can never let myself go...because I dont think I could stop that part of me at the right time.'

Damien: Damien tilts his head as well, and looks into her eyes. "What if that were fine?" he asks.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon's eyes rounded;
'Umm ... you wanna repeat that? I think I just went temporarily deaf or something then..' she twined her fingers in his hair, not quite believing that he had actually uttered those words.

Damien: Damien chuckles. It isn't oten that he catches her by surprise. "I said, what if that were fine?"

Rhiannon: 'You really.. you mean that?' Rhiannon whispered, her fingers running along his chest. It was funny how alive she felt, seated on him, this close and with the knowledge that it might be something that he was okay with as well.

Damien: "Would I say it if I didn't mean it?" He asks, a broad smile on his lips now. he reaches up to run a chunk of her hair bretween his fingers. he then places his hands on either side of her face and nods. "I mean that," he says, not taking his eyes off her, the smile still on his lips.

Rhiannon: She was all nerves suddenly, tremors in her fingers.
'So did you want to...move somewhere else?' Rhiannon ventured, not able to move her sight from him as looked at her.

Damien: "Well, I would think we should go somewhere where we wouldn't be easily walked in on," Damien chuckles a little as he says this in a low voice, trying to keep his wits about him. "As this is your home, I believe you would know the best place."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon got off him reluctantly, which was a little silly given what might be about to happen between them.
'My room..' she said quietly.
'My parents wont be back..for a while I am sure.'

Damien: "Lead the way," Damien says, reacing out to take her hand, his stomach in knots. He manages another smile for her, as he tucks a strand of his hair behind his ear.

Rhiannon: She did so, squeezing his fingers with her slightly damp hand, and taking him up to her room. Which was tidy for once. Rhiannon shut the door behind them and sat on the bed, nervously pulling on the covers.
'Sooo...' she said, looking at him sidelong. Then she stood again.
'Umm. I need to go get - something.' and she left him again, heading for the bathroom.

Damien: Damien nods, and stands by the door, wondering how the hell he got to this point. He has no idea what he is supposed to do! Since he has nothing to do with his hands, he places them behind his back. He feels the butterflies start to flap their wings faster in his stomach, and closes his eyes. He tries not to focus on what might happen here, thinks about his studies, home, the koi pond.

He slowly feels himself relax, and he opens his eyes after a few moments. The muscles in his back and jaw relax, and the grip he has on his hands slowly starts to slack. He waits quietly, bt the door, for Rhiannon's return.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon had rifled through the cabinet in the bathroom, finally finding what she was looking for. Thankfully her mother and father still...did it, which made her shudder, but if they didnt there wouldnt be any of these....things. She pattered back to the bedroom, almost walking into Damien.
'You could have sat you know.' she giggled nervously.

Damien: Damien manages a nervous smile. He walks slowly to the bed, and sits. He can't find his voice at the moment, so he merely keeps the small smile on his lips, glancing over at Rhiannon. Finally, he manages to swallow the nerves, and say, "Well. . . ." that was all he could think of? Better no words, though, than to become a blabbering mess. . . .

Rhiannon: Rhiannon shut the door firmly again, placing the condom packet on her bedside table. She sat next to him, and pulled him to her, kissing him softly;
'We dont have to do this ok?' she said, her voice throaty.
'I love you..and that wont change whether or not we make love now, or a year later.' she smiled at him, tugging softly on his hair.

Dear Diary,

I can still smell Damien's scent all around me; clinging to the sheets that I don't want to change. It feels like he just left me, that I can still feel his fingers on my skin. I am so far gone for him that it is a little frightening. I want him now, but I know that I can be patient also.
I wonder if my parents know. I feel like I am going around with a flashing sign, and that I am too far into the clouds for them not to see that something has changed. My father might know; that whole irritating scent thing he has a habit of pulling on me. I hate that, makes it hard to keep things from him. So if he knows then I imagine my mother knowing isnt far off. But then I haven't seen them much in each other's company lately...I hope nothing is wrong between them..

David Wolfenbrother
David peered around rhiannon's room, smiling a little. He'd found that someone had been rifling around in the drawer in the bathroom where he kept the condoms, and he had a pretty good idea woh it was. Rhiannon was off somewhere, so he should be free to do what he had to do. Walking into her room, he sniffed the air, smiling a little. They had tried to hide all traces, but apparently hadn't counted on a werewolves nose to notice the small hints. He'd been right after all. Walking over to the bed, he set down the note.

David's Note
Rhi,

No use trying to hide, I already know what your doing. I'm just glad that you found someone, and that you have the intelligence to be safe. So, here's a little present from your father so you don't have to raid my stash of condoms anymore.

Smiling, he set the economy sized box of condoms down on top of the note, and quickly walked out of the room again, wistling a little, hands in his pockets.

Rhiannon balled up the note angrily, her eyes flashing red. Her bloody father! Absentee dad lately and he has the nerve to try and parent her. Bit late, she snorted. She was well aware of sexual health, and safety, and she didnt need her dad to get her any contraceptives. She scooped the box up and chucked it into her parents open door as she passed it. Let him sort that one out. She wasnt sure where this anger was coming from; until she had gotten back to her room and flipped through her diary which had the moon's phases marked down. The full moon was tonight. She wondered why she hadnt noticed before now, but she assumed that she had been caught up with Damien and just simply had let her pre-moon symptoms pass by without notice.
Closing the diary she paced her room, looking outside at the gathering dusk, the night was slowly drawing in. She made a descision, opening her window and carefully clambering out, balancing on the ledge. She jumped down via a nearby tree, straining to keep quiet as her mother was moving about in the house somewhere. Keeping to the shadows she ran along the side of the house towards the woods, speeding up when she was away from any lights. Once fully in the tree line she stripped her clothes, the cool air raising the fine hairs along her arms, and causing her skin to come out in goosebumps. She shivered a little, leaving her garments in a heap, and running deeper into the woods, answering some unheard call.
Leaves crunched under her bare feet; the night air playing with her hair as she ran through the trees. She came finally to a clearing, standing in the middle of it, looking up at the now risen moon. It was so very bright, and she could see the craters, her vision sharpening as the change edged nearer.
'It's close..' she whispered, her blood lighting with a fire within her. She sprawled on the ground, amongst the leaf litter as her body twisted...it was painful this time - more then she remembered it being for a long time. Fur flowed across her body, pushing up fast as her shape changed. Rhiannon tilted her head back up to the moon, and howled - long, low and mournful sounding. She flexed the feathered wings on her back, beating at the air but not lifting; her father hadnt taught her that yet. Her father...she growled and loped off into the woods, following a scent that enticed.
Rhiannon followed a dirt track, emerging on a small hill that overlooked another clearing. Down there she could see a couple of large shapes moving around. The air was heavy with a musky scent - one she recognised and she called in greeting, gratified to see one of the creatures lift his muzzle and call back. It was Kate...with another who she did not know. She loped down towards them, getting bowled over by Kate as she approached them. She wrestled with Kate on the ground, finally pinning her friend and getting up, a grin on her face. She could smell her friends excitement; it rolled off her, but it was directed at the other female and not to her.
'Who this?' she asked, looking at Kate.
'New girl,' Kate replied, her teeth showing as she grinned.
'Ohhh,' Rhiannon nodded, loping away a little bit, leaving her friend to her new conquest. She scented the air, following something new. It was many scents; wolves and she was curious as to what a pack was doing so close to her house. She also hoped that it might be Wolf and Pup who had left her a few months back. She had been sad, but understood that home life wasnt for them. It seemed like they had stayed long enough for her to become old enough to take care of herself and then left. She came across the pack, running along behind a stand of trees, keeping them between her and the milling wolves so as to not startle them with her sudden presence. She was seen, and she stopped, eyeing them as they did her. They didnt seem aggressive and so she moved closer, keeping her head lowered and tail down in a submissive pose, knowing that despite her werewolf strength, a full pack would be likely to cause her problems should they feel it necessary to attack.
She watched them surround her, the alpha walking forward to sniff her, and she stayed still as he did so, and then the others followed suit. Her heart beat a little faster, but finally the inspection was over, and the pack slowly filtered off through the trees. The alpha left the area last, turning and looking at her before loping off. She got to her paws, following swiftly, aware that them letting her tag along was a great honour. She joined them all night, as they hunted and fed. This was a good family to be with, and she felt no need to leave, there was no dysfunction, and no lies.
However morning finally arrived, and Rhiannon awoke, her form human again, naked in the leaf litter under an oak tree. The pack had moved on whilst she slept and she bit her lip hard, unwilling to go home just yet. She felt at home here...

Rhiannon stood, leaves falling off her naked form, spiralling to join the rest at her feet. She stepped out from trees shade, peering upwards at the sky, seeing where the sun was. It was fairly high, meaning it was late morning already. She tugged on a lock of hair indescisively, then left the spot where she'd spent the night heading towards the clearing where the lake was. Once at the body of water she paddled at the edge, getting used to the temperature before walking right in. It still shocked her with the coolness and she gasped a little, her skin tightening at the contact.
She swam a way, making for a protruding rock, jutting out over the water. Pulling herself out of the water, droplets falling in a shower from her body as she seated herself on the sun-warmed rock. She sighed, scooting carefully to the edge and almost fell back in the water...when had she, what had - what? When the hell had she grown? There was something else as well that hadn't noticed upon waking. Her wolven ears hadnt gone..and neither had her tail! She turned, watching it wag in the waters reflection. Why had that happened? She pushed her hands through her hair, touching the fine furred ears. She would have to go home now, see if her father was around...although she doubted that very much. She looked down at herself again, noticing that she was marginally taller...and even more curvy. She didnt think of herself as a vain person...but even she thought she looked pretty good. She couldnt wait to see Damien...despite the mystery of the tail and ears that wouldnt leave.
Rhiannon slid into the water again, swimming back across to the other side with powerful strokes, splashing out and running home. Lucky for her their woods were so out of the way that only those she knew personally tended to come out here...naked women did on occasion cause a stir. When she finally reached her home, she let herself in the back door, careful to wipe her feet on the towel her mother left just inside the door for these happenstances before heading upstairs to have a nice, hot shower.

Dear Diary,

I'd never expected that to happen so soon in our relationship; I was hoping that Damien seeing my full moon change would happen far off in our future...providing we have that long of a future - I just hope so as I love him even more now.
I went round to his; I couldnt stand staying in the house any longer - listening to my mother crying, fury building up at my father for what he is putting her through. My tail is bushed up just thinking about him. Damien was in his front garden luckily and he had a beautiful gift for me, a bracelet with moon shaped charms that he had made himself. The charms were of the different phases, and magically enchanced to glow to show what phase the moon is in at the time. When he put it me however the first full moon charm began to glow...I was annoyed with myself for forgetting - ignoring the signs that it was that night simply because I wanted to see Damien.
I told him I had to go, and he must have realised why as he said some wonderful things to make me stay. I did, I changed and he stayed with me. He never left my side throughout the whole night...and I love him so very dearly for that.
David is still missing...I have stopped calling him father - if he was mine he would be around more..

Sayuri had just managed to pull out the large wooden trunk that was in the bottom of her wardrobe, flipping up the clasp securing it shut and opening the lid. Folded inside were all the kimono she owned from her days as a Maiko; she picked up the glass beside her and sipping the liquid within, the alcohol stinging the back of her throat, and dulling her finer feelings.
Where had it gone wrong for her? And why did things continue to go wrong? She had escaped her old past as a Maiko after a rival had made an attempt on her life; escaping with the help of an elderly gent who had left her money and a house here in Gaia. She had adopted Sati; who was now a woman in her own right...with her own painful past and problems to cope with. Through Sati she had met David; supposedly her knight, her steady light in the darkness. And for a while he had been, and life had been very good. They had a wonderful child, her beautiful Rhiannon. Not long after she was born David had even proposed marriage, and they had been wed in a beautiful ceremony.
But now? Now she was knelt here, becoming maudlin, and drinking in the afternoon.
'Here's to life,' she said, her voice bitter as she toasted the air. She sighed, closing the trunk once again, slamming the lid a little.
'Mother?' a voice floated up from below, and she heard footsteps on the stairs.
'Up here,' she said, and Rhiannon popped her head around the door.
'You okay?' she asked looking at her mother.
'Fine...did you want something?' she asked, standing and nudging the empty shot glass from sight. Rhiannon bit on her lower lip, her sensitive nose having picked up the distinctive alcohol scent that clung to her mother.
'Yes.' she nodded, her expression panicked again.
'Damien just called...his mother's are available to meet me tonight!'
Sayuri went over and hugged Rhiannon, cradling her to her as she had when she was but a baby.
'You'll be fine..we'll dress you up beautifully, and they wont help but love you,' she held Rhiannon away from her a little, and stroked the curve of her cheek with her hand.
'My lovely daughter. You have grown up so well.' she smiled, and Rhiannon smiled back, squeezing her in a hug. Her damn father, she thought.
'Okay,' Sayuri said, patting Rhiannon's back.
'Let's get you dressed up. Go have a shower first.'
Rhiannon nodded, walking off to one of the bathrooms. Sayuri picked up the fallen glass and rolled it in her hand.
'At least I can make her life better then mine,' she said, putting it on a table and going off into Rhiannon's room to wait for her.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Lenore walks quietly up the walk, carrying an envelope in her hand.

Sighing, she studies the door in front of her. She shakes her head and puts the envelope on the door step.

Inside the thick, rich off-white envelope, is a piece of emerald green parchment, and the script is written in shining, silver ink.

Lenore
Dear Sayuri,

I was wondering if it was possible if we could meet somewhere soon? I would really love to catch up!

Just, drop me a line. My mobile number is: 985-555-0678. Just ring me up and we can schedule it.

Hoping to hear from you soon,
Lenore.

Putting a hand on her old friend's door softly, she sighs again. She knocks, and then Disapparate.

What's this about? Sayuri shook her head as she read over the note again. She put it down, picking up a make-up brush and dusting powder over the thick white makeup she'd already smoothed onto her skin. It was the last touch, her eyes had already been lined, and red colour dotted on her lower lip. Her hair was already lacquered into the intricate hairstyle of a Geisha, and she slowly put on her kimono, finally securing her obi, and pulling and tugging it into shape.
It was possible her daughter had said something to Lenore; she sighed as she pushed hair ornaments into her hair. It was bound to have happened, it was a little too much for any child to cope with when their father went missing, and their mother was drinking to dull the pain. It was one of the reasons she had started availing herself for tea-house parties again - she could drink sake without eyebrows being raised.
There was something else as well. Rhiannon had returned from Lenore and Eirnae's evasive, not telling her much of what went on. She seemed at the point of asking her a question but didnt seem to want to actually articulate it to Sayuri. Well it was a mystery to be solved tomorrow. She would contact Lenore, and talk to her daughter, and with those thoughts she was out of the door, accompanied by the swish of silk, and the tinkle of her hair ornaments.

Rhiannon bounced down the stairs, her hair tied up in a ponytail swinging behind her. She was clad in grey sweats, warm socks on her feet. It was her day off, and she had planned on simply hanging around the house with her mother...who had headed off into work early without saying anything. She picked up the mail on the front doormat, rifling through it; bills, circular, mobile phone bill for her, and..
'From Damien?' she wondered out loud as she turned the green envelope around in her hands. She dumped the rest of the mail on the hallway table (minus her other mail), and carried her letters upstairs and into her room. Seated on her bed she turned the letter from Damien over, pressing it to her nose for a moment and smelling the slight scent of him that still clung to the paper. She smiled, sliding a nail under the waxen seal and read the writing on the paper;

The intricate script was a little difficult to decipher, but she managed to read it after a few passes over it. Her face wrinkled in confusion; such a strangely formal letter, and why did she need to have those days free? Well, she would simply put her trust in Damien, and she picked up her mobile phone, which had been a Christmas gift. She tapped a few buttons, accessing her phone book and rang her work. Luckily she had some holiday days owing, and she swiftly booked them so that she definately would have the days free as her work tended to drag her at short notice. She folded the note, pinning it to a corkboard, and flipping open her date diary, marking them down now so she wouldnt forget.
She then pulled out her own writing paper, making a reply before slotting it into an envelope, and leaving to go see Sati so that she could deliver it the quick way.

The Proposal....

Damien: Damien walks up the walk to Rhiannon's home. He is braving the sun, praying to Eilistraee that he doesn't get sunburned on his face. Yes, it is trivial, but sunburns are painful!
His gray tunic sways in the wind behind him, along with the darker-gray 'belt' he has tied around his waist. His loose green-streaked, light brown hair sways with him as he keeps walking. He stares down at the ground beneath him as his feet move.
Smiling, he finally reaches the door. He lifts a scaled hand to knock on the door, and hums a nameless tune as he waits.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon tugged on her jeans as her sensitive wolven ears picked up the knocking sounds at the front door. She had been going through her wardrobe, making piles of clothes that she would take to a charity shop. She hurriedly scooped up the pile, stuffing them into a bin bag, zipped her jeans closed and tugged on a cut-off tee before running downstairs. Opening the door she let out a small happy squeal and jumped on Damien, wrapping her arms around him and hugging him tightly.

Damien: Damien almost falls over, having not braces himself for the jump. He manages to stay on his booted-feet, and puts his arms around Rhiannon.
"Well, isn't this a wonderful welcome," he says, chuckling a little. "I missed you too, Rhiannon."
He strokes her hair, and breathes in the scent of her. He keeps his arms around her. Well, until she gives him any indication that she wants to pull away. Until then, he is going to hug her tight.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nestled into him, kissing the side of his neck, and then along his face. She looked into his eyes and smiled;
'Hello,' she said softly, then released him just long enough to tug him inside, and shut the door behind them.

Damien: "Hello," Damien replies, ignoring the tingling he felt when she kissed his neck. "Ah, I found you well, I assume?" he says, an amused expression on his face as he studies her.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded, bringing one of his hands up to her face and kissing it, still keeping her eyes on him. His scent was all over her now, and it inflamed her blood, causing her cheeks to redden and breath to quicken...sometimes she wondered how close to animal she was, but she just wanted him - now if possible.

Damien: Damien stares, and he feels his cheeks redden a little. He squeezes her hand and, again, with a hint of amusement in both his voice and on his face, he says, "Before other . . . activities enter out minds, I wanted to talk to you about February."
Then, because he wants to, Damien pulls Rhiannon close to him, and gives her a kiss, squeezing her close.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded, letting him pull her close and returning the kiss. She tugged gently on his bottom lip with her teeth and pulled away.
'I wouldnt do that again if you want to just talk right now,' she grinned, walking off towards the living room.

Damien: Damien lets out a - hopefully - cooling breath, and follows her. He takes a seat on the couch, and looks at her.
"Well, I will make a note not to do that again," he says, smiling ever so slightly. "Now, I am sure you are wondering about what I have planned for those days. . . ." he pauses a moment, letting the silence draw out. "I am only willing to tell you one of my plans. And, that is only because it explains why I asked for so much time with you."
Then, he falls silent, waiting for her reaction.
Or, just trying to drive her crazy.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon sat next to him, letting a hand fall on this thigh, tracing circles with her fingers;
'Well yes I was..' she nodded, listening further.
'Oh so you're going to be a big tease in more then one way huh?' she smiled to let him know she was kidding around.

Damien: Damien chuckles. "I suppose I am," he admits.
Because he can't concentrate with her finger running on his thigh, he takes her hands in his. "Now, I really hope you don't get the wrong idea when I tell you what I have done. I don't expect anything, I just wanted to spend some time with you. And, since I am hoping I am right about how well I think you know me, I really don't think you will slap me. . . ."
He expells a nervous breath. "I booked us a room. It isn't the best room, but it isn't a seedy one, either. I thought you might want a break from everything for a while, and, as I have said, I just wanted to spend time with you. I can always get my money back if you don't want to stay there, however," he says, letting her know that there is a way out should she want to take it. "I have a few other things planned as well, but they don't require us staying together." He studies her face, unconsciously holding his breath.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon blinked, not really noticing that he was holding her hands. Why a room away? It wasnt like they couldnt do that sort of stuff here..but then it would be nice not to have to worry about someone barging in; or her father putting his nose in. She let out a little chuckle;
'Damien I cannot get enough of us being together like that...' she moved her hands so that she was holding his, and squeezed them.
'But I'd love to be alone with you...and do whatever you wish.'
Her curiosity still held though, what were the other things he was going to do?

Damien: Damien blinks. Well, she did get the wrong idea. But, she didn't seem mad about it. . . .
He DIDN'T get the room for sex, he got it to take her away from home things for a while. And, as he said honestly, to spend more time with her.
Also, and this was a tiny part of it, to test them. See if they would be able to get through constant contact with each other. In case they ever decide to move out together. . . .
"Well, that's good," he says, grinning now, even if there is the slight blush at the tips of his ears. "I thought you were going to slap me for even suggesting having a room together," he says, his voice soft.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon leaned in, brushing her lips softly against his cheek, touching the little scales.
'I'm not sure why you'd think that,' she purred in a low voice.
'I hate to leave you when we have to part as it is.'

Damien: Damien puts a hand on her cheek, and tilts his head. Thoughts tickle at the back of his brain, but he does not voice them.
Instead, he shrugs. "I don't know. In retrospect, it might have been a sleezy-boyfriend move to make," he smiles, sheepishly.
Then, he pokes her nose. "But, that makes two of us. I don't like to leave you, either." He tucks his hair behind his ears.
"But," he starts, in a teasing tone, "I think you will enjoy the things I have planned. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'Only if your girlfriend was the prim and proper type,' Rhiannon poked the tip of her tongue out at him.
'I'm sure I will...I just wish I didnt have to wait until February to know what they were.' she trailed a free hand along his thigh again.
'Was that all you wanted to tell me?' she smiled, looking at him and raising her brows.

Damien: "Well . . ." he trails off. "Nope, you will just have to wait," he winks at her.
Then, he taps his chin, another way to take his mind off of her hand. "I got a job?" he says, smiling sheepishly again.

Rhiannon: Rhiannons hand trailed upwards, towards the top of his leg, her fingers pressing through the material of his trousers.
'Oh you did? Doing what?'
Talking about jobs reminded her of another conversation, about something she had mention to him. She waited for him to reply first though.

Damien: Damien audibly gulps, and looks away, taking a moment. "Well. . . . I am teaching English in the village in Emerald Forest," he says. "The pay is great, and I will be. . . . ah . . . teaching about something . . . I know a bit about. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'That's good,' Rhiannon smiled at his reaction, letting her fingers travel around a bit, teasing him.
'I'm glad at least one of us is doing something as a career that they like to do.'

Damien: "Ah . . . how is work . . . for you?" Damien asks, finding it VERY hard to think right now.

Rhiannon: 'Becoming tedious,' she stilled her hand for a moment, frowning.
'The money is ok, but it's not challenging. Trouble is I don't know what I would like to do.'

Damien: Damien expells a breath of relief, and he relaxes. "Oh?" he asks, frowning a little. "Do you have anything in mind? Something tickling at the back of your head? Nothing is too silly," he says.

Rhiannon: She squeezed his thigh, shaking her head.
'Nothing is coming to mind right now,' Rhiannon licked her lips.
'But then you are very, very distracting to me.' she breathed.
'Tell me what else is new with you before I completely lose control of my more..animal instincts.'

Damien: Damien blinks, the chain on his ear cuff swaying a little. "Nothing," he says, his voice almost a squeak. He clears his throat. "I believe I told you everything."
Yep, he knows that look in her eyes, he remembers it very vividly. And, he is also being reminded of the effect it has on him.

Rhiannon: Her other hand trailed upwards, fingers touching the chain dangling from his ear.
'So not this then?' she smiled, clambering onto his lap and replaced her fingers with her mouth, teasing the flesh of his earlobe, and kissing along the ridge. She pulled away again.
'So that would be everything then?' Rhiannon laid her hands flat on his chest, head tilted as she looked at him.

Damien: Damien pretty much melts when she touches his ears.
Then, loses control of his senses when she teases him.
Mumbling an oath, he pushes her back, and brings his lips to hers.
HOW does she always get him this CRAZY?

Rhiannon: Rhiannon made a noise in the back of her throat; a small squeaky growl of excitement as Damien's mouth met hers again. Her fingers scrabbled at the tunic he was wearing, trying to work out if it could be opened or just taken off him. She settled for now for slipping hands under it, feeling his skin under her probing fingers made the noise sound again.

Damien: Damien unties his belt, and tosses it aside, before working on the tiny buttons of his tunic.
Before he can toss THAT aside, he comes up for air. "Are we alone?" he asks, in a breathy whisper. He glances around, as though he expects someone to jump out at them and scream "BOO!"

Rhiannon: Rhiannon's tail wagged, as Damien seemed to realise her problem and undid the tunic for her. She kissed his chest, trailing the very tip of her tongue on his skin. She stopped, nodding.
'Completely alone,' she whispered, trailing her fingers along his sides.

Damien: He still is glancing around when he shrugs out of his tunic.
He REALLY doesn't want another few boxes of condoms. . . .
He smiles again. "In that case. . . ." he says, before resumng the kiss.

Rhiannon: 'My father hasnt been around since that last time,' she said as though she could hear his thoughts, her voice betraying the anger she felt for her father.
'Do you care really anyway? My mother likes you..' Rhiannon kissed his chest, then attacked one of his ears again.
'And I love you, and I very much want to be with you here and now.'

Damien: Damien pauses a moment to think.
Well, think as clearly as he can, anyway.
"No, I don't care," he says. He brushes a bit of Rhiannon's hair from her face. He sits up long enough to scoop her into his lap. "And, I love you, too. More than I could tell you. . . ."
"Rhiannon. . . ." he pauses. He looks over at his tunic, which is lying on the floor in front of the couch. "I. . . ."
Goddess, can't he just get the blush to stop coming? And, a slower heart-rate would be nice too. . . .

Rhiannon: Her heart swelled, and she felt kind of floaty when he said such beautiful things. She kissed in the crook of his neck, and then sat back on his lap again.
'You what sweetie?' Rhiannon asked, head cocked and ears pricked.

Damien: Yep, he has lost the use of his voice. So, instead, he reaches for his tunic.
Lifting it off the floor, he grabs something out of the pocket. It is in a small, purple, velvet pouch with gold rope keeping it closed.
It is probably only ONE of he reasons Rhiannon didn't feel it there. He has been carrying it with him since he got it. Oddly enough, so that he didn't lose it.
He was going to wait, but now seemed as good a time as any. . . .
"Ah," he says, and takes Rhi's hand. He opens it, and slips the pouch in there.
'Ah,' is about as far as he can get.

Rhiannon: 'What's this?' she wondered out loud, looking at him. For the moment carnal thoughts were replaced by curiosity. She undid the gold securing it, and upended it onto an open hand. The ring flashed in the light as it landed on her palm.

'What's..this for?' Rhiannon asked, biting her lip and looking at him. It was beautiful, but she wondered from his sudden inability to string together a sentence if it meant..something.

Damien: Damien scratches his head and smiles, nervously. "You're going to make me say it, aren't you?" he asks.
"I am . . . hoping. . . . It is an engagement ring," he says, his voice little above a whisper.

Rhiannon: 'Umm..pardon me - what?' Rhiannon stammered out, thinking that maybe because he had spoken so quietly that she had misheard him. After all, the possibility of this moment had been a mere dream, a magical hope that she had entertained.
'Damien,' she managed, the hand holding the rain trembling, and tears pooling.

Damien: "Oh, you heard me," Damien says, watching her eyes water. Uh oh, he thinks. I might have miss-judged the feelings she felt for me.
Self doubt, that he hides, fills him. But, he moves his hand to rest on Rhiannon's cheek. "Mela," he starts. He stops himself from saying his usual 'erm,' and continues, "Marry me?"

Rhianno: Rhiannon nodded at first, causing the tears to spill then cried out;
'Yes!...yes,' she said firmly, her emotions making her voice tremor.
'Oh Damien,' she murmured, clutching the ring tight enough in her hand to leave a mark and kissing him hungrily. She pulled away, holding the ring towards him.
'Will you put it on my finger for me? I want you to.'

Damien: Damien's heart pretty much stops at that point. And, despite himself, his own eyes mist over. But, he takes the ring in a trembling hand,and nods. After a little difficulty, Damien slips the ring on her finger. Beaming, he puts his hands on either side of her face, and leans in to kiss her again.
"You have made me very, very happy," he says, softly, when he pulls away.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon is crying properly now, and gets off him for a moment, grabbing a tissue and drying her face. She sat right next to him again, nestling into him and looking at the ring on her finger, tilting it so that the light catches it in different ways.
'I love you Damien,' she said, looking at him.
'And I dont think I've ever been so happy as right now.' she kissed him on the cheek.

Damien: Damien takes the opportunity, when he back is turned, to hastily wipe at his eyes. "And, I love you Rhiannon," that seems to be all he is able to say at the moment. So, he simply holds her to him, humming, softly, the same, nameless tune as before.

Rhiannon: 'Was this what you had planned for February?' Rhiannon asked, sounding amused because if it was he was adorably cute for not being able to wait till then. She stroked his arm, resting on his bare shoulder.

Damien: "Uhm, one of the many things. . . ." He admits, blushing a little at that. "Sorry. I guess I couldn't wait." He reaches up to poke her nose. "You always get me caught up in the heat of the moment."

Rhiannon: 'It's okay...its more then okay,' Rhiannon giggled.
'It was perfect.' she turned her head and kissed shoulder, remembering with the touch of her lips against his warm skin what they had paused with his proposal.
'You are perfect,' she mumbled, teeth softly grazing him.

Damien: Damien has enough brain-power to teasingly say, "Eh, you're alright," with the same grin that he gives her to show her he is joking.
And then, his own brain goes back to what they were doing as well. Getting back in the spirit of things, he leans in and nibbles at her neck, his fingers running up her spine and under her shirt.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nipped him at that, leaving a little red mark that slowly faded;
'So mean,' she said, smiling though. She felt the heat rise inside as his hands wandered, and she moved, motioning for him to lay back, leaning across him to lay the cushions down so he was comfy.

Damien: Damien lies back, as he is 'told.' He smiles again, he can't seem to stop, and reaches his scaled hands to rest, gently, in Rhi's hair at the nape of her neck.
One of his hands leaves her hair, and moves to her belly-button, trailing up.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon leaned into his hands a moment, eye sliding shut. She licked her lips, looking at him and leaning over and down, trailing a path down his body, using mouth and tongue, lapping at his belly. She stopped at his pants, but they didnt stop her, and once she'd undone them, she carried on with her mouth....

--------------------

Damien: Damien is just lying there, pretty damn relaxed for someone who was a bundle of nerves earlier.
In fact, he can't move. He's blissfully numb. With his eyes closed, he breathes slowly. He reaches for Rhiannon's hair, to run his fingers through it. But, he can't even move his arm.
"Hmmmm," is all he says.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon had gone away after trying out the thing she had wanted to try on Damien..which seemed like a big success - fetching a blanket and draping it over both of them as she snuggled against him again, kissing him tenderly on the cheek.
'Well,' she said, giggling softly and laying a hand on his chest, her eyes again glancing at the lovely engagement ring.
'That was...well I guess you liked it huh?' she asked, grinning.

Damien: Damien nods, and manages to snake his arms around Rhiannon. He opens an eye to look at her. It occurs to him that she might not have enjoyed it as much as him.

Well, he thinks. I can't leave my fiance 'wanting,' now, can I?
Fiance. He likes the sound of that, even if he has only said it in his head.
With those thoughts in his head, he shifts, switching so that he is on her. With a twinkle in his eye, he starts to repay her.

--------------------

Rhiannon: When Rhiannon's legs had finally quit trembling and she could focus properly she wrapped her tired body around him.
'That was...' she kissed the nearest part of him she could reach before going on.
'Very, very nice...' she smiled, feeling sleepy now. But she knew that they couldnt do that here. At some point her mother would come home.

Damien: Damien, feeling pretty pleased with himself, and, for once, happy that Fauna had cornered him in Greece to badger him, looks at Rhi.
He seems to have the same thoughts in his head, about sleeping, and them being in too public a part of the house.
"I have a proposition for you," he starts. "If you can make it to your room, I will stay the rest of the day with you. . . ."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon stifled a yawn, nodding.
'I can make it anywhere if you're the inducement,' she said, her voice drowsy. She said up, gathering her clothes, leaving the blanket for Damien to cover himself with and began to shuffle to her bedroom.

Damien: Damien burrows in the covers, and grabs up his asorted articles of clothing, including his boots.
Shifting them to one arm, he moves toward Rhi. "Lean on me," he offers, making steady progress to the room.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon waved him off, laughing a little.
'I'm fine,' she said.
'My legs are working a bit better now,' and she winked at him as they approached her door, pushing it open. She discarded the last items of clothing that she had on and scampered to her bed, getting under the covers.
'Shut the door,' she called, grinning at him from across the room.

Damien: Damien was already shutting it, and he drops his clothes on the floor then. Still huddled in the blanket, he walks to the bed, and slides in, sliding under the covers as well. He snuggles close and closes his eyes.
"I can see my life when we are married," he comments. "You tell me what to do, and I do it," he teases, nuzzling a scaled cheek in the pillow.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon showered him in butterfly kisses, nuzzling him and sliding close under the covers.
'When we are married I want to only please you..' she said, pausing her attentions and looking at him. Reaching up under the quilt she stroked his cheek.
'In many and varied ways..' she grinned before kissing his nose.
'I love you,' she whispered, her eyes closing as she held onto him.

Damien: Damien snugs. "We'll be married, and I will be happy," he says, content. "I love you too, mela."

He holds her closer, and strokes her hair until they both drift off.

Happy Awakenings

Rhiannon: Rhiannon stretched, the covers falling from her naked self and she slid from the bed, tiptoeing from it. She looked back at Damien's still sleeping form and smiled, picking up a robe and sliding it on. The cuff on her left arm caught a little on her ring, and she tugged it off the ring, smiling at it. She sighed happily..so it wasnt just a beautiful dream - she really was engaged. She went over to her desk, sitting in the chair at it and pulled her diary from a drawer, flipping it open to the last entry, and began to write, scribbling out an entry whilst he still slept.

Damien: Damien stirs, flopping onto his stomach. His face moves so that it is in the pillow.It doesn't take him long after to open his eyes a little. He scratches his head, his hair very disheveled, and turns on to his back.He is a little disoriented. Frowning, he looks at the ceiling. He sits up and stretches. It is then that he realizes he is naked. That is when the memories come back. He looks around for Rhiannon.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon turned, sure she had heard movement. She closed her diary, putting it away again before leaving the desk and going back to her bed. She sat next to him, the robe falling open as she leaned over to kiss him on the cheek.
'Morning sleepy head.'

Damien: Damien smiles, and hugs Rhiannon. "Morning," he says, still sleepy. He brings a scaled hand up to his hair, trying to sort it out. "How is my fiance?" he asks, grinning sleepily now.

Rhiannon: 'Very happy,' she said, grinning at his dishevelled hair. Rhiannon slid over the bed, curling her legs around him and giving him a fine view of herself. She reached up and caught up in her hand a length of his hair.
'Don't think I've ever seen you like this before,' she grinned.
'I like it..'

Damien: Damien snorts, bringing his arms around her. He leans forward, nuzzling his cheek into her chest and closing his eyes, listening to her heart beat. "I look wretched," he says, his voice slightly muffled. "You, on the other hand, look delicious." As though to prove his, he nips her teasingly.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon smiled broadly, her pulse racing a little.
'You are always handsome, but I like how you look because it reminds me of where you spent the night..' a small noise of pleasure left her mouth as his teeth grazed her skin.
'Tease you are...' she stroked his hair, her fingers untangling the knots.

Damien: Damien chuckles, and pulls his head back. He lets her play with his hair as he twirls a chunk of hers around his fingers. "If you keep doing that, I will fall asleep again," he says, smiling.
Then, with a wicked glitter in his eyes, he nips at her neck. "I am paying you back for all those times you teased me," he says, low and close to her neck still.

Rhiannon: 'Well we can't have that can we,' Rhiannon chuckled, letting the hair fall from her fingers. She wriggled against him, as his attentions were waking up parts of her again.
'Damien,' she mumbled as her fingers roamed his back.
'I think we should make an effort to get out of bed..' she said.
'Well soon anyways,' she giggled.

Damien: Damien looks up at Rhiannon, and raises an eyebrow. "Soon, eh?" he asks. "What did you have planned that requires us in the bed?" he asks, feigning innocence.

Rhiannon: 'Keep nipping me and you'll find out,' she warned, winking at him. She flipped her hair out of the robes collar and smoothed it down a little.
'Besides we have to tell our respective parents at some point, so we cant stay in bed all day unfortunately.' she reached and stroked his face.

Damien: When she meantions their parents, he pales a little. "I didn't tell my mums I wouldn't be home. . . ." he mumbles.
Then, he pales even more. "Is your mum going to kill me?" he asks, looking up at Rhiannon. "Should I prepare myself for death?"
Alright, he is being dramatic, and he realizes this. So, he laughs. "Sorry. I am going crazy," he shakes his head. "Did you want to tell your mum now, or later?" he asks, still smiling.

Rhiannon: 'You didnt?' Rhi tried not to laugh at Damien's expression then. She shook her head.
'Nah...she wants me to be happy and she's heard me talk about you enough to know that this is what I want.'
Rhiannon giggled, nodding.
'You are crazy,' she leaned, kissing him.
'Still love you though. Later, my mum wont be here till tonight.'

Damien: "Oh?" he says, forgetting his parent's temporarily. He tries to tickle Rhiannon, and asks, "What do you say about me?"
He chuckles and shakes his head. "Well, at least I know that if I ever crack, you will still be at my side," he says.
"Well, what do we do until then?" Damien asks, referring to the time Sayuri will be back. "Besides getting dressed and waiting," he adds.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon squealed, moving across the bed to dodge his tickling fingers.
'I told her you are the most fantastic lover I've ever had!,' she grinned.
'It's ok, I can tell her on my own. I don't mind...' and she shook her head at his last words.
'Dressed? Oh no not yet..' she purred, inching back down the bed towards him.

Damien: Despite himself, he blushes. "Best lover, huh?" he asks. He chuckles.
"If you want me to stay with you when you tell her, I can," he offers.
"Uh oh, I know that look," he says, grinning. He reaches over to grab at her, and pull her close to him for a kiss.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded;
'Yeah and I said..' her words were stopped as his lips met hers and she returned it, deepening the kiss and nudging him into laying down again.

Damien: Damien makes a noise into the kiss, as though saying 'no', and he nudges her, getting her to lie back. His hands working on the robe as he does so.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon wondered what he was saying no to and almost pulled away, worried, but then he nudged her back and she smiled, pulling him down to her and wrapping her legs around his body....

Damien: Damien pushes the robe open further, fingers going over familiar areas. His still-messy hair makes a curtain around their faces as he stays with the kiss.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon reached out blindly, sliding a little from under him towards her bedside drawers and pulled one open, fishing around for a little packet and managing to grasp one with her fingertips, before sliding back under Damien properly.
'Let's start the morning properly shall we?' she purred, looking up at him and rehooking her legs around him....

Damien: Damien looks at the packet. He nods, and then takes a moment to "suit up," before returning his attention to Rhiannon. . . .

--------------------

Rhiannon: Rhiannon lay looking at the ceiling, a leg still hooked over Damien and a relaxed look on her face. She wriggled into the sheets;
'That is the best way to start the day,' she said, stretching her arms above her head.

Damien: Damien is lying on Rhi, though he is being as thoughtful as possible and not putting all his weight on her. "I would have to agree," he says. Shifting a little, so he is only half on her, he rests his head on her arm. "Though, if we did this every morning, we might never leave the bed. . . ." he comments.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon chuckled, turning her head so that she could look at him.
'I'm sure we have more control then that,' she said.
'After all, I'm about to get up and go shower. You can join me if you want,' she stretched a little, kissing Damien.

Damien: Damien sits up and looks at Rhiannon. "I think I will wait on my shower," he says, smiling slightly. "Or I might turn into some sort of monster," he winks. With the smile still on his face, he says, "Ah, and I have to call my mums. I need to gauge how much trouble I am in before I go home. . . ." he scratches the back of his head a little nervously.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon pouted;
'You really won't join me?' she sat up, untangling herself from him and the sheets.
'Well if you won't you can go call home whilst I'm in there. We only have the one shower, the second bathroom has a bath.' she slid to the edge of her bed, looking at him.

Damien: Damien chuckles. "How about I make the phone call, and then pop in with you?" he offers.

Rhiannon: She smiled, getting up and padding naked across her room.
'I'll get you a towel,' she called and left her room. She was back a moment later, a towel wrapped around herself and one folded under her arm.
'Here,' she said, chucking it at him with a giggle.
'The 'phone is downstairs in the hallway, and I'll leave the bathroom door open so you can hear the shower and find it.'

Damien: Damien nods, and wraps the towel around himself. "I'll be back up soon," he says. He starts to the door, and looks back. He gives her a wink before disappearing.
Sighing, he goes down the stairs to make the phone call. When he does, he gets Mum Lenore, and her screeching voice makes him hold the reciever far from his sensative ears. "Look!" he cries over her. "I will explain when I get home! MUM! Put Mum Eirnae on!" frustrated, he paces a little. He knows he will get a more rational response from Eirnae. He'll make his apologies, and promise to be home in a few hours. . . .

Rhiannon: Rhiannon went into the shower-room, after pulling a brush through the nest that was her hair. She slid open the glass door to the cubicle, putting in a bottle of shampoo, and shower foam before stepping inside and running the water. The jet-spray was heavenly, and wetted her hair before lathering it up.

Damien: "Rhiannon's," Damien replies. "I'll be home in a few hours, I promise. . . No, I didn't go anywhere else . . . We were just hanging out. . . . Yes, I am aware that I should have called," he actually rolls his eyes. "No, I wasn't rolling my eyes," he says, blinking. "All will be explained. Mum Eirnae, I have to go. . . . Yes, soon. . . . Bye. . . . I love you too," he ends, a little quieter than he was talking before. He can here the amusement in Mum Eirnae's voice before he hands up.
Rubbing his temples, he goes back up the stairs. He follows the sound of the running water, and steps into the bathroom. Discarding the towel, he climbs in. "I hope that your bath products don't smell too flowery," he says, softly, in a playful voice.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon finished rinsing the shampoo from her hair before answering and showed him the bottle of shower foam.
'It's menthol actually, so you'll smell like toothpaste.' she giggled, smooshing against him and wetting him from the moisture on her body.

Damien: Damien chuckles, and shifts her slightly, so that he can get under the spray. "Better than . . . Oh, roses?" he comments, letting the water flow over him. His muscles relax a little, and he sighs, content. "So, how does this work? I clean you, you clean me?" he asks, his voice still playful.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon shuffled across the tiled floor, moving to let him get under the water, avoiding stepping on the drain. She squirted a handful of the gel onto her palm, and it began foam.
'I could wash you if you wanted,' she winked at him.
'I'm not sure that wouldnt lead to something else though.'

Damien: "Well, what would the use of a shower be if we didn't get clean?" he says, wiping the water from his eyes and stepping from under the mist so Rhiannon could have it back. "I think that, if we don't want to stay in here the rest of the day, it might be best to clean ourselves, then," he comments, looking at the bottles for the shampoo. "Oh, we don't have conditioner?" he asks.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon pouted a little, pushing her bottom lip out but nodded;
'I guess you're right,' and she squished the foamy gel in her fingers, before washing herself, covering her front, and legs in fragrant foam. She giggled at Damien.
'Probably,' she pointed through the steamed up glass.
'But it's out there and in the cabinet.'

Damien: He chuckles again, and reaches to poke her nose. "Hey, no pouting. We will have plenty of opportunities for water games in the future," he reminds her.
Then, Damien sighs. "How you keep your hair looking good without conditioner, I do not know," he teases, after he snaps out of watching her.
He reaches to open the door, and then steps out. He looks in the cabinet, shivering a little when his feet hit the cold floor. He hurriedly scans the contents of the cabinet, and then returns to the shower with conditioner. He grabs the shampoo, and pours some into the palm of his hand, and then begins working it into his hair.

Rhiannon: She snapped playfully at the finger that poked her nose;
'I use a dog shampoo,' she giggled.
'Promotes a lovely glossy coat,' Rhiannon watched his retreating bottom as he went to get the conditioner, licking her lips when he returned. She reminded herself though that as they were engaged, it was safe to say that they had a long future in which she could jump him, and she needed to calm down right now.

Damien: Damien eyes her, watching the look in her eyes, before rinsing his hair. "I hope you are joking about the dog shampoo," he says, smiling a little and reaching for the conditioner. Once that is in his hair, helets it sit, and goes for the body wash. He starts to wash himself.
"Budge over a bit," he starts, in a teasing voice. "Water-hogger."

Rhiannon: 'Woof,' she teased, nudging him with her hip before moving away from the water jet again.
'Am not, just not used to sharing my showers..I dont do this with every guy I know,' Rhiannon chuckled.

Damien: "I would certainly hope not," Damien says, rinsing off, before going to try to tickle her for a second. "Or, I would have to . . . hmm . . . 'bust their heads,'" he adds, a grin on his face.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon tried to keep a straight face at that 'statement' but she couldnt and laughed, bending a little till the fit subsided.
'Oh you would huh?' she managed, wiping her eyes.

Damien: "Oh, you don't think I could do it," Damien says, now trying ever harder to tickle her. "You don't think I could hold my own in a fight?" he is laughing, as well, as he says this. "I'll have you know, with a well-placed curse, I could bring a giant down, thank you!."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon squealed, trying to dodge him, and not slip over at the same time.
'I give, I give!' she held her hands up, laughing.
'You are a big, strong, wonderful man and you can take anyone on,' she got in close and pressed against him, kissing him on the mouth so he wouldnt try and tickle her anymore.

Damien: Damien holds on to Rhi, and deepens the kiss a little. He rubs her water-slicked back before pulling away. "That's better," he says softly, giving her a wink.
Then, he tilts his head. "Let's get out of here. Maybe we can figure out whether we want to eat or not before I have to go home?"

Rhiannon: Rhiannon chuckled, slipping from his grip and turning the water off before hopping out.
'If you want something to eat we can raid the kitchen,' she dripped on the floor as she rubbed her hair in a towel.
'Did you get through to your mothers?' she asked, wrapping her hair up turban-style before picking up her own towel to dry her body.

Damien: Damien steps out, and says, "Food sounds good. I am hungrier than usual today. . . ." he says, looking for his towel. When he finds it, he starts drying his body.
"And, I got through to them. That is why I have to get home soon," he says. "Apparently, they were worried." He frowns a moment as he ties the towel around his waist. "Mum Eirnae will calm Mum Lenore, though," he smiles, confident of that fact.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded, wrapping the towel around herself.
'Okay,' she simply said. She wouldnt raise a fuss about him leaving because their staying together relied on the approval of his parents - and she didnt want them to be angry enough to stop him seeing her again. She put away the toiletries, wriggling her damp wolven ears under the towel covering her hair.
'Do you think they will still allow my mother and me to move in with you guys now?'

Damien: Damien nods. "Yes, I think so," he says. "I mean, they wouldn't have offered if they didn't really mean it." He walks over to Rhi and puts his arms around her, squeezing her a moment before letting her go again, placing his scaled hands on her shoulders. "You are both still welcome."

Happy Awakenings Cont..

Rhiannon: 'I thought they might be worried we would be at it like bunnies, even more so now. I don't know that any parent wants to think of their children doing that under their roof.'
Rhiannon slid the shower door shut, opening the bathroom one and walking out towards her room again.

Damien: Damien shrugs as he follows her out. "Well, Mum Lenore is the one that goes a little crazy over things like that," he admits. "But, Mum Eirnae can usually calm her down, or Nyoka. I think she ignores it all," he adds.
As much as he dislikes the idea, he starts to dress in the clothes he was wearing yesterday. Just his pants, and undershirt. He pulls his long fingers through is damp hair. "Besides, they would have to get used to the idea. When we get married and move out together, they certainly can't think we are going to be sitting around watching movies and reading all the time." Especially if they want grandchildren, he thinks, a small smile on his face.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon sat in her towel on her bed, watching Damien dress...which was a little depressing as he was very fine to her eyes unclothed. She shook herself of lustful thoughts, and went over to her chest of drawers, searching through them for a set she wanted to wear. She finally pulled out a lacy pair of white panties and matching bra, putting them both on after discarding her towel. She tiptoed over to Damien and wrapped her arms around him;
'You thinking that far ahead already?' she asked. She was still a little dazed at just being engaged, still thinking that someone was going to leap out and shout 'Fooled You!', and tell her that it was a big joke...or that she'd wake up and it was all a very vivid dream.

Damien: Damien chuckles. "I think parents think that far ahead," he says, putting his own arms around her. "Nani was telling me that her and Surion's parents were already thinking about grandchildren. And, might I point out, that they are not engaged yet," he leans forward and kisses Rhi's forehead.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon kissed Damien tenderly on the cheek.
'I dont know that my mother is wanting to be a grandmother just yet,' she said, squeezing him tightly for a moment before releasing and looking for more clothes. She pulled out a white blouse, slipping it on and buttoning it up.
'Tinania and Surion are wanting to get married as well?'
Well last time she had spoken to Tinania she had mentioned that she was seeing Surion. And that had been a while ago so it was feasible they had become that serious.
'Both of them are teenagers though,' she said as she pulled on indigo blue jeans and slid the zip up, then buttoned them.
'Bit early for children isnt it?'

Damien: Damien shakes his head, stuffing his hands in his pockets and leaning back against the wall. "Well, I suppose that it isn't too early for a parent to prepare for grandchildren," he comments. "Maybe it comes into their heads when they hear their child is getting married, or they think that their child is getting married? Who knows what really goes on in their heads," he says, smiling again.

Rhiannon: 'Well I know I like the stuff that leads to having a baby,' Rhiannon grinned at him whilst pulling a brush through her hair, brushing the fur on the back of her ears as well.
'But is that something you want?' she was curious as to his thoughts on that sort of thing.

Damien: Damien shrugs. "I have not really thought about it overly much," he admits. "I mean, I am thinking ahead, just in case it happens." He looks over at Rhi again. "Why, have you given it much thought?" he asks, studying her face.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon walked over to Damien, and put her arms around his neck, stretching up and kissing.
'I actually honestly hadnt. What we have now, that was beyond my wildest hopes,' her tail lazily wagged, having popped out through the hole in the seat of her jeans.

Damien: "What, you didn't think we were in this for the long haul?" Damien teases, poking her nose. He then leans down and gives her a gentle kiss.
"And, since we are, I think we should go and try and make breakfast together," he chuckles. Emme has never let him anywhere near her stove, it should be interesting.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nudged him in return, poking her tongue out at him.
'No silly. I hoped we were. I just didnt know how to ask you about it,' she tugged on his arm.
'C'mon then,' she pulled him towards her bedroom door, then let go and went downstairs, heading for the kitchen.

Damien: "You should have just came out and asked," Damien chuckles, following her. "I think I am mature enough to handle a question like that."
When he reaches the bottom of the stairs, he feigns offense. "And, I am slightly offended that you would think that I wasn't," he says, sticking his hands in his pockets again.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded;
'I probably should have, but the last guy I was frank with about my feelings didnt feel the same way, so you must understand my not wanting the same thing to happen.' she sighed.
'I'm sorry,' she lowered her head, standing in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs, her ears drooped as well.

Damien: Damien blinks, and takes the few steps it takes to get closer to Rhi. "Mela, I was only joking," he says, reaching over to stroke her hair. "Though, honestly, darling, you had to know that your feelings were returned in my case," he says, softly, smiling a little.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nestled into him briefly;
'I knew you felt for me yes, but I didnt know if it was strong enough for that kind of conversation,' she admitted.
'Myself...' she bit on her lip, undecided as to whether to tell him, but as they were to spend their future together she would have to be honest.
'I've thought about being with you like this since when you had to leave to go to school. I was frightened you would meet someone else so much during the time when you were away.'

Damien: Damien smiles, but blinks, confused. "Now, Rhiannon," he says, in a mock-stern voice. "Where would I get the courage to even talk to someone? And, why would I even want to, in that manner, when I had you waiting at home for me?"

Rhiannon: Rhiannon coiled a strand of his hair around a finger then released it;
'I don't know that you've realised it but you've gotten more outgoing since we started dating properly,' she chuckled at him.
'I love you, more everytime you say something sweet like that,' she tugged on his arm.
'Now then, food! Before my tummy starts complaining again.'
and she walked off towards the kitchen once more, cutting through the living room to get to it.

Damien: Damien follows, chuckling and shaking his head, his hands in his pockets once more. "Yes, food is a wonderful idea," he mumbles, and lifts a hand to his flat stomach. It is grumbling a little, and he looks out a window. Yeah, it is later than he is used to eating.
"So, what did we have in mind for the meal?" he asks.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon went over to the fridge, pulling open the door and peering in;
'Hmm well I dont know about you,' she said, as she rummaged about within.
'But I'm having a few slices of bacon,' her tail lifted gently.
'There's plenty of other stuff, fruit, and I think we have bread if you want toast,' she pointed to the bread box as she found a pan, and lit one of the hobs on the cooker top.

Damien: "Fruit and toast sounds fine," he says, peeking in the fridge. Assuming he can help himself, he grabs the cartonof strawberries, and puts it on the counter. Then, he walks over to the bread box, and opens it. "Do you want some bread," he asks, taking two slices for himself.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon shook her head, using a skillet to move her bacon around before going back into the fridge and pouring herself a drink of juice. She pulled out two plates and put them on the sideboard, before moving back to the now sizzling bacon.
'So you don't eat any meat?' she asked, eyeing his breakfast choice.

Damien: Damien closes the bread box, and turns back to the strawberries. He takes the leafy stuff off of four of them, and then sticks the carton back in the fridge. He turns to Rhiannon, and smiles a little sheepishly. "I eat it rarely," he admits. "But, I have no problem with others eating it. I mean, I sat at the table for most of my life, watching Nyoka eat raw meat of all varieties. And, it isn't the same thing, but Mum Lenore can only drink blood. So, my stomach is pretty strong," he says, popping the bread in the toaster.

Rhiannon: She flipped the now cooked bacon onto her plate and took a seat, sipping her drink before smiling at Damien;
'Well I dont think you have to worry too much on that account,' Rhiannon chuckled.
'I always make sure I'm full before I turn, so I hope that I wont go after raw meat. And I do prefer it cooked really anyways.'

Damien: Damien chuckles, and puts the fruit and toast on his own plate, before getting a cup of water. He sits across from Rhiannon. "Well, I wouldn't mind it if you ate it," he says. He lifts a strawberry to his mouth, and takes a bite. When he swallows the bite, he looks back at Rhi. "Anyway, don't feel you can't eat anything you want in front of me. I think that was the point I was trying to make," he says.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon chewed a mouthful, swallowing before replying;
'Well, thanks.' she chuckled.
'So do you think it will be easy for you to tell your mothers about this new development?' she glanced at her ring finger then, smiling faintly.

Damien: "I think so," Damien says, and takes a bite from his toast. Once he is finished with that piece, he sets the toast down, and smiles. "I mean, even if they were the type, there is nothing they could do to prevent me from marrying you. Why do you ask? Do you think you are going to have a problem telling your mum?"

Rhiannon: Rhiannon shook her head;
'No, I dont think so. I just worry about you is all. You have a strong family unit, and I'd hate to be the cause of any strife within it.' she smiled.
'I might overly worry, I think you've guessed that by now.'

Damien: "I think you are in this case," Damien says, leaning forward to grab her hand. "They love you, Rhiannon. And, all they every want for me in my life is for me to be happy. They see the smile you put in my eyes and on my face. That is all that they need to know."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon blushed, squeezing his hand.
'You are just so sweet,' she popped a last bit of bacon in her mouth and swallowed it.
'And have such a lovely bum,' she giggled, letting go of his hand and standing to put her plate in the dishwasher.

Damien: Damien blushes a little, and shakes his head, finishing off the strawberries before moving on to the toast. "Well, I must admit, I am glad you that you approve of my bum," he says, chuckling a little. He takes a little time to finish his toast, befor standing and mimicing Rhiannon's move of putting the dish in the dishwasher. He looks out a window again, and sighs.
"I have to get home. . . ." he says, frowning.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded;
'Oh very much so,' she went over to him and slid a hand around his back, squeezing him gently.
'..okay,' she said, her face falling a little. Well she knew he had to go, but she always hated when they had to part, no matter how small a time it was.

Damien: Damien gives a little yelp, and blushes a little at the noise he made. Narrowing his eyes, he shakes his head a little. He then puts a hand on her cheek. "I promise we will see each other soon," he smiles. "Anyway, we have February to look forward to, right?"

Rhiannon: 'That's true,' she nodded, feeling a little better. It was silly she realised, to get so down every time he had to leave but she couldnt help it. She tugged him close, her hands resting on his back now.
'Well I'm going to give you a proper goodbye then,' Rhiannon looked right into his eyes then captured his mouth with hers, kissing him with passion, teasing and nibbling at his lips with her teeth.

Damien: Damien is about to say something, when his lips are attacked. He blinks, twice, and rapidly, before his eyes close.
He smiles when the kiss is over, and says. "I think that is a proper goodbye," in a low voice. putting his arms around her, he asks. "Walk me out?" He really doesn't want to leave, but he has to get home, and he has to start preparing for his first day of teaching tomorrow. . . .

Rhiannon: Rhiannon nodded, brushing the tip of her nose against his.
'Sure.' she squeezed him, then unwrapped herself from him. Taking one of his hands she walked with him to her front door, opening it and looking down the path.
'Guess this is it for a while then,' she looked back at Damien.

Damien: "Oh, cheer up," Damien says, smiling again. "I'm not going anywhere, and you have the ring on your finger to prove it," he says, running his thumb over the emerald. "The time will fly, and we will see each other before you know it."
He lifts a hand up to stroke her hair. "I love you," he says, before stepping over the threshhold.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon leaned in and nipped Damien on the earlobe;
'Cheeky,' she said as she pulled back.
'I can miss you as much as I like,' she giggled though and gave him one more hug.
'I love you more,' she whispered before letting him go.

Damien: Damien chuckles, trying to ignore the little tremor he felt in his stomach when she nipped his ear. After the hug, he says, "Alright, we love each other equally. Call me whenever you want," he says.
And with that, he starts down the path.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon waved, before putting her left hand to her heart, her right touching the ring. She watched, waiting until Damien was out of even her sight before shutting the door.
