No...I think those are his legs. It doesn't look like there's a seam anywhere...and it matches his skin, too.

If you watch the whole clip of it you can see the wrinkles in the pants.....  See? I would hope that that was not his skin wrinkling up there.... Oh and I must see Ruki in shorts also. I will try and help you in your search for that video! 3nodding
