+1 Ivory, because she's dropping drastically low in health and doesn't deserve it. Be nice to people and maybe you won't die first.
-1 Kenkaru, because his score is way too high for my liking and he took forever to say anything about the Shadow techniques and still hasn't approved them for the Nara clan.

People bitching me about this and that approve my s**t NOW just make me give a fdamn about what they want approved. You should understand I'm not getting paid to do this and yet my work is 100 time more efficient than any other guild owner.

Its been 16 days for 2 jutsus. I only made them, because Ivory asked for some help with creating jutsus for techniques that already existed from the anime and for the kekkei genkai descriptions. I feel bad that everyone is hurting her in this thread, because she's working really hard to get all these bloodlines made for people who are asking about them while trying to get everything organized for the Kusagakure Survival Trials, making training Exercises for skills and training for ninjutsu techniques that our genin and academy students want to learn. She's also organizing the jutsus and bloodlines that have been approved while helping those who got their bloodlines approved while they were incomplete. She's roleplaying missions, teaching in the Academy, teaching in the hospital and helping out here and there around the guild.
I'm not comparing her to you, Kenkaru, because I don't know everything you do in the guild. I'm just saying people shouldn't be hurting her so much. Especially since people were complaining about her sending genin out on a C-rank mission, because one genin was almost dead. It wasn't her fault that he figured his health wrong by almost 50 pts too low. She wasn't Kage when his profile was accepted anyways.
And do you think NOW is appropriately put to 16 days later, Kenkaru?

As for my work with the guild >>.
Basically my work is divided in everything. I have to take care of activity check ups, battle system, new features, events, check that people are following the rules and so on it goes. In the end everyone who accepts to be a Kage and crew knows that they will have a lot of work into their shoulders. Whatever people hurt you or heal you depends on whatever they interact with the person or not. As for the 16 days s**t...The ******** are you talking about ?

Sorry to barge in but i saw those jutsus already on the Jutsus list about a week ago or so and so that means somebody dot them already there right .... Give the man some credit, hes busy! and The Nara thing is already resloved. although if have a good memory both Nara cklan Jutsus un the Jutsu list of the clan are missing either requirements or training days.... but i think it was requirements. +1 to kenk for getting picked on lol +1 C4 because i take care of my Kages!
