*clears throat* Hello all. ^_^ Haven't posted in awhile. O.o Thought I'd give anyone interested an update on the Life of Jaide. xd I now have a new job, and that is at a recycled video game store, and I LOVE it. :3 Could not be happier, employment-wise. heart It's nice to be employed somewhere where I'm in my element. whee

Furthermore, I was curious... How many of you wonderful pig meat products (eww XD ) play Furcadia? 'Cause I friggin' love the game, but most of my friends abandoned me on it, as they think the graphics are too outdated to be fun ( stare ) and those of you who know much about me know that I'm not exactly a "go out and meet new people" kinda gal. sweatdrop It's really a wonder of wonders that I met you wonderful people, as secluded as I tend to leave myself. xd Anyway! If any of you play Furcadia, I thought it would be fun to get together sometime and hang out! Because I'm cool! ninja And I use too many emoticons in my posts!

EDIT: I just realized that this is post number 700! Yay!

What is this Furcadia you speak of? I've heard of it before, but I'm not familiar with what it is exactly. ._.;;

It's like a graphical MUCK centered around furries. People from all walks of life play it, furry or otherwise, and it's not all about nastiness as a lot of people automatically suspect when they hear the word "furry". sweatdrop A lot of people play games there, or roleplay, or just plain chat. Personally I think it's a lot of fun, but anymore I have very few people to talk to on there. gonk

I was on furcadia for a little while, but never truely got into it. The theme and everything is great, but the controls and options aren't completely user friendly to those of us who are used to FPS games.

Yeah, the controls aren't overly appealing, but I played it enough that I got used to it. Really, I just want some people to hang out with there. sweatdrop I'm not really looking for a strict guild or anything, because I've done that and I lose interest quickly. It's just a drag since all my friends lost interest in the game itself. Although I admit I can understand; it's really not for everyone. heart

I also didn't have too much time to play, since I was also on Gaia or MSN while on Furcadia.... Doesn't allow much time to get into it or anything. And now I don't have internet in my room so I can't play period. >.<

I dunno, there are a lot of non-furries that play it, although most of them are aware of the furry community. And a lot of the ones that aren't don't seem to understand that you shouldn't pretend your character is a human in Furcadia. sweatdrop That's just weird.

Anyway, I guess you're right though, most of the people that have heard of it/play it are furries or are familiar with furriness. So I guess my post served no real purpose other than for me to go on and on. xd

EXACTLY! This is why the "humans in Furcadia" concept pisses me off. And the fact that someone actually bothered to make a human patch for dream use. It's called FURcadia. Not....Human..cadia... o.o;
