"Its Gaius, actually...But Gus works. He looks like a Gus. We're not REALLY brothers...But y'know...Yeah, he's my brother..." Marshall said, smiling. He liked having a family here; it made every thing feel less evil. Like no matter what, there'd at least be some one here to watch out for him. But for some reason, he was REALLY wanting those Doritos now. Or sleep. Either way he'd be good.
"And I usually hate fish, but now? I can't get enough of 'em...Erm, present company excluded."

"Gaius..." Sid repeated. "Right. I knew that. It's the weed. Wreacks havoc with the memory." As did every other drug he took, but he'd never admit that. "That's real cute though, you being sort-of-but-not-really brothers. I never had anybody like that. I never even had a real brother."

"Meh, in my old life I had a Sister. Married, trying for a kid...You ever have kids, Sid? Though I'm guessing by now you're a Grandfather..." Marshall said, once again over-guessing Sid's actual age.

"The hell I am!" Sid exclaimed. "The girl's only... she's only college aged. Not time for that yet."
He'd unwittingly answered the question of whether or not he had kids, at least, though it was embarrassing he couldn't recall her age off hand.
"Twenty-three!" He blurted as soon as it hit him. "Aw, s**t, close to graduating."

"Actually Siddy, by normal standards, like if she started at 18 or so...She'd already be graduated. Yeeep...Not like I ever got to do it. I think I'd be a Junior if I hadn't taken that Intenship...I wonder if this is like devine retribution for being successful young or some thing." Marshall muttered, slumping in the chair.

Sid peered at Marshall again. "Junior in high school?"

"College! Duh! Man, does every one think I'm a kid? Why does every one keep treating me like a kid?! Prolly 'cause they think I'm a kid..." Marshall complained, his posture worsening.

"No offense, man, but you look like fourteen..." Sid was, coincidentally, sink further into his chair, just so he could stretch his legs out. He curled his toes into his carpet at the same time, just to confirm that his control still went that far. It'd suck to have another silly panic attack over not being certain his toes were still his. Twice was enough.
"They say that's a sign of trauma, y'know, lookin' stunted... But you seem pretty articulate so that's okay." He gestured vaguely with the joint in hand. "There's this other girl... Wooo, you don't even wanna know."

"Huh. Well, apart from being stripped of my humanity and living on an island? Not so much trauma in my life...And what girl are you talkin' about?" Marshall asked, wanting to know simply because Sid told him that he didn't. Curiosity killed the cat ,as the saying goes.

"The naked cheetah girl," Sid said. "Mind like a five year old, body like... like... It's just not right man." He holds his hands out, cupping imaginary yet sizable boobs. "Not right at all."

"...You're a dirty old pervert, y'know that?" Marshall said dryly, holding back a snicker, but poorly. He soon found himself giggling a little.

"Just wait til you run into her." Sid pushed himself back up in his chair. "I challenge you to try and keep from staring. You just can't."

"Huh...Yeah, you're probably right." Marshall chuckled as he got to his feet, heading towards the door. The smoke was starting to give him a headache any way. "Well Siddy...I'ma gonna head back home. I'm getting pretty freakin' tired for some reason...Catch ya later." Marshall said, not caring much about how rude he was being.
He gave a weak wave as he slowly walked down the stairs. It seemed like there were more going down than there were coming up. "Mitosis? Naahh...Maybe the steps had babies..." Marshall rambled under his breath as he reached the bottom, took a corner, and headed back to his duplex. His bed looked really inviting now for some reason.

"See ya," Sid said. He didn't bother seeing him to the door, or getting up, or even looking up. He was fine where he was.
A full minute passed after the door closed before he said, "...Siddy?"
