Chase gave no warning til the morning of the day he passed.......I got up and he didnt wanna get off the bed by 8:30am I couldnt get him to eat anything.. but he came and laid of my feet, I got down and laid with him trying to figure out what was wrong when he got up it was all he could do to turn around to lay back down. So I decided to carry him to the bed and by noon he was starting to have convulsions... The worst god awful screaming coming from my little buddy and I felt soo helpless.... I got him to the vet by 1 pm and I knew it was gonna be a bad day I could feel it in my heart and mind.......When the vet came out and told me he was in bad shape and ask me to go home, I was already in the car and started to back outabout 3PM to go home and it was like a vision told me to go back in that it would be my last time ever getting to see my lil chaser alive. when I got in there to where they were working with him ..It scared me soo bad to see him laying there and I leaned over and told him I loved him ........I looked into his eyes and realized he was gone ...........it took every inch of my strength to not collapse. cry cry cry It hurt me the worst that anything in my lifetime has ever hurt me. he truthfull was my best friend in this world..................... its been almost a year now well in 2 months and everytime I think about it or write the tears come with no holding back ......... he was almost 9 when he passed......... but the day we picked him up to burry KHC had to tell him bye and we opened the bag. It hurt soo bad, but when I seen the pleasant peiceful look on his face as we opened him up. I knew that God had called him and he wasnt in any pain anymore....... after a autopsy they told me that he had multiple polips (cancer)on this spleen which one had ruptured a few days before his death and had been cloting till his lil body didnt have the resources to clot anymore........

I had a husky too, her name was Tasha. She passed away a couple years ago, but I remember how hard it was, I'd had her since I was a baby.


I feel I should post my picture since I'm commenting, but I don't much want to, so I'll post this. I look pretty much the same now, but older and not blonde. Hmmm and I've gained a lot of weight since then.
