I wanted to slap Chase. Period. stare Is the only thing he know "She's fat."??? mad
I remember the first time they showed this episode. it was so moving, what with the little girl's self-loathing, and it really had an effect when her mother said "Can't any of you doctors look past her weight?" sad
They made Foreman really nice in this, encouraging the little girl and all. I think the producers were trying to make people have a bad opinion on Chase from this episode so that we as audiences would want Chase out. (which yeah, is my vote) And then when House finally decides that Chase gets the X, they have Volgler refusing just like that. Then that creates more conflict, frustration, so audiences will be more anticipatory of the next episode.
That's just what i think. Because in the former, and later episodes, Chase isn't portrayed in such a negative light, at least not as he was in this one.
Well...i'm glad they're showing Role Model next, it would make sense for a direct continual, otherwise folks who haven't seen this, would be hanging on the edge.

I agree Chase was really foul in this episode.. he showed no compassion at all towards the poor girl. I loved Forman in this episode..
I too would vote for Chase's dismissal after this one.. but I like him even with all his weirdness.. so I'm glad he doesn't get the axe.

Yay Mob Rules.. I hadn't seen this episode and finally caught it. I loved the scene with House and the lawyer in the elevator, "So the Mafia thing, that's a yes?" haha
Cuddy is my girl for lobbying Volger for so long.. I really love her!

Boooooooooo I haven't seen it and I missed it -feels dumb- There are so many episodes I haven't seen TT _TT But really, Fox is super messed up on our TV for some reason, so it probably wasn't even working, and it probably won't be working for a long time (something about the summer maybe... it's the only channel that has such reception problems! Why?!?!)

I hope you can get the DVD when it comes out (10 days!!) and see all the episodes whenever you want! biggrin Does anyone know if House will be back on Tuesady this week? Presumably they moved it to Monday for the Teen Choice Awards, so I hope they move it back to Tuesday for the time being. It was weird watching it on Monday.. I am going to check the schedule at Fox... I'll post my findings.

Ahhhh,,,,,,,so many episodes of House showed this week. Bliss...... cool
I'd forgotten a lot about B&B and Kids so it was nice to see it again. B&B is one of the saddest episodes ever, it makes me cry crying And it also makes me see why you guys thought the absence of Cameron was good. I admit, it did nothing to harm the episode, though i still feel is the imbalance of male and female characters. Anyways......very very nicely planned out ep 3nodding

Alright I haven't posted in this thread in a week or so.. I'm sorry!! I have been questing like a madwoman.
I have loved the two House episodes a night thing, it's awesome to watch two full hours of House! All the episodes they have shown have been personal favorites as well, last week with B&B and Kids, and this week with Love Hurts and Three Stories.
B&B makes me cry really really REALLY hard. crying But it's one of the best episodes in my opinion.
Tonights episodes were awesome, I love Love Hurts and the Three Stories episode is soooo awesome. I love the non-lateral story-telling, very creative and fun to watch. Plus I love the way all the crew members trickle in and by the end of the day even Wilson and Cuddy are listening to the lecture. lol

I really hope they play a rerun. So Chase.. kissed the girl? Chase is a weirdo.. he's got so many eccentricities. xP I hope I get to see this episode one day.. grr. Makes me laugh: House: Differential diagnosis. On your marks, get set… Dr. Foreman: Hallucinations could be caused by… House: Whoa! Wait for it. And…go. (Edit)
