"Sir, if I might ask. What need do we have to conquer those worlds? Manaan has no strategical value, since it's kelto dried up long ago and we use bacta now. Kessel is a prison colony. It doesn't make sense to conquer them, sir."

It doesn't make sense to conquer them, sir." Elladan elaborated more. "Imperial intelligence, my friend. Yes, the kelto is no more, but the aquatic world still provides thousands of megatons of edibles. Kessel provides raw resources and thousands of slaves to harvest them. Do the math."

"Thousands are fine, sir. If we were taking over a single planet and all of them were trained warriors. However, thousands to feed an empire of trillions won't be very practical."

"We don't have trillions, or even billions. We're lucky enough to have a few million as is, not counting the clones growing right now. For now, Kessel would be all we needed. However, what I don't know is slave labor; this makes us look bad in their eyes. A diplomatic conquest, followed by careful negotiations and fare transactions will gain us their support."

While Rayce and Elladan chatted, the design for the new Victory Mark II were completed, and production began immediately. By the time Liando returned, not only would he have nearly 30,000 clones, but he'd have a state-of-the-art fleet to use them in.

Rayce nodded slowly and finished his drink. "This is probably for the best, anyways. The Republic is in another stagnant period. The Jedi are led by an arrogant fool who thinks he knows what's best for the galaxy. It's time that we show him he doesn't."

Wild Cards Rayce nodded slowly and finished his drink. "This is probably for the best, anyways. The Republic is in another stagnant period. The Jedi are led by an arrogant fool who thinks he knows what's best for the galaxy. It's time that we show him he doesn't." Two mornings later, Eldin was finally ready to start deploying his new Victory cruisers. All he'd have to fill them would be clones, until he managed to stockpile on vehicles. These he'd need soon, if they were to evetually begin occupations and conquests, so he immediately set his miners to work creating a hovertrain to the nearest mountain, named Mt. Psadan. There would be a slightily smaller base here, he decided. The primary function would be a mining facility here, and using the resources, he'd then construct a Vehicle Factory near naval yard.

Rayce stretched in the early morning hours, the sunlight absorbed by the black fabric of his Imperial Officer's uniform. He wondered about the clones. How long would it take to train them?

(a week for basic training, which is all their is now. later, when clones are specialized in particular fields, there will be special training programs)
As Mt. Psadan started yielding ore by the ton, Elladan had it start processing into durasteel and permacrete for vehicles. He had an armory built to construct blasters and the such, as well as a droid repair center, and a uniform outlet. In a week, he'd have everything he'd need to raise an army, except food.

Blasters, rifles, thermal grenades, what ever you can find. I'll supply ou with twenty stormtroopers, a pair of pilots, and a credit tab worth a million. Can I count on you?"

Rayce saluted, then thought for a moment. "Sir, wouldn't it be better if the men went in civvies instead of their stormtrooper armor? Then it wouldn't look like the Empire itself was coming."

Dismissed."In the next few days, while Rayce made his preperations, the first of the new Acclamantors was ready to be deployed. He loaded it up with several of his officers, and took the clones enough clones with him. Taking the Advocate with him to the fleet, he'd have 500 of his own crew, with 23,500 clones. The emperor would be pleased. (I'm escorting this first batch of clones to the fleet. Continue RPing until my return. All orders are standing)

Elladan returned a few days later, still with no news from Liando. That changed after he docked with the Indomitable; Liando had usurped control of Polis Massa, and was ammassing all its technology. At the rate he was going, he'd be promoted within the month.
