That's doubtful beings that most "emo" these days isn't emo at all. Perfect examples are My Chemical Romance or that Hey There Delilah band. Can't recall their names.

So what if I don't like Coheed and Cambria and Sky Eats Airplane?
I've heard it. I hate it. I don't make an effort to learn the bands names.
It's like you want me to go find out all the bands so I can listen to them just so you can say..
"OH YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. YOU ******** EMO."
Stop trying to judge me when you don't even know who I am.
I hate the kind of music.
GET OVER IT.
Just because I can't name a few lousy bands doesn't make me do things because everyone else does.

Now let me put your words, with a few changes.
I hate emo kids because the lifestyle is stupid. It's a world about wearing tight pants and listening to crappy music, until there's blood on the floor... just for attention.
The emo kids where you live and the emo kids where I live I'm sure have a few differences. The only ones where I live are posers who cut themselves. We all learn sterotypes from experience, and I've sterotyped by the way I've seen them.
