Quite a bit too simple for my taste but a good start.
Add a few golden//silver//white//black accessories to help even it out.

I like the kiki kitty and the guitar. The haircolour, the shirt and the rose goes well together =] The scarf and the skirt seem a bit out of place. The shoes..kind of match. But when you look at it overall, it looks good =]

^ 8.5/10 for me. The cat ears and the goggles look cool, and they're balanced by the tail. But the jacket looks a little taudy, especially with that fur part. The blue and yellowish mix sort of works, but not quite.
