Mura could only perform this feat for a few moments, until he began to slip and dropped the cinder blocks on the ground, as he had fallen into one of the holes in the blocks he was jogging on. Mura fell over straight onto his back, groaning. He got up slowly, and looked at his right foot. It was bleeding slightly, the dust and sweat in it stung. He stood up, and picked up the cinder blocks he was lifting. He carefully got back onto the other two cinder blocks, and attempted to jog on them again. He was doing better this time, so he began pumping his arms again. Mura's feet were getting sore from being contorted as such, and it was very difficult. He had only been jogging for about 10 minutes total, too.

((first roll was strength training, second was balance. both pass.))

Navalie walked into town again and came to the gate of the village and saw Mura."hey mura, hows training going." she said and leaned onto the gate. she then stood up right and smiled. she then walked over to a rocky area closeby the gate and found a quite large and sharp rock. she began to then lay down on the rock by her back and she began to curve her back to the rock and made her hands and legs touch the ground behind her.(almost like an acrobat does with the yoga balls.) and she stayed in possition for about 10 or more minutes and then lifted herself up. she then decided she would run the village about as many times as she could. so she strecthed her legs, took a breath and began counting."1, 2, 3, GO" and with that she began running around the village counting every lap she could count.
when she was about to hit number 34 on her laps her legs began acheing but she wasnt going to give up just yet, so she kept running.she had finnally hit number 51 on her laps she collapsed right in front of the gate somewhat exaushted.
but she stayed on the ground and did push ups not careing what was going on.
"1,2,3,4,5,6,....................................51,52,53,54,55,56,57....................78,79,80,81,82,83,84,85,86,87,"and she continued counting."134,135,136,137.........200,201,202,203,204,.......250." and with that being done she colapsed in front of the gate and stayed there resting.

Giglamesh poofed in to large cloud of smoke wich also covered the cart. And as the smoke would clear Giglamesh would look like a little old man hunched over and no taller than five foot three inches. his beard white as snow and nealry as tall as he in hanging down to his shins, yet the top of his head so bald and shiney it would look like a mirror He has on glasses atleast three inches think making it look like he is blind. The cart has laso transformed it how look very extravigent, as if only a rich person could own it it literaly has gold trim around it and the basket looks liks it full of some very expensie cloths, scripture, and possibly even gold. It would be hard to completly tell due to the veils draped around it. Then in a extremly old and scratchy voice.* "Ehhh....i thinks it time for ........me to take off." He grabs the horse by the reins and begin to pull the cart out of the vilage torwards the mekiu caves, When actuly he is pulling the cart as the horse in only part of the hegne illusion.

"yeah i know," she said and paused."I aint giving in yet." she said and got up acting like she wasnt exausted at all and she simply smiled and found the relitivly large and sharp rock she used earlyer and got in a fighting stance.she then began punching the rock switching each arm on and off repetitvly until she couldnt do it anymore.she kept track of her punches by counting."1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,..........44,5,46,47,48,49,50..............80,81,81,83." and when she finished saying that her arms were completly sore and numb.it was still movable but she didnt care so she sarted kicking.first roundhouse,then regular, then pivate kicks."1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.....................55,56,57,58" she said and then almost collapsed after her kicks.she then slowly got back up and went to talk to mura.

Mura left the village, heading out towards the Canyon to do some more training.

navalie had came out of the kages office and headed for the town. she walked around town seeing all sorts of things and then she reached the town gate. she took a deep breath and headed for the canyon prepared to train herself.

From a distance, Ark saw Navalie going to the academy. ''What might she be up to?'' Ark asked himself. He then followed her, trying not to be seen. Maybe she was doing something juicy. ''hehehehehehe'' Ark thought.

navalie re entered the village again keeping in mind of her team mates, arc, and arc sensei's team mate that she rememinded her of. she also had a set destination that she would go that she had been training at for the past few days.
she then came to the village gate and exited the village heading for the canyon.
