Kagome rubbed her head, still a bit dazed. "Ow... She hit me on the head." She blinked a bit to get back into focus, but was still a bit out of focus. That was slightly painful.

Mizuho smiled at Kagome when she awoke, glad that she was unharmed from the tug-of-war.
Chrys' arrow grew bright as she clenched her eyes as she brought the arrow up to her ethereal bow, pointing it at Naraku.
((Someone make Inu use (I don't know what it's called in Japanese) Adamant Barrage! I'm too lazy. sweatdrop ))

Kagome smiled the moment she heard this, then called out to Chrys. "Can you get me my bow? Please?" She was feeling much better now, after resting a bit. It had been an uncomfortable experience, but she was fine now.

A cloaked figure stood on the cliff overlooking the fight, smirking lightly. Her black eyes and silvery colored hair were only slightly seen, and even that was quickly hidden away. She was heavily armed, with two swords on her back, a whip haging at her waist and a fan on the other. Her smirk grew slightly wider as she watched Inuyasha attack. "It's nice to see you again, Inuyasha." Suddenly, it seemed that Naraku had sighted, and recognized her, because he attacked her. The girls lept into the air, unfurling her whip and strinking out, watching in burst into flames. At that moment, her cloak opened enough to reveal a red kimono. The hood of her cloak came off, and her face was fully visible, eyes burning with an intense fury. She struck Naraku multiple times, but landed quickly on the ground.
Inuyasha stared at the girl after his attack, watching how well she moved, but more importantly, why the hell did he recognize her? "Ay-Ayume?"

Sango is impressed by Ayume's ability to beat off Naraku's attacks.

Ayume furled her whip quickly and unsheathed one of her swords. Quietly, she muttered to herself. "Lady Kumiko, lady of this sword, guide me so that I may avenge your death, guide me, your daughter." Aura surrounded her, taking the shape of a beautiful woman, with eye's that sparkled like the stars. A hollow voice rang out, it's tone angry. "Naraku, how dare you attack her, after what you have done!" Ayoume attacked, striking out with an unnatural accuracy.

Bringing the bow and arrow in a flash, Mizuho handed them gently to Kagome. Her attention was, however, focused on the newcomer, whom Inuyasha had called Ayume. The sprite could not sense her intentions towards the group, which worried her. "Who is this? I sense a great power from that sword..." Chrys was about to finish her chant. It seemed that now she was reciting, but it could now be understood by everyone even though it wasn't Japanese. "I sensed your hatred.
You repented at the end, but did you mean it?
Breaking the hearts of many, you left us all,
not even telling us why.
What did we do to make you despise us so much?" Her voice echoed unnaturally, and her arrow glowed a pure light lavender. "Tell me!" she cried to end the recitation, pulling her arrow up. This time the bow was almost the same color as the arrow instead of red. She shot the arrow right where she predicted his heart would be. She couldn't be sure though, since she had met plenty of odd demons. Either way, it did a whole lot of damage. As soon as it hit, a blinding white light shone from the arrow as it was absorbed by Naraku. This arrow wouldn't come out so easily; it would constantly sap his strength and pain him suddenly throughout the battle.

Kagome nodded her thanks to Mizuho, and readied herself to attack Naraku. She had noticed the Ayume, but had a feeling that she meant no harm to them. And if she did, why would she help them fight Naraku? "Inuyasha, how do you know her?"
Ayume's attack ceased, and she on one knee. The attack had expended a lot of energy, and she was breathing heavily. "I'm sorry mother, my power is spent." She looked up at Naraku, almost daring him to attack her. Though one sword was sheathed, she had two more weapons to use. At that very moment, her fan was clenched in her hand, and she glared at Kaugra.

Sango takes the opportunity to throw Hiraikotsu at Naraku again, succeeding in adding to his damage since he is weakened by the arrow in his heart.

Kagome fired, striking Naraku in the shoulder, and causing more damage, thanks to the arrow. "Well Inuyasha, ANSWER ME!" She glared at the back of his head, contemplating weather to make him 'sit' again. But, she was pretty annoyed.
Inuyasha sliced at Naraku, not looking at Kagome. "Um, long story, I'll explain later."

With a silent nod between them, Sango and Inuyasha launch a simultaneous attack on Naraku to try and finish him off.

Chrys began to knock another arrow, but felt a little faint at the knees. "Curses from fires below!" she growled, rubbing them and sitting up. "Mizuho! I must rest!"
A quick affirmative thought was her only answer.
