Why February? That's crazy talk.

Eh, come in time for Festivale du Voyageur (or however it's spelled), I don't know when it is though - I think February sometime. XP

O.O Seriously? Whoa.

Mainly its a day outdoors where you can enjoy some bison jerky and maple syrup on a stick. XP

But its really to celebrate the voyageurs or whatever (hence the name) so you can also buy furs. There's ice sculptures, toboggan run, snow maze, and lotsa music (and probably beer, not that I woulda noticed. Last time I went I was underage so didn't really pay attention to that kind of detail XP) It's at a 'fort' that you can take a tour of (it's not genuine I think...) and about once an hour they 're-enact' a battle. Yeah, a lot of it's for the kids, which would be a good reason for them to have beer. XP

ninja I don't even know how to get there. I only know about half the cities main routes - mainly north-south ones. I don't know much of the other side of the river (east).

Hmm.... maybe.
