Whoa. Like, Whoa. I can't read all that. ><
Oh, right. I'm supposed to be telling you people about myself. Well, then. Let's get jiggy with it, shall we?
I R PATCH. My gaia friends call me Patchy. But my friend Music, who can't dance a step, calls me PATCHYYYYY. I am twelve years old and my real name is asdfghjkl. Oh, wait. No. That's not right. My real name is Madison and my close friends call me Maddie. I don't mind if you do that, if you want. I have been dancing since I was three, and this coming Thursday, I will start my tenth year of dance. I have been doing jazz, tap, ballet, and occansional variations of the three for nine years. [Ten this Thursday. [: ] Last year was my first year of pointe. One day, I hope to work for a company. My body probably isn't built for dancing, but the funny thing is I can do things better than the ones who are 'built for dancing'. I weigh about 130 lbs. You probably think I am pretty fat, but I'm not. My parents thought that too and they took me to the doctor and asked what they should do. He told them they didn't need to do anything. The only reason I weighed that much was because I have a big bone structure. My leg bone was as wide as the big end of a baseball bat. I was born on November 6, 1994, and will turn thirteen soon. I don't want to turn thirteen for two reasons: Harder homework and I don't get to choose from the kids menu anymore at restaurants. ]: I am such a dork and a loser. Everyone knows me because I am crazy and I am smarttt. I've made straight A's since kindergarten. I like to laugh alot. I will laugh if I see other people laughing, even if I don't know what the heck they're talking about. I don't cuss. I think later it will be a bad influence on my children. About the only 'cuss word' I say is crap. That's about it. I have huge shoulders. Like, they're really wide. I look exactly like my daddy when he was my age. I wear glasses all the time, except for shows and pictures. And sleeping, too. I can sing really well, and probably would be a good model, but my parents won't let me model. My passion is dancing. I am to be a student teacher this coming dance season. I have danced in The Great Russian Nutcracker in '03, '04, and '06. The only reason I didn't do it in '05 was because Katrina hit Mississippi, and by the time they did the Nutcracker, I was cleaning up my community. Last year, it was so funny, my mom and my dance teacher came to watch the tryouts and the poor russian lady didn't know what to do with me. Everyone else in my age group had already gone off the stage and I was the only one who was 11 up there. I was still up there when the 14-18 year olds were doing pointe. I had barely even started pointe, so I wasn't gonna try out for it. Finally, she sent me off stage with my letter of acceptance or rejection. And as you've probably guessed, I got accepted. Their website is www.nutcracker.com. I am thinking about auditioning for the world tour next year, or maybe the year after that. It's so thrilling to think about it. Even if I don't get in, I will know that I tried and I got this far already. My dance school. Sandy's Dance, is probably one of the least known in Mississippi. But surprisingly, my teacher used to work at one of the most well-known dance schools in Mississippi, Donna's School of Performing Arts. We do not have a competition program, and I don't need to compete to know that I am a good dancer. I didn't make the dance team last year, but it was okay. It was my first time and my nerves got the better of me. My used-to-be friend got in, but she got help from one of the student teachers whom she was friends with. I believe that is unfair, but I don't complain about it that much. Anyway, I've been writing this for like, an hour, and I think it might be long enough now, so...
