"Oh... well, that makes sence... So, Yuki, your going to be taking lessons here then?"

((I wanna add two sisters to the store, they'll work primarily with the selling bit but I made their characters up already and I was wondering if you would take one of them as Yuki's fighter. ^^ Unless you'd perfer him to have a male fighter, but i thought i'd just try and make things a little more interesting. ^^; wink )

((Fine with me any way you want it. =o))
"Sorta... I'm preparing for nationals... mostly. But I think Mum sent me here because they have a very good recording studio."
"And because you're going to be working here part-time to help pay," said the woman with a grin. "Not to say that your music won't sell, but you do need a day job."

((Yay! ^^))

Aiko smiled and took a seat on a random stool in the room. "So, how long will you be here for today?"

Yuki shrugged. "Dunno, really. However long I need to stay... Probably an hour at the least, most likely more. If you don't want to stay for that long you can, of course, leave."

"Nah." Aiko closed his eyes and leaned back , arms crossed. "I'd rather sit here and listen to you play." He looked at him again and gave a small smile.

His cheeks grew slightly warm. "Ummm... okay..." he said softly, tucking some stray hair behind an ear. He turned back to the music. "Would you like me to play it again?" he asked the woman.
She shook her head. "No, I want you to play something of your own. It doesn't need to be a finished peice."
He looked surprised, but then he recovered. "Alright, then..."
It started slowly, like the first few moments of a butterfly struggling out of its crissalis, and then suddenly it was fast-paced, rising and falling as if with the movements of the butterfly.

Aiko smiled, his eyes closed again, listening. Then out of nowhere, "Your late! Again! I told you I needed your help especially today Chi-chan!"
"Well, It's not my fault. A bunch of boys in the class got in a fight and someone threw a book at the teacher and she made us stay and write lines for a half hour!!" A smaller but defiant voice replied.
"Well, hurry up and take this shift. I've gotta go eat something before I..." The two arguing girls walked in then on Yuki's playing. "Sorry ma'am and um, kid. Didn't mean to interrupt..." The older one with choppy, short multi-colored hair and blue eyes apologised quickly, bowing, while the other with a bit longer light brown hair and mismatched eyes was staring strangly at Yuki. She snapped out of it when her older sister elbowed her in the ribs and she bowed as well. "Yeah, um sorry." The younger girl obviously went to Yuki and Aiko's school because she wore the same girls uniform, and the other obviously worked in the CD section of the store cause one their earlier conversation, two she was wearing some rediculous funky self-styled clothes and three, she wore the stores "My Name Is Kari, Can I Help You?" pin.

Yuki stopped playing when they entered, face turning a bright red. Women and loud people intimidated him and he half shuffled away from them before remembering his manners and bowing to them. "My name is Yuki..." he said quietly. He looked back up at the younger of the two who was staring at him. There was something strange about her - an instant connection that seemed to make her presence clearer than anyone else's.

Chidori glanced at him again, then looked to the floor, shuffling her feet. "Well, get a move on will you?" The other girl pushed her gently forward and she nodded. "Right sorry sis..." She hurried into the back, dropped off her backpack there and came back out again, fixing her name tag to her shirt uniform. Her sister followed her back but didn't return, as she was obviously on a late lunch break. Chidori smiled at Yuki after a moment then left the room to her section of the store. The whole time Aiko had a funny look, watching the two, then sighed and sat back again. "Well, that was... fun..."

The smaller boy scowled angrily.
"There are other ways to protect people than killing whatever stands in your way." he said. "But there's no point in arguing about this again, you obviously never listen to me."

Soubi's eyes flickered to the window at the sound of a vehicle passing by. If only Ritsuka would understand.. but then his compassion for people who didn't deserve it was sweet. "I do." He said in reply to the last sentence, reaching to take his Sacrifice's chin and kissed his lips gently. "You are more important to me then anything. I love you."

He returned the smile hesitantly, feeling a slight amount of butterflies in his stomach. It felt strange when she was around... It wasn;t unpleasant, no, quite the contrary. It was a curious leaping sensation as if he had just stumbled upon a marvelous treasure that should be heald close. But then she was gone and he looked back over at Aiko, a faint blush on his cheeks. "Ummm... should I continue...?" he asked, although the question was not directed towards the other boy.
"I think you can take a short break," the woman said, a smile hidden behind one silky-smooth hand. He nodded and set down his violin.

Aiko smiled. 'So, he felt it too, again. But he's so clueless really...' "Hey, why don't we take a look around this place then?" He stood and stretched. "You really are talented, you know?" He walked over. "Where did you ever learn to play so well?"

"I've been playing my whole life... I started when I was four and could barely even hold the violin. My mother taught me mostly... but she's in the hospital for now, so I'll be learnign from her sister... my aunt..."

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." He really did look sorry as well. "You know, I complain a lot about my father, but really all i want is to get along with him." He gave a meek smile. "That's really quite a talent you've got there though." He walked along with him into the CD section of the store, which opened up into the music depatment, where the actual instruments are sold, and where the girl Chidori seemed to be doing inventory.

Ritsuka folded his arms and sulked. How could he believe the older man when he lied to him so often that he could no longer tell between reality and fantasy. How did he know that the fighter wasn't simply carrying out his brother's orders. But the time they had spent together had made him think twice and the young boy didn't know what to think anymore.
