Drakul awoke right near the edge of the woods, not remembering much from the other night. He looked around for Aiko, only able to find her bag a few feet away from him. '..Oh no.' he said softly as he quickly got up and ran out to the beach, stopping just as fast as he had gotten up when he reached the water. He saw Aiko's glasses and her shirt, right next to her bones. He stared in silence, then fell to his knees and began to weep. 'Damn.. Why.. Why Aiko..?' he said in between sobs. Why did his friends have to have ben eaten? First Waffles, and now Aiko. He grabbed her glasses and shirt and stood, walking back to where her bag was. He set them down next to it and lay in the sand, almost motionless as he cried silently, clinging onto her bag and clothes.

Taylor awoke and saw Drakul weep over the loss of Aiko. He was horrified... 'Are they taking away the ones closest to us?' he thought. 'Why is this happening? It's all too confusing.' he walked away, into the forest. He sat against a tree. "Those clues yesterday... how could they lead people against me?" he pondered aloud.

Drakul looked up and noticed someone walking past him. He sighed softly as he looked back at Aiko's things, wiping the tears from his eyes as he began to follow them. He looked at him from a slight distance, then walked over to him slowly. 'Um, Hey there.. I'm Drakul, I don't think we've met before. Anyways, I couldn't help but overhear you.. What clues are you talking about? Sorry if I should know already, but I've mostly just been by myself these past couple of days..' he said, sitting down just a few feet away from him.

Mei woke up and took a walk along the beach and found a broken ruby earring. "is this...?" Mei ran with it back to the two guys talking to each other. "Hey, I found this!"

Drakul looked and stood up at the sight of someone running towards them, squinting a bit to try and make out who it was. 'Mei..? What is it that you've found?'

"Why have you been alone?" he asked.

Purple was lingering by the shoreline, mind wheeling with improbable ideas of escaping the island. Every night was a constant reminder of the cannibals lurking somewhere on the island. There was a chance she would the next victim. Maybe one day she'd just disappear, just another prey.
Still, she was determined to survive. Purple would find those cannibals and get them off this island.

I'll go cremate her things. Mei went off to the cremation site and layed out her shirt, glasses, and earring. Then she took a burning twig from the fire and offered it to Drakul. "Here, you do the honors. I don't know her, so I can't really do it."

Mei patted a hand gently on his back, and said, "why don't we go look at the forest? It's completely different in there, and hopefully something that can save us all is there."
