Antisana, Squire of Pluto
He expected that everyone gathered here were all in exactly the same boat. It had been a peculiar (read: uncomfortable) week, and no one had access to their wonders, but as far as information as to why, Antisana hadn’t come across any who knew much about it. They were all varieties of concerned, offended, or even clueless, and the assumption was that the summoning would address that- though it hadn’t yet.
So when the man next to him asked if he knew anything in particular, Antisana just gave a shrug. “No more than you, I imagine. I hope we are about to get a little insight.”
It was a matter of moments after that the Code addressed the room- and maybe it should be its own kind of relief that they hadn’t been gathered just to hear, ’Don’t worry! Everything Is Fine.’ There was a problem. Some unnatural force. Even if Antisana had never seen or interacted with the Code, he was familiar enough with the sound of a tired voice. That’s what he sounded like on the regular. But he was only human. That was natural.
It seemed slightly less natural for what was no less than a cosmic deity to sound tired.
If everything they were came from the Code to begin with, what could anyone here actually offer in terms of assistance? He had no testimony different than anyone else’s, and didn’t see a reason to say as such. Everything was a big question with no answers. How was his Wonder? How would he know, if he hadn’t been allowed to go to it?
And then-
He blinked a slow, owlish look as a girl too exuberant from the atmosphere approached. “Maya.” He hadn’t seen her in- God- years, probably? But it was hard to forget the girl who had helped keep him alive when he’d first been introduced to all this. “Ah, not much.” Why did these people think he had any more idea of what was happening than he did? “But it sounds like the closed wonders do not equate to a day off. Oh.” Right, the other Squire.
Turning to the Mars knight, he said, “I am Antisana.” A light gesture toward the girl who’d come up to them, “This is Maya.”

Tanais, Knight of MarsThe tall knight couldn't help the grin she leveled down at Folkvangr, shrugged her shoulders carelessly.
"I can't stay out of trouble, I'm afraid. Luckily, I didn't run into anything I couldn't handle." Even if she'd taken some scrapes for it. That little healer she'd run into had really been a help there.
She was pleased to see Richter and Folk being friendly, unwinding her arm from around the smaller knight to offer her hand in turn to the giant of a man beside her friend. Twin, huh? The two were about as different as they could be while calling themselves that... and it wasn't often that Tanais found someone taller than she was. Considering Richter though... maybe she shouldn't have been surprised there.
"Tanais of Mars." She said. "Twin, huh? That's gotta be a kick in the a**, having two knights in the same family. I don't suppose Richter told you how we met?"
The code, at long last, was starting to speak and Tanais listened with part of her attention, slanting a glance over it's way. Unstable, huh? Maybe that made sense to some people, but it bothered her, a little, that something as big and important to all of them as the Code was, could be unstablized. And by what? She didn't like things she couldn't face with her two fists, and this was, unfortunately, looking to be one of those things.
"I didn't even think to try to get to my wonder." She murmured, rolling thick shoulders. "Just had that trouble powering up, and with my gauntlets breaking."

Rainier - Squire of MercuryErica was still on duty responding to an emergency when she felt the slight tug in the back of her mind urging her to power up. Easy enough to ignore at first, like a reminder to grab something from the store after she clocked out. But then it became more insistent like when you’re trying to hold a thought while someone else is speaking. It proved to be far more of a distraction than she could have anticipated which made things incredibly difficult when dealing with a combative suspect. But she was well trained from the academy and had been in more dangerous and stressful situations than she cared to count. Finally, when she was finally done with work and was able to drive herself to someplace she knew was safe to power up, Erica finally gave in to this nagging call and powered up begrudgingly. From one job to the other with no meal in between; fantastic. Not even a second later an astral letter appeared, one similar to the ones she sent to Acrucis or the tins, however, this one had a different appearance, presenting itself to her as a scroll with an illuminated script. Rainier’s eyes swept over the invitation, lingering over each detail, compelling her to read it through not just once, but twice before the letter began to glow brightly. “I suppose I have no choice” Her words, seen as an acceptance, was all that was needed to teleport her to the Moon. When she arrived, Rainier glanced around the crowd of other Knights. Only one looked familiar to her, a Mars Knight ( Tanais) she had met on Alistar’s word. They’d exchanged names once but that was long enough ago that she couldn’t remember the woman’s name. Despite being a Squire, she felt more like a new recruit at an opening ceremony, more so because most of her powered acquaintances were all Senshi. While she was not opposed to meeting new people, she suspected this was going to be more like grade school where everyone already had their group of familiar friends, or cliques, leaving her on the sidelines, awaiting assignment or navigating solo Lovely...

Sava, Knight of CosmosSava had received both the invitation from the code, and a hastily scribbled note from Qingcheng saying that he and Nalanda were both going to be taking the invite to the Moon, so of course, she did as well.
It had been difficult to power up this last week, and she had honestly thought it was some kind of celestial punishment for not taking her job seriously enough, bu this…
Made it seem as though it was something more…which was both a blessing and…extremely worrisome.
Upon arriving on the Moon, she was struck by the extreme amount of people that were crowded up there, and her eyes widened slightly as she looked around, but then a very familiar head of wavy hair caught her attention, and her heart gave that stupid uneven thump.
“Ein!” She called and gave a small wave, moving as quickly as she could to her friend. “You’re here too. It seems like…everyone is here…”

Paradise, Squire of Cosmos(Standing with Sessrumnir and Palatine, near Amarynthos and Ephesus. ) It was difficult for her not to gush over Amarynthos and Ephesus. They were growing up so fast and she was so proud of them. She was also proud of her niece, who was clearly not deterred by the number of people there.
“Did your brother tell you that that’s your uncle?” Paradise sighed as she took a step closer to Sessrumnir and Palatine once more, nodding in the direction of Cynthus and Poe.
The revelation drew a confused look from Sessrumnir for just a moment, before the context of Cynthus being there had everything click into place. Sessrumnir looked like he was both surprised but not. Paradise wasn’t surprised that her family was involved, but her brother wasn’t exactly the type to run around in costume, at least not these days.
The Code was speaking but everyone else had already announced what they wanted to share, so Paradise stood back so she could beam at how thoughtful her children were. She didn’t have extra energy like Valhalla, but it sounded like a plausible idea to her!

Mamertine, Knight of Pluto
“Not for anything good,” Mamertine answered dryly.
He’d had his own issues with things, but hearing the sheer number of people voicing their own problems emphasized how wide-spread and troublesome these problems were.
It always seemed like something was wrong when they got together like this. It was hard to find comfort in the fact that they weren’t gathered to face off against the Negaverse. At least they were a known issue.
Even if this was correctable, it was still something he didn’t know.
He shifted his weight on his staff once more. “Mamertine,” he introduced, and extended a hand to her. “Have you been having the same problems the others are saying?”

Nalanda, Knight of Cosmos
(In the general vicinity of Crisium, Qingcheng, Erytheia, and Amsvartnir. He is still staying quiet and listening!) Hearing the accounts of everyone else made Nalanda feel a bit tense. With a Cosmos Wonder, he knew they sometimes wandered. It hadn’t unnerved him when he hadn’t felt a pull from his Wonder, but it wasn’t like he was so keenly aware of its presence that he felt something being wrong.
He caught Crisium’s name and offered a polite smile; even if he wasn’t standing next to him, he wanted Crisium to know that he had people around who could help if he needed anything. The other Knight of Cosmos, Amsvartnir, seemed like he was fine, so Nalanda didn’t worry about having to give him a checkup.
Erytheia had said he didn’t know what was happening to their Wonders, and Nalanda found him easy to listen to and easy to trust–not just because they’d met before. Without information, he felt uneasy but it sounded like there was already plenty of people trying to find answers and solutions. He’d had issues with his weapon but hadn’t noticed much beyond that and kept quiet while he listened to the others.

Aventine, Knight of Venus
(Standing with Lyonesse and Nile, talking to them) Husband? Oh. With a sigh, Aventine withdrew her hand–not without a quick, reassuring, briefly apologetic pat to his bicep.
“Thank you,” she said, redirected her hand to her hat proudly. “It’s nice to meet you both.”
She rocked on her heels a bit, standing on her toes briefly before settling back onto the ground.
“Honestly, I haven’t been able to get to my Wonder, either. It’s like static in the back of my mind every time I try to get up there. And my magic,” she rolled her eyes. “And my weapon. No, it’s definitely not been agreeable.”
She didn’t draw attention to her shoes but she was sure they’d probably already noticed. “I haven’t been visiting my Wonder as much as I should have, I suppose. I haven’t checked on it in a while. So of course I’d be locked out while something was going wrong. And you two?”

Richtersveld, Squire of Pluto & Dumuzi, Page of Pluto"Ganymede!" Richtersveld appreciated the confirmation of her suspicions, at least. There were quite a few knight factions, and that meant she was always trying to keep track of who they each were. While it didn't tell her much about them individually, it did give her some clues as to their magicks and who they may wish to be close to. Of course, there Richtersveld of Pluto was, facing Folksvangr of Ganymede and Tanais of Mars-- "I hope it is." Her brows knit. "There's a lot of us here though, right? Certainly great minds together can come to some answers." Dumuzi shot Tanais a rackish grin. "I know right? Keep waiting for Nem to wake up too--" Richtersveld shot him a glance that was only two breaths away from being a glare. "Right, right, whatever. Just us, not them. Sounds like you got some tea though, lemme hear about the meeting-" Richtersveld cleared her throat. "I had last visited my wonder over a week ago, but long enough ago that I was still not able to go back, so I didn't think anything of the fact that I couldn't go. Du hasn't been able to get there, though." Dumuzi shrugged, idly fiddling with his ineffective not-weapon. "Not like there's anything there anyway." His gaze slid back to Tanais. "Now the story-"

Belmont, Squire of Jupiter
Chatting with Connie, Pieria and Bifrost) Immediately, Belmont had reciprocated Connie’s hug. They hadn’t met up so very long ago but any time he bumped into her he was glad to see her.
The poor Cosmos page looked absolutely spooked, and Belmont quickly offered an apologetic smile even if he hadn’t been the one to startle her first. Connie was a bit excitable but he couldn't imagine trying to apologize for that. He liked being around her. “It’s nice to meet you, Pieria.”
He smiled at Bifrost, too.
He had nothing against the Code, but it always felt like talking to some strange specter who was both there and not. Maybe it was different if it was one on one, but in this big group? He didn’t have anything particularly novel to say, and everyone that was speaking already seemed to suggest the same problems he’d had.
“What’s going on with your plant, Connie?”
His weapon had an eclectic array of problems but hers seemed like it could have been a little more complicated.
He did his best not to speak too loudly so as not to interrupt the Code or anyone listening to the other answers like he was, but he was more interested in finding out what was going on and how to fix it than recapping on what everyone’s problems were so far.

Amarynthos, Knight of the Moon
(Standing with Ephesus, Sessrumnir, Palatine, and Paradise) Oh, that was definitely Cynthus in the distance. Amarynthos’ brows lifted, but he tried to hide a little smile. The Code couldn’t ignore her when she was working so hard to be heard. Amarynthos knew that Ephesus’ freckles were not sparkling because of the Code; he must have been feeling a bit more relaxed than earlier because Mary never saw them do that when he was stressed.
“Tell Alastor we say hi,” he whispered to Sessrumnir, who wasn’t trying to hide that he was sending a letter but was so obvious about it without even trying.
Ephesus was relaxed. Sessrumnir was reassuring. Clearly a little worried, but that was also just how his face looked. The Code had said that this was correctable. Amarynthos figured there was a solution. An important one, an immediate one, but there had been no dire warnings from the get go.
If the Code could ask how their Wonders were, things surely weren’t so dire that they needed to worry that much.
Palatine made him curious, but it was easy to assume that she’d already answered her own question. He’d never been to the Code Piece on Olympus to know if there was a difference, but he’d never seen Mars at all. He added it to his mental to-do list. He knew about Olympus in passing, but he thought it made sense to come here when it must have been closer.
But then, he was biased. He liked the Moon.
“How has everyone in your family gotten recruited to do all this? Put in a good word for my dads, they’d love to protect a Wonder or something.” He was teasing; he didn’t want his parents involved any more than they wanted him involved. He didn’t want them fighting, but he thought the two of them would probably really appreciate cleaning up and taking care of a Wonder or something.
He squeezed Ephesus’ hand without expanding on an answer. He didn’t know what could have caused this, or how they could fix it, but he trusted in the Code and he trusted Sessrumnir. He’d seen more than the both of them combined, and he didn’t look like he was about to have a panic attack so things couldn’t be that bad. Probably.

Meninx, Squire of Mars
(Standing next to Antisana and Maya) Meninx’s attention shifted from Antisana to the more cheery Page of Ganymede. His expression didn’t change when she arrived, but he nodded politely in greeting.
“Pleasure to meet you both. I’m Meninx.”
He wasn’t one to intrude, so he crossed his arms over his chest and stood in his own little space while the two spoke. He didn’t want to interrupt them if this was a reunion of some sorts.
No one here seemed to know what was going on. Maybe the Code. Whatever was causing these problems was not exclusive to a Knight from any world, or any rank, and maybe there was some comfort in solidarity but he couldn’t help but be bothered by the fact that even those with power didn’t seem to be spared. It didn’t bode well that being stronger didn’t necessarily mean being safer.

Mont Saint Michel, Knight of Saturn
(Grouchy, next to Lupu and Necromanteion) Oh, great. These two. Michel snarled and might have snapped at the two of them, but around this many people he didn’t want to waste his energy on biting back too hard. He probably could have pushed Lupu down, but with Necromanteion he was just asking for a scolding once he got home.
Tattle-tales, both of them.
He politely put his hand on Lupu’s shoulder to push him back and keep him at arm’s length.
“With all of the people here, you’d think you two could find someone else to bother,” he grumbled.
He hadn’t been able to make it to his Wonder. His Summon wasn’t coming. His weapon kept twisting itself into a malformed piece of junk. He wasn’t going to speak up about any of that in a group this large, especially with these brats here.

Transcended knight Venice."Powdered eggs...." Trailiing off as he thought about that he shook his head then, not wanting to consider that any more. The idea of eggs being powdered seemed so very wrong to him, and rather disgusting as well. Laughing the transcended knight gave the other the date before his attention was pulled away, a red haired knight approaching there little gathering. He didn't know her, he didn't know a lot of knights though, but he noeeded his head once in greeting.
"Nice to meet you Viminal." A glance back to his boss. "I had to go looking into weather reports to find the perfect place to tell the board for your location, because they did ask." He had to rope his husband into helping him with everything, he was forever glad he had such a helpful partner who was always able to help him it seemed. The two of them worked well together, backing each other up when it was needed, and that morning in bed had been busy with phones and a laptop and even a tablet while working to figure everything out and rearrange everything. "You don't owe us breakfast but we are all going together." A look towards the red haired page. "And Viminal can join us if you want, assuming your both friends." Looking finally towards Shang, who he didn't know, but Venice assumed they were related to Viminal.

Hyperborea, Transcended Knight of the Cosmos Spotting Delphi the Knight of the Cosmos watched as her old friend approached her with a smile. "Mine too, I also wasn't able to summon Cerynitis or use my magic properly in battle." She reported to the other woman as she listened to the Code. She also spotted Caer with Laeradr and motioned for the two of them to join the pair of transcended knights.
She greeted her girlfriend with a quick but loving kiss. "Bonsoir, Ma belle!" She said before turning to the Neptune Squire. "I'm glad to see you too Laeradr!" She was happy to be around friends and trusted allies at a time like this. "Have you both been experiencing issues as well?"
Turning her attention to the Code again she noticed how dim and slow the ancient entity seemed. It reminded her of other times the Code had been unwell. She thought back to when this piece was first brought here after rescuing it from the Negaverse, herself playing her own small part in it. She listened as others gave reports to the Code and asked questions about the situation. "I've not been able to travel to Hyperborea either or call upon my summons Cerynitis." She advised the ancient force.
