s**t, this was getting pretty hairy. Not only was there the giant youma to take care of, but there was another youma entering the fray as well. It might be safer to retreat and then find backup. But then again, he didn’t want to risk even more youma showing up. That would be super bad.
“Woah, hey, what are you doing??” he called to his friend, wishing he didn’t see Oort or Tomlin in places like this so often, when they were in danger and needing to get out. “Yeah, sorry, I got your message. Didn’t have time to text back. This big guy can really pack a hit,” he tried to explain as he looked around them, trying to figure out the best option for cover.
“The whole place might come down if it jumps like it did again,” Oberon grimaced, still smarting from the youma’s earlier attack. Oh, he supposed he should say hello, but. They were kind of in a weird situation. "Any thoughts on what to do?"
Liryn gave the woman a cat-grin as she reached down to scoop him up "Thank you" he said cheerfully "Trying to navigate all the glass was turning out to be a bit of a pain."
Although Liryn would have managed it if he had to, because it would have been hard to miss that something was going on.
"And it's nice to meet you Connie - I'm Liryn."
He features tilted in a slight frown as he considered the next question - because a huge youma in vicinity did not sound good - but neither did having people upstairs who potentially needed help.
His purplish turned serious for a moment, the seriousness reflected in his voice "Maybe we should check upstairs first Connie and help the people up there settle things" he said "And then there will be more people to help with the big youma."
And then the cheerful note crept back in his voice as a purplish eye winked at the her "And I'm sure that we can find something that will help in a pinch - and I'll help too."
Because Liryn had four sets of sharp claws and was perfectly happy to use them if it came to it - and he also had a couple of tricks under his paws that he was quite happy to pull out in the name of 'helping'.

The combination of the loud cry and the following shockwave caught Minkowski offguard, and she quickly found herself knocked off her feet, onto the ground, a horrible ringing in her ears. Too disoriented to get back into a standing position, Minkowski resigned to remaining seated on the ground for now, at least until she could gain her bearings.
Ah, in the end, she was useless as always, huh? At the very least, maybe she should probably see if either of her companions needed healing.

There were so many options on what to do; youma were everywhere, and the Greater Youma had staggered a number of senshi when he lifted his head and body; rising, falling. The shock staggered Scylla, and she turned her head to take in Ara, eyes flickering over her allies and trying to decide, to think-
How to end this?
She needed to get closer, she decided, and turned to Ara, taking in the girl and her wounds. "Be careful!" she tried to say, but through the ringing in her own ears, she wasn't sure if she could be heard. "I'm going this way," her gesture was vague- and then she was off- pressing deeper into the action, towards the badly wounded senshi near the general, and the small numbernearby. She wasn't that bad off yet; someone might need some help trying to get Denebola away from whoever that candy-cane was.
Chara had his hand around the throat of youma roaming the streets, strangling the snarling beast with everything he had had when the soft tinkling blip from his phone rang out into the night. It took a bit longer before he could take a look at it, using the beast's neck as a handle to smash it over and over again into the concrete below him until it poofed into a cloud of dust like all the others. Only a few seconds were taken to regain his breath and let his rage die down to a place of actual clarity so that he could think straight before he took out his phone and read the text.

In an instant he was bounding over the rooftops, heels smacking down hard on the roof tops and feet aching and sore from his trials already. Like hell he was going to stop though, not when one of the few people he trusted was going to go face first into some sort of danger like an idiot!
Then again, the closer he got, to the power plant, the more he realized that yes, there were quite a number of Order folk around there, their aura's like tiny blips in the night. More like tiny blips suffocating under a suffocating pressure that was whatever the giant beast was that made the walls around the building crumble. Ignoring it for just a moment, he tried to find Oort, looking around desperately for that blast of red hair in the darkness, and when he finally spotted it, he ran up to the senshi, along with two other beings he recognized.
"Guys!" he called out to them, skidding to a stop after a few feet to stand on guard near them. When he arrived to their side, he had only enough time to give them a glance before Oberon asked for a plan. A plan.... The monster was huge and for a long moment he couldn't take his eyes off of it.
"What the flying ******** is that thing..?" Chara stared hard at the Greater Youma, having never seen a creature quite like that one before anywhere, at least not outside of that one time they were in Negaspace. His hard gaze turned back to the small team of familiar faces, and found himself at a lost of what to even say to them. Ideas, sure, but there was this slightly bitter feeling in seeing them all together again. Whatever, his feelings didn't matter in regards to saving lives.
"If we can clear people out of the way, maybe we can use our magic to bring down the building on top of the monster. Even it it doesn't dust, at least then it's trapped under the rubble and slow it down. There's no saving this goddamn place anyway."
He looked around at all the people fighting and then 'tch'ed.
"There's too many ******** people... I think the only thing we CAN do is to go in and fight, but if your magic isn't made for attacking then stay back and through chunks of concrete or something like that."

Hyena Youma: Zone 16 (changing zones to 1)
Realization dawned that these senshi were both incredibly tenacious and powerful when in a group. The youma attacked relentlessly, dealing gashes and marks and puncture wounds when he could, yet they pressed on without thought to the injuries incurred. They proved zealous in their attacks, and more than once tried to deglove Shenzi's skull. None of them had yet used their magic, either - no accursed senshi magic tried to jam up his day.
But the youma ached terribly, with blows spread over back, flank, and face. It cackled with manic glee, with blistering derision, and yet only one of the senshi cowered to his dark abilities. The rest proved too powerful, and the one whose shoulder he tasted chose instead to bury another heel in its back. With a barking yelp, the youma huddled to the ground. Ash accompanied it in small rivulets, where it pooled on the ground like an hourglass out of its trappings. It wanted more time - needed more to prove itself to Reaper and the master. Leave fighting to the death for the other youma around.
Shenzi pulled his ash-stricken paws beneath himself and launched from his cowered position. He shot not for Sabine's face, or Phact's, or even Imperiatrix's, but instead opted for the door beyond the three. Pitched whimpers leaked out of the ashen skull as it passed, and its hunched posture signaled its lack of intent to fight.
It needed to find the reaper. It needed to find the master. It wanted to witness its enemies broken before it was returned to the Rift that night.

Midgard, Squire of Chronos + Zone 4 --> Moving to Zone 3
Midgard was clawing at his neck, pulling at his coat as if it would allow him to breathe any better but it didn't and it took more self control than he thought himself capable of to keep from freaking out.
Obviously this was some sort of weird magical thing the youma could do which meant...if it was magic...then it had a timer.
He just needed to -

Heaving deep gasps of air, Midgard was scrambling to his feet, hurrying towards the senshi who was being attacked and grabbing at any part of Eurydike's toga-fuku that he could. "Forget the fish - " his words were choppy at best, because his mind was working too fast. "My friend - needs help."
That's why he was here, because Denebola had messaged him. He needed to find her.
Midgard hurried down the stairs, hoping the man was following, because he wanted to get the ******** away from that fish.

Mantick // Zone 14 --> Moving to Zone 15
Magic hurt and the insectoid youma started hissing, spitting at them when he took the nearly the full brunt of a magical attack from the baby senshi. His eyes darted between targets, belly rumbling with hunger since he had missed and wasn't capable of feeding like he had hoped.
Mantick was still hissing, mantids shielding it's face and leaving it's belly open for the second whip lash.
His shriek was terrible and with snapping pincers, he retreated, heading into another room to try and recoop.
HP: 7/75 Target: N/A Damage: 0 - Special Ability:Blood Sucker Mantick can shrink down to tick size and latch onto the skin of one target and suck energy from them. (Lasts 1 turn, does +5 damage, Mantick receives +10 HP. Can be used once every 4 turns.) (1/4 turn recharge)

Greater Youma // Zone 1&2
They were proud, ecstatic as they watched white moon after white moon crumble and fall in the wake of their shockwave. It did not do near as much as the bird creature would have liked, but at least it staved off some of the more annoying blows that were like a pinch on skin they didn't have. Still, this was not the type of return they had wanted.
Repositioning their legs, the bird skull loomed forward, sweeping across all of the fallen and those that were still standing. So tempting was the desire to pluck up one of the ones on the ground and swallow them, but they resisted.
It was more important to deal with the ones that.
Though, the Shepard looking page looked the most delicious to them but...
Watermelons were pelting it and it retaliated by swiping at Lenka. A rock pinged it's skull, that was still dripping with fruit juice, and it retaliated by attacking the boyscout (oberon) with a snapping beak.
Someone fresh and new(Chara) arrived on scene and would receive the same snapping beak treatment. An annoyed talon would scratch out at the man with the oar(Erebus) who appeared to be a constant thorn it their side. That damn chain was back and they grabbed at it, hoping to pull the red clad squire off balance.
Another eternal (Corvus) arrived on scene, ready and bracing themselves to protect someone else fascinating so she received a swipe of taloned claws in her direction. The reaper would likely deal with her soon enough.
For this last move, they nipped at the vampire looking senshi Nephthys, she looked healthy enough to eat.
But still...the youma hurt and ached and hungered.
Now was not the time to ingest delicious white moon remains, they needed to obliterate them instead.
There were, however, several youma who were not doing their jobs...
So they began devouring them instead, tears in their muscles and dents in their bones slowly repairing themselves as the bird ate and ate and ate.
(The youma has eaten several of the wayward youma for a health boost. It may only do this twice per battle and only have their HP has dropped by half! This has been added to extend the battle as there are still several characters who have yet to be able to jump in or engage! The added health does not effect the amount of times it can use echo chorus or shatter dome! The ability to use those are strictly dependent on original HP!)
HP: 250/600 ----> +125HP from youma devouring for a total of 375/600 Target: Lenka, Erebus, Chara, Oberon, Nephthys, Themiscyra, Corvus (7) Damage: 8 per target. Special AbilityEcho Chorus Amplifies all magical effects by +30 (If your magic is offensive, add +30 damage to the attack. If your magic is defensive -30 damage from an attack. If your magic is supportive and effects a single target +30 health. If your magic is supportive and effects multiple targets divide +30 health among effected targets.)
Duration: Lasts 2 turns. (May be used once without restriction, then once for every 125 HP lost)

Eternal Sailor Corvus - Zone 1
Corvus was late to the party.
Denebola had sent out a distress call and she had been napping on her sofa, exhausted from running herself ragged between work, her online classes and finally exploring her home world (at least partially at Arsinoe's insistence). The alert sound had startled Eta into knocking her phone off the back of her sofa and onto her face. From there it had been frantic scrambles; an attempt to find her pen and make it far enough away from her apartment that she could power up without being noticeable.
The sounds of battle were raging within and she had frozen outside the door upon approach, heart hammering in her chest. The Senshi of Vengeance had managed to avoid battles in general, never mind large scale assaults, since the night Order had launched a strike against the Negaverse at their home base. And now? Now...
Denebola was in trouble and having a panic attack over whether or not she could just rush in wasn't helping anything. "You can do this," she muttered, gloved fingers curling into fists as she she charged in to join the chaos.
Even with their auras dampened from the outside she could feel prickles of chaos and order on the inside, the sensation tingling and crawling along her skin. Something had just happened-- An attack? A...
"s**t." A great youma towered over the battlefield that the Power Plant entrance had been turned into. Her mind rushed from one what-if to the next as her eyes scanned the scene, zeroing in on a familiar flash of of a spring green fuku. "Denebola!" The Senshi of Vengeance sprang into action, making her way as quickly as she could, stooping down to her friend's level and gently placing a hand on her arm while bracing herself, ready to defend the other woman.
"We need to get you out of here."
HP: 150/150 Target: Not attacking this round-- Full defense & braced to accept direct attacks on Dene's behalf. (Discussed with Nux! Any direct attacks intended for Denebola for this round should be directed to Corvus. This does not count for AoE attacks) Damage: ---
Tortuga just ignored the General, he was saying something snarky but what a*****e didn't have something dickish to say? Instead the page focused on keeping the pressure on the bandana 'bandage' and trying to leverage the senshi up some without disturbing her wound any further. There were two others here to keep the general busy, besides it wasn't like he could really fight back if the nega decided to focus on him. He couldn't even hold his own against his little cousin yet. Most times he ended up eating dirt whenever he trained with Maia.
He was nearly at the point where he could just scoop her up and take off with her help as she struggled to get up when the giant chicken apparently took offence at what ever the guys attacking it did and did something. The next thing Tortuga knew he was sitting on his a** with the senshi basicly in his arms and a serious ringing in his ears. Dimly he thanked his lucky stars that he had been kneeling on the ground when the shockwave hit or else they would have both hit the ground rather than the girl sitting in his lap as he just sat there trying to get his head on right. It didn't help that all of a sudden another female was there, crouched down right by them talking to the senshi in his lap.
Denebola, the girl said. The new fighter in black, was she a negaverser too? or like the guy from the recent tangle, a mirror senshi? He couldn't really tell, something was messing with his senses although she didn't 'feel' bad to him. Apparently the two knew each other since the newcomer called the injured senshi by name.
Moving when he wasn't sure he wouldn't weave like a drunken sailor on a deck in a typhoon would be plain stupid. "I think," He croaked out as he glanced at the other girl with dazed eyes, "I got to sit here for a moment." Every moment he sat there the better he felt, still nowhere near safe enough to move them both, but better. Good enough to make a lame joke, "It must be Fry-day if the Chicken over there is this upset."

Mutt, Youma - Zone 16
When it's first attack failed it had glided off into the darkness to wait once more. It liked the wait, the anticipation, the fear the food gave off before it sprang from nowhere to kill. It had been nearly ready to attack once more when one of the others stuck it's bony nose into it's snack. The youma let out a loud hiss of anger as it drifted deeper into the shadows. It was not happy it's territory had been encroached upon but it was willing to let the bony laugh box wear down the morsels. It would wait until they were dead or next too it then strike. It would drive the other away if necessary but in the end it would be enjoying the light these three contained within.
It waited silently in the darkness, its glinting coldly as it watched the other get beaten by the trio. It bided it's time, edging ever so close, its claws barely making a noise as it crossed the dim space.
Finally. Finally it was time. The other apparently went in search of easier prey leaving the battered and bloody trio to it. To 'the devourer'.
It leaped out at the girls, letting out a roar as it did so. It's jaws latched onto flesh, blood flowed into it's maw. Pain, fear, panic... feed it! Let it glut itself on it!

Ara's bat fell from her hands as she went to cover her ears as the big youma let out a horrific screech. And then came the shock wave that knocked her small body off of her feet and sent her crashing onto the unforgiving ground.
Her tiny body was racked with pain, for a moment she just wanted to give up to go home and cry to her parents for help. But she knew she couldn't do that if she ever wanted to be a hero.
She struggled to get back onto her feet. "I...I'm ok." She said in a strained voice that made it obvious she was not really ok. She picked her bat back up and assumed a fighting stance.
