Harmonia, Super Senshi of Harmony - With Bab's group going to barracks

Harmonia glanced over when she realized she was being addressed by someone not in their group. She quickly found Oberon though as he looked and waved at her. She smiled and waved back. "You take care too!" Sure they were headed in the same direction but that didn't mean they would be near each other. The last thing she'd want to see is him getting hurt. Hell, she didn't want to see anyone getting hurt but that seemed improbable considering what they were doing.

She turned back to her group as they made their way to their destination. The barracks loomed in front of them and made Harmonia second guess her decision to be here once again. At this point though there was no turning back. She was committed.

Sabine, Senshi of Tactics

As more and more people seemed to start streaming toward the Barracks - and Arthur made his way toward the ruins. Sabine nodded her head and looked at the group around her. "I'm going to go on ahead and do some recon... Meet you all there!"

With that, she turned and dashed off toward the barracks. Phact could yell at her later - but she wanted to see what was in there.

Their group was growing, and Ganymede was ultimately thankful for it. She did not look forward to potentially watching any of them die, but she had to acknowledge that it was a possibility. She didn't know if she could come to terms with it. How badly was this attack going to effect them?

If only some of them died here, what did that mean for the ones that remained?

If they all died here, what did that mean for the rest of the world?

“They're going to figure out we're here sooner rather than later,” Ganymede said. She agreed with the squire of Polaris (Delphi) that had joined their group. “We should rush in and take them by surprise. It'll cause confusion, give them less time to coordinate a counter attack. If we tried to go in stealthily, they could sense us before we knew about it. Then they'd have the time to figure out what to do with us before we were even aware of it.”

One thing was for sure, Ganymede agreed that it was time to move in. The more time they wasted out here, the less time they had to make their way through the castle and find Metallia. Stalling wasn't going to do anything to keep them alive. Their fate was sealed as soon as they went through the portal.

“Let's go,” she said, and with another squeeze to Valhalla's hand, she began making her way to the castle.

Perdita gave Oberon another look when he talked about flint and tampons. And then pulled a tampon out of nowhere.

“Where do you even keep those?” she asked. She knew his fuku provided a lot of pouches and pockets, but she couldn't imagine the flint and tampons actually magically showed up whenever he transformed. Which meant he had to have them before he transformed. But if he had them in his pockets as a civilian, they would disappear when he transformed. Which meant he had to keep them somewhere off of his person while he transformed, and then put them in the pockets of his fuku once he was done.

After a moment, Perdita shook her head like she really didn't want to know. In the end, it might prove useful, so it wasn't worth badgering Oberon about it.

As their group continued to grow, Perdita agreed that it was time to make their way to their destination. If they hung around any longer, there was a good chance a Negaverse officer would spot them. Even if Caedus's crystal could mask their auras for the time being, that wouldn't stop an officer from seeing them.

Following alongside Chara, Perdita continued to make her way toward the barracks.

They were there moments later.

It was time to get this show on the road.

Palatine tried to think back to her one and only trip to Olympus in an effort to remember Kairatos and the other knight be spoke of, Babylon. She was one-hundred percent sure she knew Babylon, but less from Olympus and more from that time she went white water rafting with a bunch of knights. She hadn't thought Babylon was intolerable at the time, but apparently at least one knight took issue with him.

“I'm going to assume you and Babylon are frequently engaged in an argument then,” Palatine observed. “I'll reserve judgement for who's responsible for that until I witness it for myself.”

In any case, it seemed as if the group heading for the mysterious building was making their way toward it with the intention of making their way inside. Palatine figured that was for the best, since they'd likely be noticed the longer they stood around.

“Whelp, I guess it's time to head on in and hope this doesn't come around and bite us in the a**,” she said.

She followed after some of the others, motioning for Varuna to follow.

She honestly couldn’t help it. The amazement and admiration on the faces of her people made Ash positively swell with pride and she preened under it, squirming before she reached to flick one of her long tails over her shoulder.

Her fussing was interrupted as an exuberant Aegir swept her up and spun her about, and despite the gravity of the situation and the danger they were all in, Ash felt herself laughing in delight. She had done something frankly amazing, and they appreciated that. She felt… proud, of both herself and her senshi. And even the one that wasn’t a senshi.

This was why she had done this. These people were why. She had to keep them safe. It was the single most important thing she felt she would ever do, and if she managed it, she could count her life well-lived.

“Ah! Thank you, Darlings.” She laughed, breathless as she was put back down on her feet. “I just thought it was high time I had a bit of offensive magic of my own!”

She smoothed her skirt down, still beaming, and listened as the decision was made as to where to go. It dampened her mirth a little and she held her gun to her chest, her expression settling from excitement into determination.

This mission was going to work, or they were going to walk out of it in one piece, she promised herself.

Team Damaged Building
Super Varuna

Varuna watched as more of the senshi and knights decided to go one way or the other. Part of her wondered if it would be better to turn back right now. If she stayed with the portal, she could at least try and make sure it was staying open as long as possible for the others to get back.

But then there was the chance that her magic would actually be useful at some point. What if Palatine needed her help? They were both the same magic strength as far as she could tell, but Palatine had healing magic, not so much combative.

If she needed to, Varuna could always cover everyone in snow. Or at least most people in the surrounding area.

Still wary of the whole situation and the people they were traveling with, Varuna made to follow Palatine to the damaged building.

Smiling at Sidouer, Phact gave each that went with her a nod. ”Be safe all of you. As Cetus said, dinner is on me when we get back.” Even as she watched Arthur run off, Phact felt a prayer come to her mind. She adored that fur ball.

Gazing back at the rest of the group sticking with her, Phact inhaled. They were off to the barracks.

And then of course Sabine picked that moment to take off running.

”I’m putting her on a leash…” Phact put a hand to her head and walked with the rest of them.

Erebus, Squire of Saturn

Erebus was glad that the group going to the castle had grown quickly and quite a few of them looked to be strong or said what their magic was. He looked around then turned to Venice when he stepped closer and touched him. He smiled and returned the small heart then mouthed a 'Stay safe and good luck.' before they both followed the others.

Eternal Athene & Mauvian Liryn

Athene couldn't help but shiver slightly at the sound that rumbled through the cavern in the form of deep whispers.

It was eerie and unsettling and for the second time that night he found himself wanting to grab the twins and Liryn and tug them back through Caedus' portal.

He didn't. Instead he made himself continue to wait for Niflhel and the mauvian - Liryn had called him Snowball - to catch up to them, although he did call out "Niflhel we should probably get a move on if we're going to check out that building" because that sound had also made him very conscious of the fact that Caedus had said that they only had an hour.

As soon as the Knight and mauvian caught up to them, he planned to head over to the building at a fairly brisk walk but for now he glanced at Alcor, Eleonora and Liryn, his eyes solemn behind his glasses.

He was going to protect them and going to do his hardest to make sure that if this ended up going pear-shaped that the three of them made it back to Destiny City...

Whatever it took.

------------------------------------------

Ironically Athene's thoughts were being reflected by Liryn as he stood by Eleonora and waited for Snowball and his Niflhel to join them.

He wasn't sure why he had been able to do the cat-human thing that *********, Ash and it appeared Snowball could do...

But neither was he complaining - because it meant that he could protect Athene, Alcor and Eleonora better.

And he was going to protect them. It wasn't going to be like his failures with Tsui and Ida or in that horrible future that could never, ever be allowed to be now.

Athene was calling out to the Knight about the need to get a move on and whilst Liryn didn't add his voice to that of the dark-haired eternal he did whole-heartedly agree with him - because the reality was that they didn't have a lot of time.

Instead he gave Athene, Alcor and Eleonora a quick glance with solemn purplish eyes.

I will absolutely protect you. I will make sure that whatever happens that the three of you get home.

It was a silent vow.

A promise.

Dallol, Squire of Uranus

Well, someone sure was in a hurry to go somewhere for once.

In the couple of years and many more months that Dallol had known Corinth both as a knight and as a Destiny City University freshman when powered down, she knew that the Neptune Page was not the type to rush into things unless there was a reason to. Was there someone or something closing in rapidly on their current position?

No. It couldn't be. The green crystal that Caedus had said would keep them from being detected by the Negaverse was still glowing strong and though some of the senshis and knights around them were forming teams together based on their intended destinations, none had strayed far from the crystal's effective distance. Yet.

Tightening her hold around Corinth's hand, Dallol easily kept the pace beside him although she couldn't help the frown when she noticed how ashen grey his face was. "Are you alright? Did something happen when you stepped through the portal?" It wasn't too late to turn around and head back before the both of them got in too deep. If Corinth wasn't fit enough to go on, she would drag him back through the portal herself even if they had to fight and yell at each other over it. They were in enemy grounds now so the slightest misstep here could very possibly cost any of them their lives.

Or a fate that was much worse than death.

It just wasn't the kind of stakes that she was willing to risk at this point.

Corinth, Page of Neptune

No, he was fine - totally fine - just... not at all expecting any of this.

He smiled at Dallol though, and giving her hand a firm squeeze nodded his head. "I'll be okay... Let's go."

And with her, made his way to the ruined building
