When she finally gathered up enough coins--thanks in huge part to a secret stack of coins suddenly appearing in her pocket--she jogged up to an attendant and forked the needed amount over. When the collar finally came off she said her obligatory "thanks" and walked away, a hand going to her neck to a particular spot that had been itching since they put it on her.
It felt great to be free, honestly, but right then as she rounded a corner and glimpsed all those who still had their collars on, freedom seemed a small relief. She wasn't quite done with this casino yet, at least not until she did her best to try and get everyone else out.

Maria rushed over to the stand, picking up the extra coins from the boss as she went. As she counted up her items, she got 166 coins total, a nice 11 over her current price. With a triumphant smirk, she handed over the coins to the attendant and lifted her chin for them to take off the blasted collar.
Slightly tipsy from the never have I ever game, Anya went over to the desk and tossed a bag on to it. "Get this collar off you creeps." She growled at them.

With all the coins she needed in hand, Ellie quickly jogs over and pays her price! 'Well, looks like yeh bought yerself eh? Heh heh heh, good fer you!" the man taking the coins laughs gruffly... She frowns at his amusement but doesn't say anything. The man. --who stunk of smoke and alcohol-- motions towards a younger lad who promptly moves over to her. She held still as the collar was removed, and rubs her neck where it had been previously... Having a collar on top of the belted collar from her costume was not comfortable...
The gruff man shooed her off once her collar was removed, gladly she walks away from the table and back out into the casino proper. With her own freedom and the poor woman's from before assured, Ellie felt that maybe she should see if she could buy anybody else... Anybody who was having a hard time. She had a very bad feeling for the ones who got 'owned' by the Casino...
It was time for more Blackjack!

Candice had actually done really well at blackjack but the rest of her freedom had come from the Boss. As corny as it sounded, she felt good that the Boss had noticed and helped her and some others. Maybe being in the prison faction wasn't so bad. At least criminals would do what it took to survive. At least they looked out for each other. Candice should probably go back to the tables and at least try and help other prison factioners out.
She let the bag of coins drop onto the counter loudly, "If you'd please remove this collar then..."

Resistance was futile. She didn't struggle as two attendants collared her with a value. Dani accepted her fate... for now, but she would find a way out of this if it was the last thing she did.
