Xariy Post 4
It seemed everyone was still having a hard time making up their minds, but everyone still leaned towards blocking off the Alkidike from the rest of Tendaji. Fine by here. She really didn't care either way. Though she wanted to talk it out, if she did get into a fight it meant she could potentially snag items from the warriors. Shrugging she hopped down from her tree branch, hoping to find some thing amusing to do while the others decided on what their move would be. She could simply go up to someone and start speaking to them, but everyone seemed very intent on sticking to their little groups. Perhaps she'd just scout around the edge and listen to everyone's thoughts on the matter.

Talisia 4
It never takes long for chaos to take hold. Talisia felt her head spinning with all of the different opinions being voiced around her. Some wanted to just peacefully stand back while others were ready to draw blood. Her own heart was conflicted just like the voices around her, but then reason came through. If we didn't stop them now then who would stop them from deciding that all of the other lands belonged to them as well?
It would be another tyranny. She could only wonder about what was happening in Zena right now. Would her homelands declare to fight back or would they sit still and just wait before making a move? Gods only know...
Eyes widening Talisia had to keep herself from jumping at Dris'rynne's sudden touch, "Silva?" Her brow furrowed in confusion, "He's smart, but I've never really commanded him before to do such a thing." Still as her friend's words continued the hybrid nodded slowly. Silva was a hunter after all and tracking was in his blood.
Taking a deep breath she looked up towards the shifter, "I don't see why we can't try. Silva might not like leaving me with all this trouble stirring, but I'm certain I can convince him to track that sent and get a message to them for you." After all she had never met the shifter's family yet, but already the girl and her sisters had done much for her. She at least owed her this much.

Chandra Post 5
Awen looked to the girl from where she perched grabbing a hold a piece of her hair to keep her balance as she went from sitting to standing. She pointed in the direction she had come from, trying to get the girl to go find Chandra, though she gave the male Syq was with quite a glare. As if now claiming the girl as her property she flew up to Nyiim chastising him for trying to steal Syq away though even as she was about to launch an attack on him Flower was now flying around her much to the sprites annoyance. Turning to Flower she looked like she was going to punch him and after a moment she did fly up to him trying to tackle him mid air. Chandra on the other hand was too busy with his idiotic brother and the rest of the gathering of people to notice where Awen had gone off to, it did worry him having his sprite leave. After all the last time she had done so in a huff had resulted in her getting quite injured. "You said she went to a girl??" Chandra nearly dropped his mouth open in shock, if anything Awen only hurt other women...she didn't go to them willingly unless ...it must of been Syqvara! "Where?" Was his next question as he looked around rather anxiously for her. Though his face went beat red when his brother suggested the girl was his girlfriend. She...certainly was a friend, and they had hung out several times...but..he wasn't entirely sure how she felt about him. Even if he was interested in her. "I...that..no. No. She isn't..." He looked away running a hand through his hair in annoyance trying to hide his face from Teiluj, Nkole and Aysun at this point.

Syqvara Post 6 When her hair was used to help the sprite to stand she didn't seem to mind. Sy only moved her eyes toward Awen to make sure she was alright and noticed that she was pointing toward where she came. Syqvara knew that was the direction of where her owner was and wondered if it was because she asked about him if she was trying to show her. However, when the little creature flew at Nyiim she went wide eyed. Chandra had said that Awen got jealous of other females but he never said she was aggressive toward males. "A-Awen. It's alright Awen. Nyiim is nice." What had gotten into the small sprite? And who was the other one that had circled her and hovered nearby. "I'm s-so sorry. Awen i-isn't bad." She told Nyiim. Of course she couldn't exactly explain the behavior of the little thing right now. So Sy held her hands out flat, palms up, just under Awen. "U-uhm.. Ch-Chandra is a friend and A-Awen's owner.." The leaf girl tried to explain to the man, even as her face grew warmer.

Nkole Post 4
Nodding his head at her question he would come with her, he wasn't going to leave her side, that would be breaking his promise. Besides how would it seem if he wouldn't go near these strange twin boys? A little cowardly .. Okay perhaps it was rather funny seeing the one scowling twin was now rather embarrassed. He wasn't entirely sure what had happened but one could easily tell the guy was miffed and irritated that he was being teased. Not wanting to get on the guys bad side, after all it seemed important to Teiluj that he try and become friends with these two. "What seems to be going on?" He echo'd Teiluj's question although using different words. He loved seeing Chandra squirm was that a bad thing? Probably.

YEJIDE POST 6
Yejide propped up, watching the curious scene at the stage. Two male hybrids offering their services to talk to the Alkidike. What did they think they were going to get done? Yejide was new to Jauhar, but it didn't take a genius to figure out that the Alkidike extremist rumors going around tended to include them hating hybrids with what Yejide would call a fiery passion.
"Something tells me they're not going to get very far." She answered the shifter boy with her. "Looks to me like they might be the last people the Alkidike want to talk to." Hybrids and males to boot. Yeah, that was a sensible combination to send on a peace mission.

TAU POST 6
Tau scoffed at the idea. "We are not leaving her here." He answered back. "We'll stay with her and when everything blows over - which it will - we can go back to normal."
He wasn't about to leave his little girl behind. He was far too protective for that. Nothing would happen to his new family, especially not war.
LIIRA POST 6
Liira put Tyyn on the floor, letting her hold Liira's hand instead. "I know it's boring honey. We'll be leaving soon. I promise. We're just going to see what happens first." Liira patted her daughter on the head and turned to her father.
"I know how you're feeling Tau, but we can't just do nothing." She huffed and took a breath. "We'll talk about this later." She ended the conversation. She wasn't one to go out and stick her neck into things, but it was right on her parents' doorstep that they were talking about attacking.
TYYN POST 6
Tyyn kicked at the dirt. She was tired of waiting. "When will we find out?" She whined. "Soon?"
She just wanted to go and have fun at the festival. Was that too much to ask? She thought festivals were supposed to be fun. Maybe she wouldn't come next year if this was what it was like all the time.

MIRIN POST 6
Mirin shook her head again at the crowd. Really what was there left to decide? Two hybrids approached the leaders of the group and Mirin was more than close enough to hear. They wanted to help.
Good! Maybe this would get the show on the road. Maybe they would move out soon. Actually get to the protecting already.

AMINAH POST 6
Aminah laughed at Jerami's wonder of the firebirds. She hadn't yet told them about the legendary birds of Sauti. It wasn't really something that she had thought to bring up with them so young. But now it looked like the reality of the world was pushing much more than just a story of some bird on their shoulders.
She rubbed Jhana's arms and tried to reassure them. "When you're a little bit older, if you still want to go, we can all take a trip together and go see them in Sauti. For now I think we'll stick to home until Ma comes back with Shima." She smiled to her children. JHANA POST 6
Jhana leaned back into her mama's arms and closed her eyes in contentment. She did like cuddles with mama. "I want to see them too. You can't leave me behind this time." She squeaked out.
"Do you think all the talking will be over soon? Will the festival come back after?" She looked up to her mother with large eyes. SATHE POST 6
Sathe patted Jerami on the head, rubbing his soft hair. She didn't know how Aminah did it, but all three of her children had the softest hair she had ever felt. It made it hard to keep her hands off of them. "Like your mama said. Maybe when you're a little bit older I'll go with you too." She smiled.
Sathe looked to the leaders and then back to the children. "I hope so. I hope we can all go back to having fun too."

Alassiel - Post #5It seemed to the Shifter that the Matori had equipped himself with two individuals who represented night and day. She the night and the Windtribling day. The thought made her smile. As Xarn spoke up, Alassiel nodded, eyes scanning the crowd until she found the vender. “Over there we might be able to find what you’re looking for, for the younglings.” Alasiel decided to lead the little trio towards it since she knew where it was.
Alassiel wasn’t too sure what to make of the Wind’s comment. Everyone knew Alkidikes lived for war; it was only a matter of time before they thought they ought to throw all the other races to the predators for the benefits. Though coming from a Wind Earthling, it didn’t surprise her. “We’re not going to let them get away with their actions.” Or at least she hoped no one would, she feared for her own family.

Mano Post 6Mano glanced over Xarnith as he mentioned being tasked with the job of bringing back treats for the various younglings in his group. It was something that caused him to perk up a bit, "Awww! Younglings! That sounds like a fun thing to be in charge of, you're sure to be their hero wen you come back with treats." He could recall how happy his little brothers had been when he'd come up with things for them what felt like ages and another lifetime ago. It was a thought that had his smile faltering for just a moment before he hurried put it back in place. Giving his attention Alassiel he hoped that she would be able to lead the way to the particular booths that Xarnith had spoken of. Mano was new to this particular area and things were always set up differently during a festival. He doubted he'd find anything easily, more likely to just search at random until he found what he was looking for if he were alone. Luckily it seemed as though she knew where to go, which was a bonus. Giving a smile he said, "Ah, both smart and beautiful, we were quite lucky to meet up with her, weren't we, Sunshine?" He said to Xarnith. As the pretty blond mentioned what the elders were talking about, questioning why they had to fight, he gave a half shrug, "Things are never that simple, there are always those that want to get a leg up in the world by stepping on others." He said, then realizing he was talking more about the Obans and not the Alkidike he shook his head, "Ah, I do hope things get figured out soon."

Phaedra Post 5She blinked as she looked closer at the shifter boy she had been speaking to. He was younger than her. Phaedra wanted to say that he shouldn't have to fight, but the reality was he would need to. It was how their world was. There was danger everywhere. If it wasn't a war it was bandits or dangerous wild animals. "Lets hope you don't have to fight." She finally said. While she conversed with Vuka she also kept an ear tuned in to the conversations happening around them. Not to mention what Enki and Anitope were saying. Though she was more so in agreement with her tribe's leader. It would come down to a fight. Even if those that had a blended family abstained from the war there were many more that didn't have such ties. "I don't suppose you have a weapon?" She questioned. If Vuka did then that was great. If not... well, Phae could give him her spare trident. Whether he'd know how to use it or not was to be determined.

Nyiim- post 5
Sprites were, as a general rule, not violent or hateful beings. At least that was what he had observed in his travels. This one, though? It had sat contently on Syqvara's shoulder and then decided he was something to contend with. Of course it was generally unacceptable for someone his size to fight back to anything much smaller than him, and considering he could nearly crush the thing in his hand, he just watched the sprite... vaguely threaten him. Hah. He lifted his hands slightly as if in surrender.
"Ah, no, it's quite alright," he said, although his eyes were now unmoving from the sprite lest it decide to jab his eyes out. "No offense taken." So by 'friend' did she mean 'friend"? Was this a jealous sprite? Nyiim's budding social understandings said that was a dangerous assumption to make.
Oh, but there it went, tackling someone else. Well then! This was interesting. He let out a little half-laugh and turned back to Syqvara. Well then, this was interesting.

Vukasin- post 5
The young Shifter sighed and nodded. Yes, he thought he'd like to avoid a war. He was only now becoming old enough to handle a weapon and choose his path in life. What a way to start it, with a bloody and inexperienced battle.
His gaze turned from the clan leaders back to the Leaf woman beside him and he shook his head. It hadn't struck him to come armed. This was just supposed to be a festival, not some start to a hideous culture clash.
"I don't," he clarified. Where was his father and his brothers? He might have to strike out to find them, he didn't want anyone getting hurt where he wasn't there to help, even if his help was minor.

Xariy Post 5"If you don't have a weapon you can always borrow one of my knives, though if you don't know how to fight it won't do you much good, sweetheart," Xariy casually commented, wandering closer to Vukasin and Phaedra. She hoped it wouldn't have to resort to younger earthlings fighting against the Alkidike. There was just no need for them to fight. They would be in more danger than anything else. It wouldn't do them any good to assist. "Your best bet is to just stay back and let others fight if it comes to it. Wouldn't want you getting hurt at such a young age," she continued to say. grasshopper pie Sorry my nerd decided to talk to Vukasin Heras Box Boop. Xariy is a nerd and wants to talk to Phaedra too.
