The next Pokemon that came out was an Espeon much like Zuki had when they were traveling together. Baltoy was doing a good job against the other psychic Pokemon but Simon was worried that taking on more and more Pokemon on its own. With this Espeon knocked out there was still two more to go. Still Baltoy continued to use the psychic power to hurl stones at the psychic Pokemon whose psychic moves were not very effective again it. When it won the battle Simon wondered if he should heal his friend up, if his HP dipped below one hundred according to the Pokenav he would heal his friend up.

Eddy's next Pokemon was "Unown the symbol Pokemon. Its flat, thin body is always stuck on walls. Its shape appears to have some meaning." It appeared to be the letter 'E' and used hidden power over and over. Simon healed Baltoy up but the relentless attacks wasn't giving him a chance to bound back so he used his last resort move and used explosion taking out both Pokemon. Returning Baltoy he thanked it for it's strength and sent out Dusknoir to finish the battle up.

Luckily for Simon the psychic Pokemon were weak to ghost moves so Dusknoir would take it out quickly. The last Pokemon was, "Chimecho the wind chime Pokemon. In high winds, Chimecho cries as it hangs from a tree branch or the eaves of a building using a suction cup on its head. This Pokemon plucks berries with its long tail and eats them." Nodding at Dusknoir Simon called out the attack in his mind Shadow Punch to finish it off. Dusknoir's hand started to glow as he swung a punch to win the battle.

Thanking Eddy for the battle Simon returned Dusknoir and hurried to the Pokecenter to revive and heal Baltoy up. On the way there he ran into Evie who went inside with him to heal his team up. "You're training up a Baltoy?" Evie asked as Simon nodded buying her a drink. "Yeah I figured that Mr. Wilkins in town could use a Claydol for company.""That's sweet of you." Simon chuckled, "I have no idea sometimes, I'm just wandering around trying to figure things out." Evie gave him a side hug. "Yeah, with me it was all about getting stronger. I got all the badges then the Elite Four and Champion. Because I was looking for acknowledgement to become a Battle Chatelaine like the others, dad said that would prove to the others that the Battle Mansion was where the best of the best are." Back in the front entry of the mansion there was a framed area with four sets of badges most from Kalos but Dana's was from Hoenn. Simon guessed he could get the Unova badges framed and put up along theirs except their frames also held the four small ribbons of the Elite Four and a special Champion badge on the top.
"Thank you for accompanying me Simon," she said kissing his cheek, "I'm going to take the train home, I guess you want to train some more?" He nodded. "I'll see you at home then, dinner?""Yeah I'll be home for dinner." Giving each other a hug Evie waved bye from the door and left. After finishing his drink Simon threw it away then went out to train. Heading down one of the paths he came across a wild "Furfrou the poodle Pokemon. Trimming its fluffy fur not only makes it more elegant but also increases the swiftness of its movements." With a nod Simon threw the Pokeball out so that Baltoy could get some more experience.

Spraying Baltoy with a potion until he was fully healed just in time as another wild Pokemon appeared. This one was Roselia which was weak to psychic attacks but whose grass moves would be super effective against Baltoy. Knowing his little friend could do it Simon decided to let Baltoy go out. The psychic blast from the Pokemon was powerful but then the flower Pokemon drew energy from Baltoy to heal herself from the attack. Shaking away from the attack Baltoy did another blast, this one knocked the Pokemon out and Simon's Pokenav dinged showing that Baltoy won and leveled up. Cheering Baltoy on Simon hugged him and healed him up again.

Walking with Baltoy back to the Pokecenter Simon sat down outside and reached into his backpack removing two pieces of candy. Unwrapping them Simon held them out to Baltoy. It was odd seeing it eat but the pieces started to just vanish as it ate them up. Moving back a bit once the candies were gone Baltoy started to glow as it evolved. "Claydol the clay doll Pokemon. Claydol is an enigma that appeared from a clay statue made by an ancient civilization dating back 20,000 years. This Pokemon shoots beams from both its hands." Returning the newly evolved Pokemon Simon kissed the Pokeball thanking it for trusting him before heading into the Pokecenter to see who he will train next.

With his three friends returned to the PC Simon decided to train up Sonia, Charmeleon and Squirtle since he had recently received the trio of Mega Stones for these Pokemon. Two of his Pokemon were halfway there but the little Squirtle was still falling behind. For that reason Simon would train Squirtle up first. Charmeleon was the strongest however Simon considered going back to Stark Mountain or somewhere in Kalos to train by swapping out Squirtle for Dusknoir or one of the others. With everyone healed up Simon started to the train station to head back home for dinner and meet up before trying to find some place else to train his team up. Sitting down on the train he watched the country roll by as he headed home.

Theo focused on looking in places of his height with Olivia, who was literally crawling sound sniffng the ground. Did she even know what a star shard smelt like? Disappointed in the way things turned out regarding Regal's evolution, Theo slumped and sighed. He was so eager to see him evolve from a Pidgey, too. Theo could forgive missing Pidgeotto evolving into Pidgeot, but not Pidgey evolving into Pidgeotto. That was a must. It was a darn good thing that he'd be on a train for an hour or so because poor Sebastian was all kinds of winded once he reached the gates of North Lumiose. He'd been lucky enough to have the wind at his back for about half the journey but then it had opted to take a sharp turn in the opposite direction, making him and his wheel travel a tad bit harder. It took every fiber of his being to struggle through it. Seriously, who knew wind could be so difficult?
He was still making some decent time though as far as he could tell and once he was on the train, he'd get the breather he needed. For now though, he quickly made his way to the train station, maneuvering in the most hazardous of fashions on his roller blades through the crowds of people until he was there. Yes, it was good timing on his part. The next train would be by in a little less than a half an hour. Perfect. Buying his ticket he decided to take a quick trip down to the Pokemon Center, doing his best to not get lost. No matter what had been argued, he still felt a square layout for the city would've been better than this circle nonsense.
Finding it relatively easy this time, he meandered inside, trying not to run anyone down in the process and he delivered his pokeballs to the Nurse Joy at work. He'd be hitting the ground running the moment he got to Goldenrod so it was probably best to take this moment and assure his team was healed up. Once they were done and returned he checked the clock. Still a little time to go.

Sebastian considered for a moment doing a bit of shopping before he left but decided against it. He didn't want to risk missing his train, especially with such a small amount of time and the massive size of the city.
