October 9th, 2018: Lanzer shellsmachine Games - Spinami Failing a return of Switchem, how about if you put old Switchem prizes and other Halloween items that are very hard to obtain on Spinami for, say, the duration of the Halloween event? For example, I would love a chance at getting the 2k13 Ornate outfit pieces. I'm sure many people would like a shot at a Jacked-up Shirt. The classics! biggrin That's a great idea, I'll pass that to the art team, hopefully we'll see them from Spinami or the event.

Sadly, I just got home the other day from the hospital & I tried to buy the Animal item that was in there for the Halloween sale. It didn't have a timer listed on it, so I tried buying it. I got a receipt, but didn't get the item ;_; I guess its time was up in the shop...(at least from what I had read about a diff item purchase someone made & posted about in the bug forums) Ahhh the stores were suffering Leaving Lag big time once migration started, items should leave the store once the time is up, but we were experiencing strange bugs. As with everything else, some of the Help Desk's tools were affected by the migration, so they are probably just running a bit behind and hopefully will get to your ticket soon.

November 13th, 2018: it amy jenru it amy jenru Gaia Cashif you purchase GC you get the total amount credited to you for the tier (including the bonus cash Example 50$ spent 16,100 credited on the tier ), but with your subscription you only get your paid amount credited to you for the tier. this doesn't seem fair. my money is the same either way. why should I subscribe to larger amounts if i'll get more bang for my buck by having the 5$ subscription and spending the rest during the various tiers? ( example 5300 for a 20$ subscription instead of the 2000) You are getting a head start on every single tier that appears the "month" of your subscription—additional purchases, including bonuses, are then applied towards your tier points during that active tier. Larger subscription levels give you a larger head start on tiers. ok i can understand that, but if i had no subscription and just purchased money during a tier, the new money i put into it would still go farther in a tier than. What I dont' understand is why both purchases aren't being reward in the same way? the money is going to Gaia in both formats. which is why I'm confused. Your Angel Subscription is more than just a head start on tiers, but it does give you an advantage towards tiers. Each tier is different, and yes some smaller tiers can be accomplished via $10-$25, but yes, then there are other normal tiers than be completed with $50-$100 purchases. Lanzer It's actually a topic that is hotly debated, we had setup rewards that are consistent, as well as tiered, and we get a healthy amount of unhappy Gaians that want things to be the other way. December 11th, 2018: Lanzer Aerdian Features: SpinamiEver since the downtime Spinami suffered [Nov 29 PM thru Dec 1 AM] there have been reports of missing icons, causing blank slots to be seen on the wheel by some users. When landing on the slot it is unclear if they have won something or not, and becomes difficult to verify if they received anything, as they do not know what they have landed on [without image cannot mouseover for alt text]. At the moment it sounds somewhat like it's timing out on downloading the image but still creating a cached reference so the amount of blanks can increase across days. Clearing browser cache was reported by one user to fix the issue temporarily, but that blanks appeared again on another day. Relevant threads: Spinami Blank Slots?- contains screenshot SpinamiSpinami's gone (but now its back!)- page 5: earliest mention of the blanks. We will look into the Spinami issue right away.

[or just didnt like the popup, either way] i think it would be great if someone could create a code that like... scans the marketplace for unlisted items. can trace back how the item was released [like if it was an MC, or limited item, or cant be re-released due to one reason or another] but if it is something that is on schedule to be re-released, isnt something super rare or something, like something new, etc. perhaps have it cycle through every week or every 2 weeks, with items that are specifically unlisted and eligible to be re-released. not sure if its possible but i thought it would be a great idea to help get items back in the flow that some people havent even seen posted on the market in years because theyre just no longer in existence I believe Spinami currently do have a rotation in place, but making it include more and newer items would definitely be nicer.

GCash PassNot opening on time Yesterday (Day 6) (and a day previously I can't remember exactly which one) the gcash pass did not open at 10 am. Now I understand that there can be some issues still with the servers and timing and such that might prevent it from being opened for a few more hours (such is the case with the day previously) (even though it has been stated that they SHOULD open at 10). But the one yesterday (Day 6) did not open at all until today, about 24 hours after it was supposed to open :/ Now also today (Day 7), the new box no longer states that it will open at 10 am PST, and just has a link to the FAQ. (IT also is not opening although 10 am has passed) I'm just curious if this is something to expect from the pass system from now on? Was it just a first of the month/year hiccup? Hi there, We are working out some bugs with the system, but please be assured that even if you were not able to open it for a certain day, once you can it will grant what should be inside it. I've been told to clear your cache for it to work, I haven't been able to recreate this issue myself, but other users have told me that has worked. Otherwise, let me know if this doesn't work. Edit: sorry I never finished my train of thought, how often do you have to clear your cache? Sorry had to post and skitter around for a bit. I've not personally had the issue, I just tend to take close note of Spinami bug report threads, and am trying to raise awareness of it and if there's anything besides cache clearing to be recommended/done for it, [also still not sure if Ctrl+F5 works for the wheels or if a full cache clear is required.] It's hard for me to say as well haha, I want to assume people who have cleared cache have been doing a full clear though. Lanzer I just head about this issue over the weekend. We had fixed a similar issue many months ago, will look into it later this week.

January 8th, 2019: it amy Rysabi Items Lake Kindred has been on the backburner for quite a while, understandable since we need to work on more pressing issues. However, we have a major issue with kin-egg supplies. You're not doing a good job with supplying them and it's causing shortages and inflation. This has become a major pain in the neck for the Lake Kindred community. Gaia needs money, this is beyond apparent. You have a great chance at making a profit if you start selling kin-egg rigs or kins by themselves in the Lake Kindred Pet Shop for Gaia cash. One of Gaia's biggest problems is ignoring features that have the potential to bring a profit. Lots of people rely on Lake Kindred to make plat/gold for their quests. Lots of people like to collect the items that the kins give out when you level them up. Some people that are questing for one of each kin are having a hard time because they can't find sellers for certain kins. Time to use your newest game to make money. Staff, will you please look into fixing this irritating supply issue, please?Before someone asks "well did you put any of them in the Rococo thread?!?" Yes, every single one of them. I've created a list of kins for you to take a gander at, staff. I don't think you're fully aware of how many need to be reintroduced. I've griped about kin supplies before but nothing was done about it, so I did homework for you. * Some kins have zero listings or very few listings.
* Some kins only have high level kins for sale, no lower levels.
* I included kin evolutions to show that those are having issues with rarely being listed due to a crappy supply as well.
* Some are user-made that could use a re-release.
* Some were from old events and they are now a pain to find.
* I did try to leave out kins that were avalible in-game, but I could not remember all of them. If any of those made it in the list just ignore them. Thank you for compling this list for us, in the past few weeks we've been putting Kindred into Rococo, Mecha Neko and in La Victoire. Some for direct purchase and others in bundles themselves.

January 15th, 2019: Lanzer Silverstar_Cross Features: Daily TreatHow come if Gaians who use Google Chrome try to use the Daily Treat system to get some daily Gaia Cash, Chrome won't let them see any videos or the like(such as Firefox or Pale Moon), but when they try to use other Browsers to do the same, they actually DO get some amounts of Gaia Cash for their efforts? I'm not sure about this problem as I just tested earlier today on Chrome and didn't see any issues. It might be a silly question but might there be an extension or add-on keeping video ads from showing? it amy Canicuss ItemsI really liked the new Scapegoat male item, but I didn't purchase one because that vest he's wearing is stuck tight, if that vest was removable I would have bought one immediately. Also, I'm a little puzzled that the other recent new LQI release the Guardian Spirit was priced 100 GC less and fewer were offered, increasing the chance of sell out of that item more so than the Scapegoat. I just wondered if you could let us know your reasoning for this pricing structure on female vs male new releases. Each item is priced on an individual basis, but if it was to be compared to something, we're likely to compare it to an item that is closer stylistically. I wouldn't think too deep in comparing the two items as they're two separate entities, it's not about it being male vs female. The feedback for both items were both really positive, in-house we enjoyed reading all of your comments

Specifically, I wanted to know about how pricing works with user release item RIGs. For a $50 pack it is 9500GC. That is {$}95 American Dollars. Going "cheaper," though, for a 5 pack, it is 1000GC. With the singles priced at 200GC each, what is the point of buying the 5 pack? Where are the cheaper prices? Why were user item RIGs suddenly bumped in price? It was a combination of heavy bonuses and discounts that hurt the site in the past and we're still trying different ways to correct those miscalculations that were took back then. People who have been pricing the CIs with new items ended up taking the decision to lessen the discount, but they appreciate all of your feedback and hope to make further changes in the future. CIs of all types have ranged in prices throughout the year, I posted this in a CSU the other day and I'll add a few more notes to it as well, Quote: Why do re-release rigs start at 200gc? Is there any way for this to get resolved? That's been a difficult problem to track down, especially since we couldn't replicate it. I'll check out your report thread after ATS.

I tend to spend smaller amounts of gcash, on the occasion I do, as I mostly get my small cash from the bulletin board or free offers (I have paid on occasion, maybe once a year). If on Monday I spend 100 gcash, Tuesday 200, and then on Wednesday another 100, will I get my star on Wednesday? If not, could you consider lowering the amount of cash spent? Also getting rid of the expiration date would be a great idea. Overall I still feel sad that this is the "big thing" trying to get more money, I along with many others was hoping for a free, universal, upgrade that the community as a whole would love and appreciate.
