Judas felt out of sorts today, perhaps that's why he was so apprehensive when he headed for this booth. When he barely managed to hold on with one hand for such a short amount of time, we has not at all surprised. "Hey, sorry about that..." He apologized to the booth's owner sheepishly on his way out, just a little embarrassed with how he'd done.

He felt like he might have been able to hold on a bit longer this time...
But he was wrong. Horribly wrong. This time both hands tingled and he once more found himself questioning his life decisions.

Lou couldn't hold on to the shock machine for more than a few seconds. She dropped the poles with a sharp yelp and rubbed her stinging hands together.

A sense of determination that Gabby did not think he was born with had led him to the shock booth for a third time. He hated it. He absolutely hated the feeling of electricity going through his highly conductive body, and he should have known he would never be able to stand the feeling, but -
He tried again. One hand, instantly pulled away. The other, even faster.
This was hopeless.

After coming to and shamefully inching away from Gabby's booth in a manner of motion not unlike a slug's, Shine tucked herself away in a random portion of the carnival with the intention of waiting it out.
She would have been patient enough to do so, had she not noticed Gabby at a booth nearby, playing a game that kind of looked like it hurt him. Why would he do that? More importantly, why was the other student hurting him?
Once he'd stepped away, she crept up to test the machine to see if she could understand what happened. Something felt a little funny on her palm, like she'd stuck her hand in a bucket of Skitters. With a frown, she pulled her hand away to examine it, and stared uselessly at it for a while. In the meantime, her other hand continued to impassively clutch the metal grip - if it was still electrified, it seemed that she couldn't even feel it.

Gabby had paused when he realized he couldn't find some of the loot that people had given him, in his pockets; so he turned back to the booth to search for them, when he saw Shine simply holding the metal grip. Just holding it. Not even flinching. Or pulling away. Just. Standing there.. holding it.. "Shine, I - " Touching her before she'd let go was a MISTAKE, as all of his hair tried to stand up on its end and he shuddered at the feeling. He pulled away, and gestured with his head. "Come with me." Maybe all he'd needed was an undead, after all.

Liela tried once more to see if she can stand the shock. This time was much more bearable then last time. At least in one of your hands it didnt feel so much. She shook the one hand that felt the most shock. Going over to the booth's owner to see what she won

The feeling of someone touching her without warning caused Shine to jump and release the grip. Only the sight of Gabby prevented her from slipping into the panic-induced state of destruction that typically followed being startled; she just made a faint hiccuping noise instead, which was entirely preferable to the alternative. " Um." Wait. He wanted her to go with him? Her specifically? Had she done something terribly wrong? None of those questions managed to come out of her mouth. She followed obediently, arms hugged over her chest as she tried not to think about how bad she'd maybe sort of somehow been.

Shiki tapped the bar gently with one finger before lifting it again. He just didn`t like being jolted so much, yet he wanted the cute pet that was here. Inhaling sharply he waited for the shock.
The kitsune felt the terrible sensations run up his arms and his teeth clacked together sharply as he faught to hold on. Still the jolts were not letting up and at last he dropped the bars.
At first he thought he had failed, but he realized he had beat the clock and got something, and for doing it three times.... He got the pet!!

Sludge had returned to the booth, then noticed that there was a opportunity to grab a prize without grabbing the rods again.
He was eager to do so, as he was tired from being electrocuted so many times.

Ignatius watched, somehow still pumped, as several creeple came to his booth -- including an undead, he noticed. How did undead react to electricity? That wasn't really something that he had ever had explained to him --
Wait, what was he witnessing? Was his booth the cause of a date now? Some kind of scheming? Perhaps the spark of a plot to take over Halloween or perhaps just this booth. (His mind got quite carried away.) As the dragon ghost asked the undead to come with him, Ignatius couldn't help his outright snickering. "Well, congratulations! I think you may have a knack for this game." Seriously, she hadn't even noticed the electricity with her one hand... He handed the undead a ticket before she ended up being pulled away by the ghost almost too easily.
The first kitsune who arrived at his booth seemed to be becoming better and better at this game. After endlessly losing, she had won twice now, and Ignatius was all too happy to hand her another ticket. "See? You're definitely getting better at this! I'm sure you can even win again, if you wanted to." He winked. "Just come back later!"
The second kitsune also won, even as he clacked his teeth and seemed to convulse a bit as he attempted to hang on. Ignatius winced a bit, but he did observe this was the third time this boil had won -- and he probably deserved the minipet after that. "Congratulations! You get this ticket," Ignatius pulled it off, handing it to the boil, "and this little minipet! Take good care of him!"
The odd dripping demon also returned, though he seemed to be more concerned with the option to grab his win prize instead of being shocked once again.
... Honestly, fair enough.
Ignatius happily handed off the minipet. "You've done really well here! I think you deserve this. Congratulations!"

As Rei walked around the booths, he passed a familiar booth. Where tough love shocks you.
The lightning elemental gave him a challenging wink.
You're on.
Now clenching heavily on the bars, Rei concentrated not to let loose---
ZAP!
Alas, his left hand seems weaker as usual. He let go-and this time the elemental seems disappointed in him. SHAAAAMEE.

Coming back was just masochism at this point, or maybe stubbornness. Maybe there was some kind of trick to it? Or maybe she was just being a wimp again. Siddie pouted as she left with only stinging hands to show for her efforts.

Lock was just watching the others, seeing if they were struggling with electricity like he was too. It was amazing watching the people with ridiculous resistance.
He was super jealous. "Oh come on, just go do it," Voodoo taunted.
Lock sneared at her, but complied and put his hands on the levers. Immediately it was too much for both of his hands and he let go, whimpering slightly.
