Looking at Bukotsu with wide eyes, she blushed so furiously, the phoenix on her body would have been a lighter color. "Well, uh, I...thank you." Medei didn't have a clue as to what to say. She was totally taken aback.
She just shook her head, as if shaking thoughts from her mind. "I have to admit, if I were to see you on the street, I wouldn't have thought you much into plant-life and botany. How judgemental does that make me?" She laughed nervously.
When he made a gesture for her to walk first, she playfully curtsied, and walked in front of him. "Why thank you sir." She said in a falsetto lady-like voice. A melodic laugh followed.

"You're very welcome," Bukotsu smiled lightly as he followed behind her. Following up and walking next to her, he smiled and dumped the trashbag as they passed a designated area to toss the trash away. He slightly lifted and swung his bag over his shoulder to make sure it was to not slide off and slam into Medei.
"Hmm, well for me...it's not seeing with your eyes.....It's more of seeing that person up close and personal!" Bukotsu calmly spoke before shouting his second sentence as he loomed his face to look at Medei's face like a zombie. But before she would react however, Bukotsu pulled away laughing alittle, "Yea right, if that were my approach I'd end up scaring people!" Bukotsu bellowed with his voice in laughter.
"But it is true, however...not to see with your eyes, it's better to see up close and use your mind's eye, that way you might just meet the right kinda person... and if you do that right, then you have for sure met someone and not just judge them from afar," Bukotsu said as he walked with Medei, his body rocking gently next to hers.

A few moments Medei saw Bukotsu's face, she laughed so hard, she had to hold onto him, to keep from falling over. "Well, you've definately seen me up close and personal!" Medei said, laughter still in her voice. She stuck a tongue out at him, and patted him gently on the shoulder.
Growing serious, she looked at the ground as they walked. "And what is your impression of me, Mr. Kusanagi?" She retorted, her hands on her hips, with a look on her face as though she were trying to figure him out. It was a rather funny and cute look on her.

"What I think the impression you make on me is? Well, for sure you got to know and like me already, and that's cool, I think you're the outgoing type, and you do have good taste in friends if im one of them," Bukotsu laughed lightly.
"But being frank, I really like you already, you are the coolest girl I have met here thus far, ice cubes would definetly be jealous, you can actually cook wihtout a grill or a stove top which is something I think is awesome, and you have been honest with me so far," Bukotsu smiled before being hypnotized by her innocent and near alluring capture.
Bukotsu could only tilt and stare in awe will looking over at her stature.

She smiled broadly at Bukotsu. "I do consider you one of my friends. Why wouldn't I? You have been so generous to me already, and you barely know me."
Medei blushed slightly when he told her that he liked her. She knew that it probably wasn't in that way, but still. This was the easiest time she'd had making friends.
She laughed a bit nervously, and playfully pushed him. It wasn't hard. Not at all, but only enough to make him possibly sway. "You're going to make me constantly blush if you keep staring at me like that." She confessed.
"I like you too. No one else has ever risked their life just so I could touch a few plants. It means more than you will ever know to me." Medei said earnestly. That truely meant a lot to her.

Taqune looked down at her, "I would never drop you Serika, I would be devisated if I ever did." Going down the streets Taqune was getting looks from people. He finally stopped in front of a seafood restraunt, "How about this place love?" The place had a large sign over it with all you can eat written in neon lights.

"I'd probably be devastated too." Serika said, laughing. She stopped laughing when she noticed people staring at him. "Are you going to be ok Taqune?" Serika asked quietly. She looked at the restaurant and nodded. "This place would be lovely."

He chuckled, "Yea i'm going to be fine but don't let them bother you I get strange looks every time I come to the city it doesn't last long. I remember once I was in my normal form here they all ran away it was amusing. Well let get some gub love." He set her down and took her hand as they entered the restaurant.

She nodded her head and smiled. "I never knew you got strange looks. We are more alike than we thought, perhaps." She said, thinking about it. She was so used to getting strange looks.
Serika remembered when she hated going into public, because she refused to cover up her body markings. She shrugged to herself and looked at him, as though she was wondering how two creatures couldn't have met before. We were in the same lab room..."Taqune, when were you released? How could we have been in the same room, and never have seen each other?" She asked as they walked inside.

"I was the creature in the cage box the one that wasn't quite cat or human like. They didn't let me out once they enhanced me with speed so i couldn't run. I couldn't see anything but you might have seen me. I was never released I was the once who broke out and released the others in the lab well I made a mess of the scientists that day at least." They entered the resturant and were seated, when the waitress came he smiled to the girl who asked for their drink orders.
"You can get anything you want love."

She looked up at their waitress and smiled politely, though she knew the girl was staring at her blue and flesh colored body. "Just a water please." Serika replied quietly, her skin burning with embarassment.
"I don't remember a lot of when I was younger, but I did remember the box. Before they would strap me down to that table, I would always go up to that box, pawing at it. I never thought it would be you. I could never tell what was in it. Those scientists always pulled me away before I could get a good look." Serika looked down at the table, studying all the carvings in the wood fiercely. She hated how her parents....well...nevermind that...they're gone now...She thought.

"I'll have water as well." The girl walked off to get their drinks.
"They didn't want me to know what was going on outside of my little world. You see they were just going to kill me after their little experiment was complete but they couldn't keep me dead. I would just regenerate what was wounded in a few seconds so they had to confine me to the darkness of that cage. I finally got out and well pretty much set every creature in there free, thats why they all were dead when you last saw them, I had enacted revenge." It was ovious his hatered for those men and women was strong, but never the less he was so gentle towards everything. "So what looks good to you?"

Not long after the waitress had left, she seemed to reappear with their water. "Thank you." Serika replied quietly.
"How dreadful. Then again, if I had created the perfect creature, I wouldn't have wanted to share it with the rest of the world either." She said, laughing. "I'm sorry that we had not become friends from such an earlier age. Though I'm sure it would have been the same as it was the first time you met me. Still difficult." Serika replied with a smirk on her face. She wad happy however that Taqune had broken through the barricade she had forced up, determined to never let it down.
She scanned a menu and made her decision rather quickly. "The Shrimp Scampi looks good. I think I'll have that." She loved pasta, and anything in it. She never knew why. Perhaps because that is what her step-mother would always eat.

"I'm not perfect by any means but thank you for the compliment." As Taqune scanned the menu he found what he was looking for and smiled, "I think the all you can eat carb is what I'm going to get." He looked back up at Serika and chuckled.
The girl smiled and took thier orders, "We will have your orders out soon, and by the way you two look perfect together." she smiled and walked away quickly.

When Taqune announced what he was going to eat, Serika laughed so heartily, you would have thought she'd never had a bad day. "Taqune, like that is exactly what you need. Something to give you more energy. Are you getting old?" She asked playfully, putting a hand over his.
"And Taqune, you are perfect. Because isn't perfection in the eyes of the beholder?" She seemed a bit startled by what the waitress had said, but smiled at Taqune and laughed again.
"Who would have thought you and I look perfect together? What's this perfection she speaks of!" Serika chuckled. "Thank you Taqune. I'm having such a wonderful time."
