Voldo nodded to the girl who spoke to him. after he bowed to the Mizukage. "i shall go to the Hospital you may accompany me.... if you wish." he sighed and left with the Medical Shinobi to heal himself. he sighed and cursed under his breath down the hall as he had felt he let the Mizukage down. (Clone 1) One of the clones, indistinguishable from the rest, stepped forward to address Tomiji. While words would have been more than useful for giving direction to the male, the possibility of all four speaking over each other and causing confusion was high. As such, the first clone of Turpis merely gave a small bow to encourage you boy to follow. The acknowledgement had served as an indicator that this Turpis was designated to escort the Genin. As such, when he turned and headed towards the Training Grounds it was in the boy's best interest to follow and see where the rabbit hole led. [Exit to Training Grounds]
(Real Turpis) Katsu was the next to arrive and had the luck to approach the actual Turpis. Observing the same level of silence as his fellow Turpi, he too nodded his head in the man's direction. Theirs was a conversation that needed to occur in private. As such he had no clue of where he would actually take the male. With that being said, a place so full of listening ears was not the appropriate location. As such the Mizukage turned upon his heels and departed, waving a hand forward to coax Katsu to follow. [Exit]
(Clone 2) The third Turpis was all ready for Cecil's arrival. This one was not going far from the Palace. In fact, he was actually going to stay on the grounds. He placed a palm upon the male's shoulder as he walked past, departing from the group to walk leisurely to the back of the office building.
(Clone 3) The final Turpis returned to his seat, as calm as he had been when he left.

Cecil followed the clone. "All right here's my report. I encountered a leaf Jounin in our territory, and I asked a lot of questions and they were answered. The three ninja that went missing, I know two of their fates and the other is most likely still out there unable to get back to the Mist village. My brother as I thought was killed by a man named Hades and our very own Jounin War. War defected to the leaf. As for the other ninja she didn't mention him so I have to assume our ninja is still out there stuck and unable to get back. I then defeated and killed the Leaf Jounin once I was unable to get any information from them. She was the head of the Raiken clan and a valuable leaf ninja. She also told me of another leaf ninja Jounin's death. The man I mentioned earlier Hades is dead as well. As for the task you gave me, I went and learned three higher level techniques instead of just one. Those consist of the Water Prison Jutsu, Mist Vision and Chidori. And as my request, I know that we are short staffed for Jounin, I ask to be promoted or at least the chance to become a Jounin. I'm 18 and far more experienced then any other Chuunin. I can also take on three Genin right away to train, I already have ones picked out. Of course this all rests on if you feel I am ready for Jounin level." Cecil then stopped talking and let the Mizukage display his thoughts.
It was a hell of a lot to take in. Two, possibly three deaths on the Mist's side and a defection to top it all off. This was without even considering the Leaf's involvement in all of the goings on. The report was concerning, but with this information Turpis now had power to act. That was not to say that he was going to be able to immediately though. In fact, he had some consultations that were in order before any such action could be undertaken. After Cecil finished his report, Turpis found himself actually impressed. He had killed a jonin and gained useful information. He would have granted the male the status right then and there, but he was not one to bestow that kind of power unto others without feeling certain that they had fully earned it. You did good work Cecil. Tell me about these three genin that you want to take under your tutelage, and tell me why you think that you would make a suitable sensei for them?"

"Isabelle Yani Godright, Tomiji Hyuuga and Shinya Myojin. Isabelle is one who I want to take on for the most interesting reasons. She values too much on fashion but is still a strong ninja. If I can guide her right, she will learn to put a little less into appearance and more into tactics and ninja skills. She is of the wind element, I in fact sparred with her and had trouble because of that. She would compensate for my weakness as well as the weakness of the other two. She will use long distance attacks to back up the closer fighters and I can teach her well. True she is wind but as much as I am not able to use wind jutsu, I can still teach it to her. Tomiji is of the Raiken clan, meaning I would be able to teach him higher ability's for his clan as well as Lighting Jutsu which is my specialty. He can be stubborn but his loyalty is unquestionable, I can get rid of some of that stubbornness. I would still be able to teach him some Taijutsu as well seeing as I know about that. He would compensate for Shinya being able to back him up instead of only one close fighter. Shinya is a Samurai who has my secondary element Water. This allows for me to teach him water Jutsu. Isabelle will be able to help him with his wind element. He also shows great wisdom for his age but also shows arrogance as well. I can rid him of the arrogance and improve his skill with the sword. I also can use a sword decently. He would compensate for Isabelle being able to help her if an enemy got close. And as how I fit in, I can compensate for all three of their weakness seeing as generally I am good at close range fight and long range fighting. I would most likely say I am best at mid range. That's my assessment of the three Genin and their skills. As well as how they fit all together.
And I did forget something in the report. When my brother was killed, he was in the leaf village and four people were there. The Jounin I eliminated, Hades the Jounin who she said was dead. War the Traitor, and the worse one the Hokage. That disturbs me greatly that she did not at least send us a message of my brothers death. More importantly that she would let her Jounin go around and kill anyone in the village without knowing who they were. My brother most defiantly had sneaked in their with his identifying markers to the Mist hidden. The Jounin I killed apparently got chased by him to the leaf village. And that Jounin was also in our village on some sort of mission. I feel as if the Leaf village must be watched as closely as the Grass, they both are not interested in being friendly."
It had seemed that Cecil had done his homework on the group that he intended to mentor. Granted his confidence in his own ability to break the nature of someone left something to be desired but overall Cecil seemed a good candidate for the position of jonin, even with the noted flaw. Still, Turpis could leave no measure unchecked for such a responsibility to be bestowed upon someone so young. "Your initiative is admirable, however I need to see results. Your plan is solid, but you have to prove that you can follow through with it. " The Mizukage paused to think for a moment, mentally choosing his words as he sought to respond to the male in a manner that was encouraging, rather than disappointing. "You are showing promise Cecil, especially for someone of your age and rank. Show me that you have the leadership skills to bring three people together as a functioning squad and the position is all but yours."
Having been healed at the hospital through medical ninjutsu he arrived back at the Mizukage's Palace. He looked at the guard he had met eairlier who was looking at him. Voldo opened his shirt slightly showing the scar which had been healed. "The Mizukage is Expecting me."
Voldo was escorted to the office and announced where Voldo waited patiently. Unlike the others in the Village, Voldo had patience. His skills of accurate timing and judgement were known well in the Academy. When he became a Chunin people were suprised by how well he mastered his Bloodline. Being the only one left in the Mist who Carried the Bloodline he seemed well versed in how to use jutsu that complimented his skills.

"Of course." Cecil thought about it for a moment. "Just to be clear you want me to go and form the three into a cooperative team.?" He would get no detail wrong just to be sure. Getting the squad together might take some work but it would be worth it.

There is a daemon in us all
A daemon that wants to be free.
The daemon you may fight, but it won't stay down
you can bruise it, hurt it and make it bleed..
Rose Allamora Liang
As Rose awaited in the hallway he heard the office grow silent; or at least after the sound of the Mizukage's words cutting rather coldly through it. He didn't know if it was a good idea to return but Rose didn't wait patiently all this time just to shy away now! The ruby eyed male shivered a little to the way Turpis's eyes looked out when he departed from his office with brisk strides; and people say Rose looks vicious when he looks angry! Shaking his head, the sound of Rose's heeled boots would resound behind the Mizukage against the tiles of the flooring when he received the nonverbal motion to follow Turpis.
Coming outside with the other group that seemed to have gotten the same message, though more verbally, Rose would await as each clone was delegated to each person. The final clone, Rose assumed would be for him which now that the multitude has passed, was able to speak as it was heading back towards the office, "Bonjour monsieur Turpis. Je m'appelle Rose Liang." Rose said, doing a bow that would seem odd for these lands. One where Rose's lotioned manicured hands would dramatically gesture outwards like the beginning of a dancer's musical piece while his right foot would cross just a few inches from his left foot, and bend his legs gently. His lithe upper body would only gingerly tilt forward to complete the bow, before as elegantly as the move was initiated was it returned to standing straight, "I vas 'ere vhen zou gave le order for those in zour office to learn techniques et zupport le village. I 'ave done both. I vas actually vondering 'eef there 'eez any more missions needed to ve done?" Rose asked his hands clasped gently in front of each other while he waited instructive command.
(Clone 2) The clone nodded as Cecil tried to confirm what exactly it was that his orders were. Turpis paused for a moment, as some information from the clone on the training grounds was relayed unto him."As for Tomiji, you may induct him into your makeshift squad, but I have plans for him. This was between you and me, understood?" He gave his order in confidence, expecting full confidentiality from the Chuunin. Of course whether Tomiji heard the information or not was of little concern to the Mizukage if he heard of the development. Tomiji was to find out in the near future as it was. The request served as a small placement of faith in the raiken boy. "Focus on finding the other two first and we can continue from there."
(Clone 3) Everything about the being before him seemed off. His accent, his mannerisms. He was every bit as outlandish as Turpis himself, albeit relatively normal compared to the oddity of a man. He suffered through Rose's attempt at speaking the native language of the land. The accent itself was none too obtrusive, but every so often Turpis would cringe as a word was mispronounced. From what he could glean, the male had returned from doing a mission. Never one to scorn those that brought about progress, Turpis responded with a light, almost cheerful tone. "Excellent work so far, but more work is necessary before any of us can rest. Tell me. What are your strengths and capabilities?" Before he sent the ninja on any more missions he was going to need some details about what exactly it was that Rose did.

Tomoji's arrival was expected, yet highly unprecedented at that current time and juncture. While he lacked the intel on the boy's movements after the dispersal of his associated earth clone, he had seen enough to know that medical attention was highly advisable. So while the boy had quite literally followed Turpis' orders, there were some kinks that the Mizukage saw fit to iron out for the near future. As for now though, Turpis would let slide the fact that the bleeding male had rushed straight over. He only had one question left before he took the male on as his personal apprentice, after that the position was his. "Why do you fight?"
Tomiji stopped for a moment. On the surface, it seemed like such a simple question, but he sensed there was even more behind that question. Some deeper, hidden meaning that he wanted him to grasp and to respond one. "There are many reasons that I fight, that we all fight, for. To protect the things we love and cherish. To protect our village and our brothers and arms. But I fight for more then that. Not for glory, or recognition, or status. I fight for power. I yearn and hunger to be stronger and better then everyone I see, and pity those beneath to weak to seek the same power." It was a cold and harsh answer, but it was the truth. In Tomiji's world there were only the ones who reached for power, and those who did not. Tomiji's eyes stared deep into the Mizukage's eyes, waiting for a response, whatever it would be. He had already proven himself on the field, and he hoped he had proven his conviction to learn here.
