Ward made a face. "It took a while to figure it out. Specialy when he was little." He ran his hand down the stair railing. "He had no schedual. He slept when he was tired, ate when he was hungry." Like most babies, but this had gone on till Rene' was phycially around seven. THen it started to settle into a more permant rythem.
He glazed at the kitchen door and reached out opening it. "Rene'? Ahh their you are. We need to talk about something." The cat walked slowly into the kitchen, not wishing to to frigten the hybrid as Rene' started. "Do you know why I placed Raffh in house arrest?"
Rene' blinked his blue eyes. "House arrest? What do you mean Uncle? Did father do something wrong?" He questioned, pushing back his curling golden hair. "Why are you speaking this?"

Kuri listened to his mate and thought it over, he realised that vampires really must have different sleeping patterns then what he only knew of Jaden. Sure he knew there would be different types of vampires but still he was still ignorant when it came to them so he shamefully admitted to himself that he did believe there was only the kind that slept during the day and woke at night.
Though in his defence he didnt know about the offspring of vampires, no matter what type, so this was new to him and thought that maybe he should learn more about the offspring, espcially if he and Ward were going to be grandparents to half breed vampire unicorn/cat/rabbits.
Kuri shook his head to clear his thoughts and then followed his mate into the kitchen, taking a seat at the table he looked up at the other two "Ward, Rene, maybe it would be best if we sat down to talk" he suggested to the others.

Rene' look at Ward. "There is no reason for me to sit down or talk to you." He shook his head, golden curls bouncing. "You just have to let Father out of his room. What give you the right to lock him up." The blue eyes teared.
Ward closed his eyes. "Lets sit down now, their is a reason for this Rene'. It is difficult to understand, but their truely is a reason for what I am saying to you and what I have done to my brother."

Kuri looked at Rene and smiled softly at him "Ward is right Rene, there is a reason and a serious one at that. We dont like locking him in his room but really we cant do anything else, unless you want your father to be hurt more then he already is" he said softly to the other, hoping he understood that in the very least.

Rene' turned his head away looking at the ground. "What reason would this be? Father more hurt being locked up then what ever he was doing." Rene' said, a single tear running down his pale cheek. His head wings drooped. "Why then."
Ward closed his eyes; how was he suppose to word this? They need a parenting book 101 on how to tell your brother adopted child his lovers raped someone. He rubbed his temples. "IT about the coons." He couldn't say lovers, couldn't force that word from his lips.

Kuri moved over to ward and wrapped his arm around his waist. "Sweetheart, would you like me to tell him, including his fathers past with your father as thats how it started after all? If you find it to hard, i dont mind" he said to him, wanting to make it easier on him if possible.

Ward closed his eyes. "I don't know love; you don't know this all." He looked up in Kuri eyes. "Are you sure you can do this lover of mine?" He asked leaning up to kiss his lover.
Rene' made a face. "Are you going to make out or tell me what happened?!" He wasn't being as polite as he usually was but he was distaught over this.

Kuri cuddled his mate and kissed him tenderly before breaking apart "I can do this sweetheart, I promise, just stay with me" he said softly before turning to Rene. He took a deep breath and let it out and decided that the best way for this was to not tip toe around it and tell it how it was. "Rene, the coons, or at least one of them, told your father about their past and it involved the coons raping a person, as if you didnt know what rape was it means forcing a person to have sex with you agiesnt their will.
Now your father also was once raped, a while ago by his and Wards father and he was a seme, just like one of the coons. He was basically called a whore and other horrible things and untill your uncle sorts this out and sees wether its true love or just something your brother is lead to belive is love due to what happened with their father is why he is in his room.
We dont know if the coons will do this again, nor do we know if your father fully trusts them or just thinks he does because he lusts after them due to what heir father basically just told him. And that was that he was nothing more then some bed warmer, someone who is there for sex and sex alone for the enjoyment of others.
Ward is scared that these coon, or at the very least, the seme one will hurt Raffh again, just like their father did to him all those years ago and Ward doesnt want to see that happen, he wants to know if he loves them or lusts after them. Untill we are sure hes in his room, I know its horrible but this is serious, im sure you dont want your father hurt by them and neither do we but untill we are sure we can trust them and/or what Raffh says is true and he does love them and they love him and not going to hurt him then thats where he has to be."
He said to the hybrid softly, kindly, hoping he understood and then turned to his mate "is that correct?" He asked, knowing that he knew the story but wanted to make sure it was correct so he wasnt telling Rene wrong.

"Demetrius and Chiron would never hurt Father. THey love him to much." Rene' cried out turning his back to them stiffling tears threatening to leak. He hadn't heard that the coon's had ever forced anyone. Chiron was so nice and Demetrius was to, though he didn't know the elder that well.
Ward closed his eyes. "If they love him they will come to talk to me. Till then I don't want you near them or Raffh alright sweetie. I don't want you hurt." He nodded. "You did well Kuri, their where other things..but that Raffh's story not our to tell."

"Im pleased I got it right and your right, it isnt our story to tell though I just thought it was best to tell him about your father as it was sort of what started this in the first place, I hope you or Raffhs not upset with me for that, when he does finally know that is."
He said to his mate as he kissed him softly "I will be back" he said as he got up and walked over to Rene and put an arm around his shoulder, a tear falling down his face also. "Rene, we love your farther very much and I know it seems strange hearing that we are locking him up because we love him but its true, we dont want him hurt more then he already has been, I know its hard sweetie but I swear as soon as one or both come speak to Ward and he accepts their explination we will let him out, I promise but we are just doing this because noone wants to see him get hurt.
I love you Rene, your uncle does also and we just want our family to be together, unhurt and not having the past repeat itself. You and Raffh mean the world to us and we just dont want to see any of our family hurt in anyway" he said to the other, drying away the few tears that were now also falling, hating what was going on but it was true, this might be hurting them like hell but seeing Rene or Raffh get hurt physically and emotionally would hurt far worse then even hell could dish out to them.

Rene' blinked away his tears refusing to let them fall. "Father not going to like being locked up either. This is just so wrong." He said more tears falling. "Chiron and Demetrius are upset you did this. Father told me to tell them what you did."
Ward head jerked up. "What?" He sqwaked.

Kuri said nothing, how could he? This might be a family matter and he and Rene are family but still as this is between Raffh and Ward technically since they are brothers and knows what is going on more so then both he and Rene did so he decided to let Ward speak first.

Ward closed his eyes to calm himself down. Yeah that sounded like his brother but still this wasn't want he wanted. "You told them; you went to them by yourself?"
Rene' nodded. "Is that wrong?"

Kuri wraped both arms around Rene and pulled him into a gentle hug "I think your uncle worried about your safety, thats all. Granted nothing happened to you nor has anything happened to you in the past but all those other times you were with your father, never by yourself so something could have happened to you while you were alone with them." He explaned softly to the other, kissing him softly upon his head.

"Nothing would of happened. Chiron just held me; he's so supportive. I want to stay with them in their house. " He whimpered. "Cause they are not going to lock up father. "
Ward closed his eyes, rubbing his temples. WHat to do, what to do..why did these things have to be so difficult?
