Alright, so that try had gone over with a bust. Maybe if he tired to be a little more quiet? Lowering the net in again he could only hope. Alec had been close, just as he tried to lift it out of the water the net broke letting the fish swim away free.

One last shot. Having to get a new net, Alec eye'd the water then a few fish that caught his eye as a bit lazy or sluggish. Woopse..just as he went to scoop at the fish he sneezed, causing the fish to all dart around frantically loosing the one he'd nearly landed. "Aww." he laughed at himself. Waving to Lenore as he went to leave. "Have a great day by the way!" He spoke up too the dark haired girl a wide friendly smile on the boys face.

It was another day and Farvardin had managed to stumble upon the goldfish booth. She walked up to it and gave Lenore a quick way. She then grabbed a scoop and took a breath. Just like last time. She thought. She looked at the pool of water and then plunged in the scoop. She shoved the scoop in too hard and it hit the bottom of the pool breaking. "Oops."

Farvardin grabbed a new scoop and closed her eyes. She took a few even breaths and then dipped the scoop into the water. After a moment she flung it out. She opened her eyes hoping to see a fish flying but only saw water. "Sorry about that!"

Farvardin sighed and looked at the fish. She only had one more chance for today. She grabbed a scoop and gently put it in the water. "Come on..... swim onto the scoop fish." The fish all swam away from the scoop and it slowly disintegrated. "Well that was a bust. See ya!" She called out leaving.

"Hi, Lenore!" Zin said enthusiastically to her friend. "I'm back to play with the fish again!" She grinned widely and picked up a paper scoop. The first book she'd won from this game had been great, so she was eager to win another. That way, she and Lenore would have even more to talk about!
"I'm definitely gonna catch one, so feel free to recommend a book to me," Zin said with a wink.

"Aww, I almost had it," Zin said when the fish wriggled through her torn scoop. She threw it away and picked a new one. "This time for sure!" She plunged her hand into the water ferociously.

"Nooo!" Zin cried histrionically when she pulled out a completely ruined scooper. She threw it away and picked her last one. She gulped. "I'll... I'll do it right this time. I'll get it for sure!" Her tongue poked out of her mouth as she concentrated on catching a pretty orange and white goldfish.
"Dang it..." Zin said, tossing her last scooper with a sigh. "Well, at least I tried... Maybe I'll come back later. Yeah, I'll get it next time!"

Preacher tucked that silly titan doll further under her arm. Maybe she could trade it for something else. The booth was... somehow unnoticeable until Preacher was right next to it and she peered at it interestedly. The booth was monotone, the girl was monotone.... but strangely familiar. Like a book she'd read years and forgo- a book. ********.
She tried to slowly sneak away before the book she'd backhanded said anything. Preacher didn't feel like fighting a 12-year-old.

Sirantha still had some time to kill before needing to return to the inn. The booth before her seemed to capture her attention. The tiny fish swam around the tiny pool and many were trying to capture the little golden things. "Three tries a day huh? I guess I will give this a shot." She mumbled to herself and then looked around hoping no one saw.

She missed the fish, it swam right out her net. This booth seemed harder than it originally let on. The goldfish were tricky little suckers. Biting her lower lip, which was a terrible habit she had gotten herself into, she tried her luck again.
Huzzah! The goldfish was captured!

Sirantha released the goldfish after she showed the young girl in charge of the booth the flopping stressed out fish. Recognition struck, the girl was the same one who was at the Dunk a Wallist booth who had pretty good aim. Siri gave her a smile, but it was clear that the girl was more interested in her book than in the activities around her.
The noble still had one last turn for the day. Lets see if her luck held.
It did not. Again the pesky little fish jumped out of the net and continued to swim happily with its golden brethren.

As Cyril was walking he stumbled across a familiar booth. "Heh, I haven't been here since that thing with Shun." He looked at the crappy paper nets, the goldfish, and the water they were placed in. He noticed a girl he bonked on the head a few times at the bonfire. "Jeez this little squirt does know how to make an impossible game."
"Ahh what the hell." as he picked up one of the paper nets and gave the game another try. He was confident he would lose this time. "
He was so close to getting the fish this time. "s**t!" he exclaimed. "I almost had it!." The fish was practically in the net all he had to do was pick it up with a quick snap of his wrists. At least he had two more tries.

"Aight lets do this." he dipped his net back into the water hoping he could finally do this. He closed his eyes and focased on the sound of the waters and the fish to get the exact timing right.
"Dammit..." Another close catch but no dice. [No pun intended] He just can't seem to get that proper wrist motion in play.

He had one more try. He didn't want to screw this up. He changed the breathing pattern to help him focas better. He lifted the net when he thought it was best to. "Ngh ******** this." the sore loser threw the net to the ground and walked away.
