She didn't even have to guess and she looked at her with a wry smile. Conquest. A shake was in her head but she swallowed her amusement in trade for lifting an eyebrow her way. "Safety?" The word wasn't one she was used to and her expression showed a mild sense of annoyance towards it. True as it was the safety wasn't really the concern.
Power was.
A grunt escaped her lips with the same wry smile as she turned her body, regarding the others as the message came through from Yves. Naturally. There was a slight look of recognition sent to Shaheen with a nod while the smile turned into a grin and she nodded to Yves in agreement.baby_gwing < To BrotherofWar: Are you -sure- about that? >
Behind her gaze there was a challenging look. She wasn't certain of Lifen but surely her War brethren would feel that same need? killsteal had been caught in a lag for the past few minutes, something he had not been aware of as far as a possibility. Admittedly it was a little horrifying to be aware yet locked in place without any control, but nobody needed to know about his brief panic attack at all.
Coming to with a few owlish blinks, he realized that WarQueen had managed to bring several more interested members to their side for a chat. The dialogue came in a bit of a rush thanks to the delay, but he got the gist of it.
"Safety?" he scoffed at Golden. "Bah. The phrase should be power through numbers." killsteal crossed his arms as he surveyed his fellow, the very picture of one Shikoba Len--albeit without wings and with a lot more facial hair. "If you are smart, brethren, you will stand with us now and onward in the future. This game is nothing compared to what lies on the horizon."
And while the gryphon was normally full of hot air, there was real conviction behind his words.
"Either that or don't stand in the way," he added dismissively, though it was followed by a grin. "Good to see you haven't faded out of existence either way, however." He did not know who the pair were exclusively, but their avatars did not leave much room for doubt--especially given the few number of people WarQueen would actually be this cordial to.

k1ll perked up at the sound of someone recruiting. He trotted over. "lm@0 w@tz @L1C3?? d03z 1t g1v3 sw33t l00t??" If the girl was able to make out that he was asking what ALICE was, she would see no trace of joking on his face. He was genuinely curious. Was it a new end-level boss that people loved running for mad gear? He would totally love that. This game was great! He was down with playing it forever. "ALICE is the guardian and moderator of this world!" Mimsy explained, with more exuberance than was ever necessary. "If we prove that we understand her, she will surely provide us with special attention. And that means that she will shower us with 'loot'. Why, I have definitive evidence that she will deliver loot upon request!" Well, it worked twice, at least. He had to make sure he was joining a group that was properly on par with his own skills in the game, which were absolutely excellent of course. It took a moment to process what he was saying again, but once she had, Mimsy scoffed, laughed, and dismissively waved her hand. "Yes, of course! I know all of the secrets of Wonderland. I studied the manual for two decades before my arrival. I assure you, there will be nothing but unparalleled superiority awaiting you if you choose to join us."
