Admittedly I am sorry because for some reason I did write the whole thing out in the most ridiculous yet cool way possible. A lot of people have had a hard time understanding it because they TLDR the post before realising... "OOOOOHHHH! It happens all at the same time, he just described the action goping through before explaining what he'd done!"

Which to be honest, is also a lot more in Ian's character, not so much battle-crazy Ian, as a writing style. May try and keep it up, not sure...

You know part of me was unsure about it. Only because technically why the posts makes sense and is absolutely brilliant.(Huge Kudos for the idea Roxas. ^^b) I always thought that the rings radiated their color energy around the body and were connected with the host. So you would technically have to break through the power of the ring and the armor, to slip green energy in it.

However it's not the first time a trick like that has been done, and it has been shown if you can distract a lantern so they aren't thinking about it. It's easy to get the ring off there finger. As the connection is weaker during that time.

Alright, well I gave you an idea to do what Alan needs.

I borrowed it from how to deal with Black lanterns to be honest and there's always been a thing in quite a few of the Green Lantern Mythos titles where if the ring isn't touching the user it stops working.

I saw it happen to a Red Lantern and well... it went badly. Thanks for the praise though. Killed me a little bit.

Plus his ring is still on his finger, its part of the torture of it. it's still there, it just doesn't work.

Sean, can you help clear some stuff up for me because there is a lot of things that are confusing me about not only your post but the perspective yfrom which you are playing your character.

No, it's just very messy in its presentation and writing making specifics not the problem but the presentation of those specifics. Can you basically break down what you did for me in each paragraph so I can understand it better?

Secondly, your character perspective seems really messed up considering that: 1. You're pretending to be an Allan but have the traits of a West Family member. Barry Allan is Blonde and Impulse has brown hair as a stereotypical colliding of the West's ginger hair meeting the Allan Blonde hair, because apparently that's how genetics works, but yeah... So Bart doesn't have freckles really either, are you editing your features somehow because well, Inertia also has Thawne DNA in him, that's what makes him blonde?

2. You don't seem to actually acknowledge that you're Inertia at all even outside of speech save for the one time you use your powers, which is pretty messy, it'd be nice if you were to clear that up a little I suppose.

3. What are you doing with that bag? That part of the post is a bit of a mess, you go on about a hell of a lot that doesn't even seem to make sense and then apparently just "find" bombs lying around; you could steal them... why not do that instead of just "finding" them?
