Maerua I never understood how those kinds of things worked. this one had a boring intro about what method they would use. it explaine dit, but I probably could have fallen asleep to that. it was more effective than the actual tape. it was rather annoying. stupid voice whispering fluffy messages in my ear while subsonic tones were playing. apparently.

I don't think I'd ever sleep if I were subjected to that... --- In other news, I just snagged free advertising for this guild thanks to the guild Revolution Gaia. They're putting together a community-themed e-magazine. The tradeoff is that I will be auto-accepting anyone (and I mean pretty much anyone) who was referred to here from there, no exceptions, as part of a promotional offer.Do not touch any pending applications, unless they mention Revolution Gaia Magazine (in which case accept their request). --- I also came back from the mall and a local game store. Got me a very nice (and warm) coat, then played Magic with some people. Surprisingly I didn't black out or get dizzy at the mall!

Definitely, compared to the usual lol I'm still filling out the ad form for the magazine (shouldn't be too much longer), then I have to come up with something for Koji in the RP. Bumped the GGN thread and updated the front page with its relevant promotion.

I am running 3 guilds right now, and they all seem dead. they get the occaisional pulse, sure... but nothing much.

When filling out the advert form, I was told I need a 3500x500 banner that'll be scaled down, so I made a new one from scratch. I really liked what I did, so I made a scaled-down version for the guild front page (The intro banner, not the animated one). It's up there now. (And don't worry, I saved the link to the old banner and a copy of the image to my computer and backed it up.)

biggrin glad you had a fun day out! And not passing out or getting dizzy is a definite plus~
Also, super cool with the advertising. I'm working on the group shot a bit more so maybe I'll have a sketch up soon.:s yeah, it sucks watching guilds go through inactivity. It's always nice to see them get a new burst of activity after a while though.
