Okay, no. She couldn't hold it back: wild giggle escaped from her throat as she merrily jotted down additional notes on her clipboard.

The stare that Mimsy was giving Kostya from the floor grew increasingly more suspicious as he spoke. There was never a moment where she had suspected that he was speaking anything but the truth to her - in fact, her conversations with him generally felt more personal and honest than her conversations with anyone else.
Unless Clerise had effectively ruined the last thing in her life that she held dear. Of course. Every time.
"No," she muttered. "I am quite sure that you did not, and...wait, what?"
She fully emerged pas the tablecloth and sat at his feet, peering judgmentally up at him.

Harrison obediently let go of Tuck's arm, and nuzzled affectionately into his neck.
"You throwing your voice?" he asked. "You're so ******** smart."
The Lord of the Universe could do anything.

Rep looked absolutely stricken watching Harrison nuzzle the not-him, feeling his gut sink agonisingly. He held up a hand and opened his mouth to speak. "Ah... I.. uh." He let the hand fall. "That's no me."
It didn't clarify who "me" even was.

Melvin watched from beside the table, very much liking how this was kicking Rep in teh a**. He liked science and testing very much, and crossed his arms to enjoy the short.
What was left of Melvin's shirt ripped off, causing the Lifer to just frown. It was his first ever Hulk moment, and now he knew how Leon felt probably each day of his life.

"You understand," he pleaded, hovering closer to her. Not touching, of course, because there was little else they both hated more, but still. Within her bubble, and not quite wanting to be around anyone else.
"Do not have alarm. All is vell in Liarsburg. They do not know." The words made no sense, but Kostya's distress was plain to see. "They do not know! Reveal the eye."

"What's not you?" Harrison said, giving Rep an eyebrow.
He concentrated hard at Tuck's request that he be honest.
"I wouldn't ******** it," he volunteered, and then immediately changed course as the sentence went on. "But you should take it back," Harrison agreed, trying not to be too sexy, and embrace his life without holding onto Tuck's arm, "super ********>

Coffee. Deryk needed his coffee. He was on his way to get some cafeteria coffee when he smelled something incredibly amazing. It wasn't just the smell of coffee, but it smelled like good coffee. It drew him in like a magnet. And so, he sought out the source. Soon enough, he found Clerise at some sort of booth with the goods. "You er... selling coffee?" he asked. ' He might have been too out of it in his lack of coffee state that he didn't really notice any oddities around the booth.

Rep gave Tuck a look of absolute dawning horror which shifted into a glare. "Oh no you ******** didn't." he snarled.
"He's got my body right now. I'm Rep. No him." he pouted defiantly, an expression that didn't quite have the same effect in Tuck's body. "And this arse is still no ******** ******** right?" He patted it to prove a point. "Still ******** grade B. No matter what you do."
Hefting up his shirt he gestured at his abs. "These though, no ******** bad. Tuck should stick with what he has ******** going for him and stop lamenting the sadness of his a**."

The growing levels of distress coming from Kostya were quickly raising Mimsy's levels panic. There were far too many unstable, ambiguous variables here, and everything was entirely out of her control, and the one thing that made any amount of sense was very suddenly making none at all.
She fidgeted on the floor, shifting and glancing from Kostya to Clerise. She'd said that she was doing science here, and because her idea of doing science was likely a very different idea from how someone actually should be doing science, there was no way to estimate whether or not this would ever get better.
"I will fix this," she assured him with a firm nod of determination, finally standing. Taking a step to the side to look past him, she frowned as hard as she could at the redhead who was strangely normal in the midst of a lot of half-people and nonsensical announcements.
"Clerise," she spat, glaring. "What is the half-life of the substance that you have added to this coffee? Or is there a stabilizing compound?"

Tuck-sounding-Rep gave Harrison a sidelong look.
"I think you should go rub on Tuck over there, Harrison, and that's an order."
He wasn't even trying to mimic Rep's accent.

Aiden kept looking from hunter to hunter to coffee. Ok, note to self, don't have to coffee. He was enjoying the crazy show they were putting on though. He shoulder bumped Makayla lightly as he watched in amusement.
