Gamma kept several paces behind his brother. Being punted by the unseen was not something he aimed to repeat. Just being around the lake wasn't a good experience now, either.
Atleast the s**t was in the lake now and that damned cat was dead. Scraps of chilled iron cooled on the hard dead earth where grass used to be. Thermite remnants, easily identifiable.
Westward, to the void.

To the west he turned. Back to where this had all began and hopefully where all the answers that were needed would be given. Trumping foward the sight of iron scorched into the ground reminded him of all Roman tatics of salting the land after burning it. If he ever had the chance he would bring in a group and do it to this place.

The minivan drove on up and around the lake from the North Gate of Barton.

And off the minvan went towards the Void.

Bass'ken Lake. Break time.
Lazenca was used to sprinting everywhere, since he would rather open air rather than a car when he had a choice. But MAN was he burning some energy. He made sure to take a couple of minutes and catch a few crabs, minnows, or other such foods-on-the-go. Crawfish were good. Hopefully, the lake wasn't too nasty.

Landing at the lake his sensors picked up a faint single, it almost seemed a ghost. But it was true, there were now two signals of Gamma on the map instead of just one. Still no sign of a replica of his own he sent a burst of infomation to Gamma letting him no what was happening.

Consulting the map once more Gammu was looking at a tatical decision. His original plan had been to travel south before heading through the east gate to where they had first showed up. But the signal was only a little to the south of his original path. Settling it he made his way and moved towards the south and the North Barton Gate.

The Jeep came from the void and rolled along the shores of the lake. The fish jumped as it rolled past. It would have been nice to take a swim, but they were a tad busey right now. Oh well, saving the world and all came first.

They left the sliver lake behind as the jeep rolled past and towards Barton. They were going to enter through the North Gate, then head straight to the fountain.

They came upon the lake at a very high speed, but Irzael took the time to look at the lake. It was very blue. I like blue. My skin's blue.
(Short, but I'm trying to get there quickly...)

Athan looked over the side of the bird. The lake looked familiar.
And then all too soon he was reminded of the horrible smell that had plagued his nostrils for about five minutes. He had a headache just thinking of it.

Almost too soon, the group sailed over the lake. "Good job, Geylkre, we'll be there in no time!" he called to the bird in a few clicks. The bird made a loud cry of happiness and made its way towards the north gate of Barton.

Lips gently holding the t-shirt to his nose, Shouyin squinted his eyes, unsure whether the smell was still about, but doubting such a giant ball of dung would disappear so readily. And even if it did, breath was held and vision was focused so thoroughly away from the lake itself, odds were Shou wouldn't even notice it.
And he continued south, wondering when he'd find a western opportunity.
Laz snored lightly, not much, but enough to be annoying, so the music was turned up too.
