While he was trying to calm down, he realized Simon was brought up to the stand. Quickly, Deryk's eyes darted up and he could see the man calmly taking aim. Maybe it was inner death instincts or something, but he ducked, feeling the bullet just graze over his shoulder.

Mark entirely confused, togged glances between Sam worriedly, and then towards the Death lead, who had already neatly folded his map and had instead, pulled out another folder. Where Caelius was keeping all these folders was another mystery.

WITNESS'S REPORT: Opening dialogue: "I am so excited for this to start!" Allan sparkles a bit. He's wearing a strange uniform - isn't that a high school boy's uniform? "Super High School Level Allan Taichou is ready to talk about the witnesses and crimes and bring Hope to this trial!" He is totally absorbed in his own thoughts. Where were they on the night of the death (October 25 - 31st):"Ah yes! That is an important time!" Allan looks at Simon, who spends a moment muttering something to Allan, before the Division lead's eyes light up again. "Of course I knew that! It was the time when Simon-kun and I were at the very important mission where we tried to stop something terrible from happening." He frowned a bit, however, as his conversation was cut short by himself. What were they doing on the night of the death: (October 25 - 31st): Allan seems to have remembered something a little distressing. "I was talking to someone," He finally responds, quietly however, "An old nakama." That is all, oddly enough, he has to say on the matter. Did they have any grudges against any council members: "As a fellow Council member I seek for truth! Justice! Your kokoro must burn as you seek to become one with your teammates, it is important to lead, but equally greater to one day become a leader, matching in strength and will..." Allan goes on a bit like this, though it seems he has gained his spirit back.

[ OPEN DISCUSSION ] Jaosn had kept to himself for some time now, his mind going over what everyone had to say. He paid special attention to the assistants and leaders when they were called to speak. When both Caelius and H came up, the moon trainee frowned at what they had to say. Neither of them were helpful in the least, and H was doing his best to be especially creepy. There were a few anxious moments when he saw that Solia was trying to accuse other hunters, and he visibly grew pale at her accusations. "N-o, Solia.." he tried to say a few times, but wasn't speaking loud enough to be heard, or forced back into dumb silence. He really didn't want her to make enemies... It wasn't long after that that there was the unsettling news that the box that Ami brought it was actually, a bomb. Cue a lot of panicking which strangely enough...Jason wasn't apart of. He sat there looking concerned of course, but considering he was usually one of the first to scream in fear, it felt...odd not to be doing so. That was until he was sent head over heels by Simon's weapon, and with a groan, he pulled himself back onto the chair and flopped on the desk. "I think Simon's gun is more threatening then the bomb... He groaned out, then lifted his head. "Wouldn't our FEAR shields take most of the damage from a bomb? We have survived worse..He also wanted to point out that most of the division leaders were here, and would hopefully be able to do something. But then, he realized that half of them didn't care if they lived or died, so he was just gonna keep quiet.
...He wasn't about to disagree .

Recovering from bullet wounds gave Jerry a few moments to collect his thoughts.
After the ohgodohgodheshotmeandthere'sstillabomb barrage of panic faded, he was able to digest the rest. His lips pursed. It could never be a Sun, none of them were capable of something like that- alright, maybe Simon, but not like THIS. Allan's anxiety made him nervous. If the man had been involved, he hadn't been the one to instigate it.
"An awful lot of looks are being thrown Caelius's way," He murmured, almost to himself but unfortunately loud enough for everyone to hear.

OPEN DISCUSSION
Rep, still mired in melodramatic despair, listened as the others gave their testimonies. He barely even flinched as Simon rattled a bullet off his fear shield. That was entirely people's fault for calling him. He couldn't shake the odd feeling that there was something in all the testimonies that didn't quite match up, but he wasn't smart enough to pull at the threads that could lead to it.
When Allan took the stand, he looked up and listened intently, as he always did to the Sun Lead.
He couldn't explain why his gut seemed to drop as he spoke of a very important mission. Given Allan's vague grasp of the world, that could have been the haunted house or something else entirely. Talking to an old nakama too seemed suspect, and his memory ran further back than simply the haunted house.
"I think Lance and Allan were old nakama - erm. Mates, buddies. Whatever."
It was bad times when he'd started using the work nakama in normal lexicon.

"Nakama are important to remember in these times of despair!" Whispered Allan, still super proud of his character in these trials. This was so exciting! He made to not smile too much and break his character of Despair.
