2 S Rank ninja are pretty powerful.
All the kages are S rank too, I hope. So not that much to worry about. I also doubt you'll go on a massive killing spree wiping out all the new genin. emotion_dealwithit
We wont be taking all the kages on at once. Dur.

Yup stuff like this never starts with the big guns, as it were, coming head to head. You don't put your kings and queens on the front-line during an opening move in chess either hun.

When are the Kages going to meet up?
The Kage only meet when there is a call (a very very serious emergency) to hold a Kage Council. As yet there is no need to do so. All there is, is the concern about what is happening on the borders. Nothing else. Thhat in itself is not enough. It is only enough to call attention and the need for these events to be investigated.
Don't be jumping the gun here, dear. There is not much point in that.

Meeh I wish the squad announcement or stuffs will be announced already T.T I hate being at a stand still
Squad announcements are part of the Kage's duty. For example, I have already announced my first squad from my own nin in Uzushiogakure. They just about ripe to be sent out too smile
You should contact your Kage, for example, PM, or simply by posting in their office and asking for a squad, or team up yourselves and report as a team.
