*He looked away, "i rather not go there... your could say when a boy starts to grow up he notices things more... and ... ummm... well nothing bad..." He gulped and was now red hot inthe face as he said it... "Your more ummmm...." he couldn't. 'Come on shortstraw say it... you can't loose... say it.' he thought... "sexy." He closed his eyes and felt more embariced then ever. As a almost teen himself he was now understanding the guy and girl thing more and this was defnetly effectinghim like any reagular boy int he world... lucily yuji hadn't talked to him yet. XD*

Kiera started laughing, although did at least try to stop herself to spare him the shame. "Sexy? Oh, that's good. I was really aiming for that when i got dressed this morning." She chuckled again, although contained herself. "It's not silly for you to feel like that."

Kiera snickered. "Well Shortstraw. Two years ago I was older than you are even now. I was perfectly aware. And. Even So. I didn't actually care. And yet here you are. It's like I could roast mashmellows on you with how warm you are." She kissed his cheek. "You'll be a teenager soon. You'll see that It's not really that much. In fact. In two weeks, I'll be turning 16. Now that'll be interesting."

*He looked to her* "Wow sixteen... whats so great about sixteen?" He asked tring to change the subject and cool down abit himself. He chukkled, "I'm looking forword to getting alittle older and all... but... in not to sure really. And i'm sure Mr yuji will have somthing planned." He smiled up at her as he hugged her tight and nuzzled her again... he couldn't actully reach up to kiss her back... which was annoying. she had that advantage over him.*

Kiera yawned a little. "Well. If i could stay this age forever then i'd be satisfied. I don't like the idea of getting old and grumpy. Well. More grumpy than i am now." She chuckled. "And i hope that he doesn't have anything planned. When he tries to organise things, it all goes wrong and either blows up or catches fire. Replicates his cooking perfectly." She hugged him tight back.

*Shortstraw looked to her, "Hey didn't you say you were going to try. Yea your going to have alot of attention... so what. Your Keria the Phonix Goddess of Yokai. You can handle it, besides i'll be there too. We can have a big dinner, play a few games, battle alittle with diffrent people, besides then you will be closer to your familiy and keria i think you need it... i don't mean an harm when i say it you know that right." He smiled reliing she still hasn't let him go.

She shrugged, shutting her eyes. "It all just seems a bit over the top. Like, gimmicky. Sure i'd be able to handle it. But i don't want to turn into one of those kind of people. The rich sluts who appear on reality tv shows going-" She put on her best bratty voice, "- 'Hey Mtv and welcome to my crib!' " She shook her head of all the bad thoughts. Regretting even doing that. "Family is all well and good. But it's not them i'm worried about." She wouldn't let go of him.

It would just be us, hikari, yuji, ameile is she wants but only if shes good, and Eve... those are the main people i think would show up. Oh and dontie of course, and if you feel better about it we could always do it away from the castle. BUt if you don't want to i guess it's fine, i rather celibrate your birthday though. It's usally when people get to gether the most." He then chukkled, "Umm Keria your getting tighter and tighter and tighter... heheh."

Kiera nodded, but just continued to hug him. "Yup. I'll loosen up a little, but i'm not letting go." She did loosen up, but still had a tight grip on him. "Family sounds all right, though. But if they actually want to be there or not is another matter. I don't want a big fuss for my birthday. No one in this family usually fusses over birthdays. Most of the time we just miss them without even knowing they happened."

He smerked* "Well not when i know about them. Come on we can make our own little spot for it ont he day, if no one shows up it'll just be us. If they do show up then okay we will have a few people there. No big deal right." He chukkled and poked her side suddenly to see if she would jump and he could get free-ish... but he figured it would fail even though it was playful.*

Kiera did jump back a little. Although vulnerability instincts told her also to strike out at him. She did stop herself from hitting him though, luckily. Because then he'd have his burn on his cheek and a punch to match it. So now she sat in front of him with her legs crossed. "I suppose.." She shut her eyes, and flailed her hands. "Fine. Fine. But you're organising it all." She looked to the burn on his cheek and leaned in a little to get a better look. "Did i scald you too hard? Does it hurt?"

*He smiled* "Okay... oh..." he felt it and quickly pulled his hand away. then smiled again, "it's not that bad. It only hurts alittle. No big deal ive been through much worse." He nodded as he assured her, though he felt warm and fuzy inside knowing she was worried about him even more so. He smerked at her, "Besides sooner or later i wanna challange you again. And if not today then another day, or perhaps we can have a little compition match on your birthday if others come..." he chukkled, "thats it. We can have a little torminate on who gets to the top. We all know you will, but it gives me a better excuse." He laughed.
