Billy luckily wandered back by the scarecone booth right as something started happening. "Tickets? I'll take one." He didn't really mind what he got, he simply enjoyed participating. he waves at the other boothgoers.

Ok. This definitely wasn't a halloween kid. Unless he ran into a crazy who liked to call people their sister all of the sudden. It almost caught him off guard, but he caught that look the other gave him. Alright. That was clue enough.
"Oh! Silly me. Of course I know who you are Mimi!" he said while smacking himself in the forehead.

Yin wandered through, waving at Uller. However this booth was cold, and he was not going to eat ice so he perked up a bit at the prospect of a raffle. "Greetings, might I have a ticket as well?"

CLOSED Uller looked at the boils and ghouls who had come to his booth and nodded. He wrote down each of their names. Each name was on a sperate sheet of paper, small and he folded it up and stuck it in a wide bowl they usually used for hot water to clean up the messes. Lucky it was washed and dried by now, so he didn't have to worry about a mess. He was really quiet during this whole process so he could get anyone who asked for a ticket. Honestly, he didn't care who they went to so long as they didn't have any more left over for the night.

Harrison ordered a snowcone while names and numbers were being called out for some kind of raffle. Too late for that. But he might as well snack on something. He went for Gryphon's blood, hoping it was kinda like Tiger's blood.
(it wasn't).
Dozy didn't like the bitter bloody taste either, and it stained his tongue and the fur around his muzzle. He made faces trying to get rid of it. All Harrison had left at the end of one very bloody, icy snack that he had forced himself to eat was the paper cone.
