So she did what she did before once again, following along the wall as before. Surely she would come to yet another side passage!
Another dead end. Seriously? She rolled her eyes in the dark, blowing a strand of hair out of her face with a huff.

EXPLORE THE PASSAGEWAY
Avery managed to follow them all the way down to the library. Though why they were here, he had no clue. But he didn't want to stay for too long. He hated libraries. Always having to stay quiet and sit still. He couldn't imagine how anyone could stand to work in such a dark, drab place.
"This is such a drag..." He grumbled. Though before he could turn around and leave again, he spotted some students slip through what appeared to be a secret passage way.
What now? Was that where Ava, Vic, and the others were going?
He looked cautiously over his shoulder, unsure if he should follow. If the place was hidden, then it was also probably restricted. Which meant huge a** detention if they were caught. Whatever. That never stopped him before. Besides, there were already a load of other students down there already. How much harm could one more student be?
Slipping through the concealed passageway, the behemoth moved through the narrow hall, placing his hands on the wall as a way to guide him. Now... he wasn't completely helpless in the dark. In fact, his night vision wasn't half bad. But here? Here everything was pitch black and so damn easy to get lost. Which was exactly what he did when he turned into a dead end.
"s**t..."

Ashly was just getting frustrated now, and with that came a frantic need to prove that she could get herself out of here. Moving along quickly now, she continued to try and follow along with the wall, which led into yet another side passage, and to yet another dead end.
She groaned, very audibly, in dismay.

Ashly was resolute that her way was still the best way, however, and she continued to just, follow along that stupid wall. Eventually she was sure she would get out of here. When she found herself turning down another tunnel, however, she didn't have very high hopes that this one wouldn't just turn into another dead end.
A few paces in, however, and she seemed to be in the clear!

Quickly backtracking, the behemoth put one hand over the other. This time he found a different route and though he couldn't see squat, he could hear the voices of the other students that carried through the passageway.

Ashly was ready to just say '******** all' and start wandering through the passage way just doing whatever the hell she pleased but she really could not see that being any better then what she was already doing. Her way, really, had to be the best way. If she just started wandering around completely blindly like that, she was just as likely to end up in a dead end that she'd already come across, and then she might be stuck in here for the rest of her unlife.
No. She was just going to keep following the damned wall.

"I suppose they do make things rather interesting." She replied, a wry smile forming on her face that he couldn't see. That was one way to put it, really. "Like setting fire to the booths for an unfathomable reason." Under normal circumstances, she would have sounded grumpy, but Ylva could put aside her grudge in light of current events.
After all, this exploration was pretty intriguing. What was that red substance? Who had left the trail towards this place, of all places?
And at least she hadn't met another dead end.
She took another step forward, a hand clutching her heels.

In the end, Ashly was finally rewarded for her steadfast determination when she stumbled her way into...
Well, it appeared to just be another dead end. But at least there were a lot of students just hanging around in here and talking! And when she sniffed the air-
-It just brought on yet another coughing fit, and Ashly backed her way up to a wall to suffer through it. But before the fit started she could have sword she'd smelt something strange in the air. What in the unholy hell was going on here?

Choose To StayThe trail continued on and on and the various students followed it with heady gazes, but Melusine stopped short. Books.Restricted books, no less! They looked so lovely and serene and tempting. Despite all her knowledge of the bound form, she had never been given access to the restricted section. Maybe now would be a good time... "Oh, look at this one..." She mumbled to Acher as she let go of his hand and floated on light feet over to a nearby shelf. A long, slender white finger gingerly brushed down the book's spine as she smiled a fang-filled smile. That was, until she thought she heard a noise. A faint whisper that pricked her slightly pointed ears and turned what little blood resided in her cold. "On second thought, we should go explore that trail... This isn't the best time for books." Melusine mumbled as she regrabbed Acher's hand and wandered down the hallway. Going Exploring...

Okay. This was just starting to get a tad ridiculous. Just how long did this passageway carry on? Seriously. Couldn't people just make one quick short cut or something? Y'know, one with lights.
Fortunately, despite his glum mood, the behemoth evaded any dead ends, continuing onto the final section of the passageway.

What the ******** come on, please tell me we didn't go all this way to find a freaking dead end." He complained, tail thumping heavily on the ground to empathize his disappointment. Though what was with that scent? Being a creature of the arctic and then spending most of his days in Amityville, he wasn't familiar with it.
"What is that?" He asked aloud to no one in particular.
