Ennéa kept running. She didn't know where to. She didn't care. She just needed to get away from those walls, oh god, the walls were closing in on her! She couldn't breathe.
Finally Ennéa *had* to stop running or pass out. She held her side and wheezed, rubbing at a painful side stitch. It was still pitch dark but the walls were mercifully silent and still.
Ennéa gradually calmed down and as she did so she realized she could hear voices. However, when she followed the sound, she ran into a dead end.

Tedan was rewarded for his persistence when he stumbled out of the maze and almost ran over an older Hunter. "Sorry," he mumbled, then stopped, looking around. Seemed like ... at least some of them made it out. Biting his lip slightly, he looked around for anyone he knew, and realized they were being split up into divisions. He should ... probably ask where to go, or something.

Ennéa felt along the dead end. Maybe she had missed a small side passage or something? She was certain she had heard voices. Hopefully she wasn't too far from the group after all.
At her touch, the walls rumbled ominously once again. Ennéa was still jumpy from her last escape and didn't wait around for the walls to start moving this time.
She ran.

Ennéa was getting badly winded. Fear kept her staggering on though her running pace had significantly slowed.
Over her heavy breathing, Ennéa heard an odd hissing noise. Another trap? She jerked back just fast enough to avoid being impaled by something shooting past her though not quite fast enough to prevent it from damaging her Fear shield.
She paused, shaken. That had been close.

Ennéa continued on a little more carefully after that, wary of triggering any more traps.
She reached another dead end and sighed. She was trying to follow the sounds of the other voices she kept hearing but the dark twisty passages of the labyrinth were disorientating.

Another dead end. Ennéa turned in frustration and strode back the way she had come to try and find another passageway. It was difficult though, as she was taking the utmost care not to touch the walls as she did so.
Ennéa felt a small breath of air and turned in that direction. There. Another tunnel, she had walked right past the first time. She scurried down it, eager to catch up with the other trainees, and then felt something tug at her ankle. "What was that?" Ennéa turned around to try and see and dimly saw a small broken string. A tripwire...?
Suddenly arrows were shooting past her from all sides. Ennéa yelped and ran. Definitely a trip wire. She kept blundering into trap after trap.
An arrow grazed her left arm, leaving a deep cut that stung. it also bled profusely, enough so that Ennéa had to pause a moment to try and patch it up. She hoped the arrows weren't poisoned.

Her arm throbbed painfully but Ennéa had managed to get it to stop bleeding for the most part. Just as she turned to continue walking though, the walls started grinding again.
"Noooo!" she cried. "I didn't-- I didn't touch anything this time!"
The walls didn't care. They kept slowly closing in together.
Ennéa ran as best she could but she was getting pretty banged up and exhausted.

Ennéa kept doggedly running through the darkness and then all of the sudden she could see a light at the end of the passageway. It was nearly blinding but Ennéa had never seen a more welcoming sight. "Oh thank god." She gasped as she hobbled out of the labyrinth and rejoined the rest of the waiting hunters.

As Michael stepped out of the portal he immediately held Nuucha up, once again thankful for his unusually bright glow to help him see the way. Unfortunately that was all Nuucha could do as Michael quickly realized he was lost. Sure they had a marked path but... there was multiple marked paths. Damn mazes.
Michael frowned as he heard a rumbling sound, eyes widening as Nuucha's glow lit up the fact the walls were closing in. Yelling Michael took off at a dead sprint, just managing to avoid becoming a pancake thanks to Fear shield taking the final clip of the wall for him.
Panting, he decided, that was defiantly the wrong way.

Catching his breath Michael realized he could still hear the rumbling sound. His head quickly snapped to the side to see these walls too where closing in on him.
Oh come on.
He took off again, once again only barley making it through but this time he did not stop running just in case.

It was a good thing too as the walls once again started closing in.
He was going to be exhausted before he even started the mission dammit. He winced, if he made it before the walls ate his Fear shield up.

Michael, not exactly watching where he was going as he ran for his life, didn’t notice the dead end before he literally ran into it.
"OW!" rubbing his nose he stumbled back, looking down at the dagger path in annoyance. Where had he turned wrong?
More importantly which way didn’t lead him back into the corridor of doom.

Michael could have sobbed in relief when he heard the voices and saw the glow of other Hunters up again. He'd made it! And he hadn’t had any more walls try and eat him!
AND WAS THAT ALLAN!?!! Trust that crazy dude to still be alive!
Marginally cheered by the fact at least one division lead hadn’t snuffed it in the Sahara (annnnd now he was sad about Julie again) he looked around to see what they were supposed to be doing.

It looked like Moon was splitting into two and supporting either the rather depressed looking Life Hunters or the Sun Hunters. Quickly glancing between the two groups he decided to hurry after Life, it was their leader in charge of this shindig and Sun frankly got into ridiclous amounts of trouble which his Fear sheild did not feel up to after that maze.

Vanessa was one of the last ones through the portal here, apparently. She quickly looked to the glowing markers, and then set off. She really didn't want to be in a maze. Memories of the bones she'd unearthed in that dismal underground space back in the amazon flashed through her mind, and she raced through to follow the paths marked out, determined not to be another skeleton on the wayside.
She found herself drifting after a whispered voice though, only breaking the trance when she found a dead-end. With a scowl, she returned to the path and started off again.
