Thomas watched her for a moment longer before saying, "My mother's side... full of fox demons, all with nine tails. So my true form..." He shifted into his true form and watched her eyes widen. So... she is afraid after all.
He pawed at the floor. "You are fearful of me. I can smell the fear..."
He remained silent and let her gather her composure before saying, "Whether or not you still want to be mine, you will see me like this in battle from time to time... from where the minstrels stand, they see all. I will not hide who I am any longer, but I can keep my distance from you... If that's what you desire," he added, bowing his head low to the ground and looking away sadly.

~{Trinity Aurora}~  Trinity looked at him as she was scared but then she gather her compsure as she looked at him. If you love someone, you have to love all of them. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Her father's voice rung in her head.
Trinity took a step closer but not to close as she wasn't sure if she will be burned or not. She got on her knees as she wanted to be level with him and she smiled. "I am yours Thomas and it doesn't change the fact I still love you. There are things to be feared and respected but Thomas, you look absolutly beautiful. I have fear because I fear of losing you. If I am stationed on the hill or cliff, than remember I will be watching and protecting you."

Thomas compressed himself back into his mortal vessel and lay panting on the floor. He stretched out his arm and stroked Trinity's cheek. They stayed that way for a while, neither one of them speaking until he finally closed the distance between them and embraced her tightly. "You never have to be afraid to lose me. Though this mortal body may die, I can't. I will never leave you; I'll always be with you... in one form or another."

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity moved her head and kissed him deeply and passionatly. "Than lets just say I don't want to see you die over and over." She smiled as she kissed him again. "Do you truly want me away from the war?" She would do it for him, stay somewhere safe.

"I don't know," he answered truthfully, "Part of me wants you safe, but I know you can take care of yourself and... well, we need the help to be perfectly honest." He released her from his embrace and looked out the window while she continued to pack; he didn't know how he could face her after showing her what he was, even if she insisted nothing had changed.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity finished packing as she felt Thomas mood change. "Well if this war needs help then I will help out. Besides, I want to be near you. I mighg go insane being tucked awah and constantly thinking if you are okay."
Trinity sat down. "Thomas, do you love me?" She had to ask as she can see he was not comfortable with showing her his forms. Of course she got scared but then she just loved him more.

Thomas fumbled with a dagger he was strapping to his boot. "Well... love is... it's a loaded word," he began awkwardly. "I've only known you for a week." He turned to her, feeling incredibly guilty, and placed his hand gently under her chin. "I care for you deeply, you and you alone. I cannot say that I love you, not yet. Especially when I've never known love. But I promise, you have all my attention and all my heart." Isn't that enough, he added in his thoughts with great sadness.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity never felt humilated in her life as she felt her heart shattered. He was right that she only known him for a week and yet she poured her heart to him as that week she grown to love him. She know understand what heartbreak was as shd hid her true feelings with a smile.
She told him she loved him and yet he can't return her feelings. Trinity kissed his forehead as she stood up. "Shall we go. I am finished packing."

Thomas could feel that he had hurt her, but he could not bring himself to take back what he had said and lie to her. She deserved the truth, even if it wasn't what would make her happy. He frowned. "Are you okay," he asked, standing in the doorway to block her path.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity smiled as she tapped his nose. "Of course silly its just I'm sad I will be leaving," leaving for what? she thought as she spoke. "the shop. It felt like yesterday my dad was tuckimg me in and sing to get me to.sleep." Trinity ran her hand on the wood. "I know its in good hands."

Thomas felt that she wasn't quite being honest, but let it go. No need to upset her further, especially before we leave. He nodded and turned on his heel, heading for his horse out front. He jumped into the saddle and grabbed the reigns. His horse knew they were headed once more and stamped a hoof, anxious to get moving.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity took one last glimpse at her home than closed it softly behind her. She gave the Healer the key as she than blew a melodic whistle. In a few secinds, a black stallion rode next to her. "Hello Shadow." She rubbed his nose as she than placed herstuff on him. She than climbed on gracefully and grabbed the reigns.

"Right, then," he said uncomfortably. "Follow me. We won't be stopping to make camp; we're already very late." He headed full speed along the western road. An hour later, he glanced over his shoulder to make sure she was still following, then pointed to the right fork. They were headed straight north. Freezing rain beat down on them and turned to sleet with the night. "We have to keep going," he shouted to Trinity above the roaring winds. He motioned for her to stop her horse and jumped off his own. "We'll have to lead them through the pass on foot," he explained. "Here!" He wrapped a scarf from his pack around her face before doing the same. "Stop me if you need to get warm! We'll find a cave and build a fire! Our camp is just on the other side of these mountians!" The fierce winds all but swallowed up his voice. He wondered if she could even hear him...

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity nodded as she followed him. In honesty, Trinity has never left Crystal Mines as her father kept her busy. Trinity looked around as she followed him.
As the hour passed, rain and heavy wind befallen them. Her hair was siaked and so was she. Every now and again she pet Shadow to make sure he was alright. Finally they stopped but only as Thomas explain his instructions. It was hard to hear him as she jumped down and he tied a scarf.
"Its alright Shadow you can do this." She pet him and kissed his nose for comfort as she then grabbed hold of the regins and waited.

Thomas led the way in silence, glancing back often to make sure Trinity was safe. With each step she seemed to grow paler. She'll freeze. He cursed himself for not noticing sooner. Just because my true nature keeps me impervious to the cold doesn't mean that she is. He quickly allowed flames to spread through his hands, heating him for a moment. He closed his fist and snuffed out the flames. He pulled her into his arms, heating her up as much as he could. "Do you need to stop and rest," he asked her after a while, speaking directly into her ear so she could hear.
